Staff excellent, location OK, a little hard to find. Clean, comfortable. Price a little high.

Service was excellent.

I was there for these than 14 hours -- hotel staff was courtesy; free breakfast was sufficient; located 5 minutes from my morning meeting locations. Comfortable, convenient, and affordable - I would definitely return.

WOKE UP AT 3 AM BOTH NIGHTS BY THE HEATER/AC UNIT IN THE ROOM NEXT TO ME HAD THE FAN COMMING APART MAKING NOISE LIKE SOMEONE BANGING ON POTS AND PANS. THE MANAGER THEN HAD THE PERSON TURN OFF THE HEAT (IT WAS COLD) AND SAID IT WOULD BE FIXED, THE SAME THING THE NEXT NIGHT. THE MANAGE THAT NIGHT SAID THERE WAS A NOTE BUT NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE ABOUT IT. […] THIS CUSTOMER WAS INCONVIENENCED ALSO. THIS WAS A POSSIBLE SAFETY ISSUE THAT WAS NOT ATTENDED TO. NOT ACCEPTABLE! There are a few things that I look for when booking a room. Location, cost, comfort, internet access and breakfast. The location and pricing were good. The bed was a hard as a rock and not very comfortable. However, the internet connection was non existent and the management was no help in this. They gave us a number to call, we left a message but there […] was no call back. So no internet, we had to go to a coffee shop to access the internet. We work and travel. So this was just unacceptable. Breakfast consisted of no hot water for tea, coffee was cold and other than cereal or high carbs the breakfast was non existent. Devamı

My husband and I liked our stay very much. The only problem was we were suppose to get a queen size bed and they gave up 2 double beds instead but didn't know this untill we got to the room @ 1am so we slept in seperate beds. Other then that it was very nice and clean but we deside on our next visit to soca we would stay in another hotel.

We got in late the first night. The lock on the door had a lot of play in it so it didn't close well. You could rattle it around. The TV didn't work. The microwave didn't work. We were offered another room but it was too far to move all of our stuff and we had already unpacked. When we came back the next day later in the afternoon, nothing had been […] fixed. They gave us a room next door and everything was perfect. They should take care of the issues with the room they gave us the first night before someone else complains. Hospitable customer service specially the one assigned in cafeteria,she never missed greeting "good morning" to everyone'as they came in to eat breakfast.Good continental breakfast too.

The staff was very friendly. Room was fairly clean, although I did notice some stains and spots that needed attention. I'm pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness though, so most probably would have thought the rooms to be very clean. My biggest complaint was the continental breakfast. Staff only brought out food sporadically, and what they brought […] out was extremely low quality. The eggs, if you can call them that, were scrambled circular disks that were drier than cardboard (tasted like cardboard, too) and obviously from a frozen box. The sausage was similar (circular and from a frozen box), but much more palatable (which isn't saying much). Virtually no pastries were out the two times that I checked. No bread for toast, no bagels - very little selection in general. My wife found nothing she could eat. Devamı

Excellent location. Nice and clean room. Reception is good. Breakfast is good. Price is a bit high for the facility, excellent location to get on and of to highway if you are a business trip.

The hotel is conveniently located off the I5. I would describe it as a comfy no frills experience. The bed was definitely comfortable and the room had the basics, with hair dryer, iron and most importantly FREE WiFi. For more than my 1 nights stay I would have wanted a refrigerator. the hotel it's ok for a regular stay, room was clean and the service from the hotel were very good.

Booked a room here overnight for work mainly because of low cost and convenient location. Check out my likes and dislikes below: Likes - Easy access to freeways - Price Dislikes - All rooms face out to a street or parking lot - Although room had been cleaned, there were stains on carpet and comforters. Ick. I felt uncomfortable walking around barefoot. - […] TV was old and channel availability was lackluster - The hotel advertises a free continental breakfast that starts at 6 a.m. I ran down there at 6:15 a.m. to grab a cup of coffee and some fruit before going to work and there was no healthy items to choose from (no fruit, no yogurt- but plenty of sugary, over-processed pastries and terrible coffee.) Not cool. You'd think even low-quality hotel chains would offer nutritious items especially being smack-dab in the middle of southern CA. All in all... the place did the trick for the entire 10 hours I spent there, but I think I won't cheap out again the next time in the area and need a place to lay my head. Devamı

Rather than driving down to the area in the morning I stay at the lowest price close to where I am going to be on business. The place fit the bill. Clean and comfortable in a convenient location. Free wifi. I hate it when the larger hotels make you pay for wifi. Many other business people stay there too. Good thing too. Bad freeway. That mornin […] g. Devamı

1.- i requested a Non smoking room andthe one i got the conforter had like 10 to 15 cigarrette holes on the bed and smelled like cigarrete. 2.- The TV didn't have a remote control, I asked the attendant to get me one and found one that would only turned on and off tv but couldn't change channels. 3.- the worse one is that i requested a wake up call […] at 6;30 in the morning and the call never came and i was late to my presentation. standard average motel. nice staff, average accomodations. needed a decent chair in room besides one for the table

This would have to be one of the worst expiriences i have had with a hotel. The room was ok but the bathroom was dirty and dingy. They advertised both online and on their in room phamlet that they carry cribs for infants something that i was counting on but when i went to the front desk they simply stated it was not something they offered, why would […] they advertise that they do? The wall are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING while we were there I guess there was some sort of wedding party also staying there LOUD noise all night long, running down the hallways and management did nothing to stop it continued for hours hardly slept couldnt wait to leave ended up checking out at the crack of dawn. The hotel was a little dated but overall not a bad experience. The location is convenient and the staff was friendly. The place is just a little old.

This is an older motel with rooms opening to the outside and basic amenities. The first room we got had a TV stuck on loud (no volume control at all), but the front desk manager kindly moved us to a different room immediately.
