The room was large enough and the bed was pretty comfortable. The TV was kind of in an odd spot halfway in between the bed section and the living area, but it wasn't awful. Would be better if garbage cans actually had bags in them as well.

This hotel is a great value for the price and location. Very close to great shopping and dining. The room was comfortable and we loved the living area. The only complaint we have is that our room was not cleaned promptly. We retured after being gone for four hours and had to sit in the room while it was cleaned. I provided feedback to management after […] watching house keeping wipe the toilet then move to the shower with the same rag. I felt this was not sanitary. Our stay at the Hyatt Place was very roomy and comfortable for our family of 5. We would stay there again. This was my second time staying at this Hyatt Place that is why I chose it again. It's very affordable.

We were very pleased with our room. Very spacious and clean. They had a delivery service book with all the local restuarants in the area. Very helpful. Breakfast display was outstanding. Love this hotel! Nice place to get away and relax. Breakfast isn't all that great though.

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was amazing. My friends and I came in town and had planned to go to dinner at Millrose Restaurant (which has amazing food) and the hotel was right down the street. It was perfect. Plus I accidently forgot my leather jacket in the room and the hotel went to great lengths to get it back to me. 2 thumbs up!

Our stay was only one night but we would be happy to stay here again. Room and bedding was excellent and the lobby area conveyed a cozy but professional attitude. The bathroom area with shower over tub and toilet was just okay but the updated sink area and the rest of the room was very nice. We especially enjoyed the large sofa while relaxing and watching […] the 42" flat screen TV. We did not partake of the 24 hour food and beverage service but the deli case looked good. although the overall comfort of the hotel was fine. a heads up disclosing the fact the bathrooms were under renovation and would result in the water being shut down from time to time would have been appreciated. the staff made up for the inconvienence.

This is a great deal for the Chicagoland area. The room is clean and spacious, staff is very nice and helpful and breakfast is included. Keep in mind they are undergoing renovation so there is construction but they stop by 5 p.m. They currently do not offer eggs or other hot items at breakfast but was told they will be offering soon once the hotel has […] completed the renovation. I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt place. The hotel was clean, the room was really nice! I really like the way the electronics components to to switch to TV and other devices was very user-friendly.

It really is a great place. We just will not come back when we got charged extra for children. This was not known before. There are plenty of good hotels nearby that do not charge for children. We will not recommend to others that have children.

I highly recommend this hotel. Staff was nice, hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was more than impressive. We will be staying there again!

A very nice place to stay. I had stayed at a HyattPlace in Louisville and it was a very pleasurable experience there as well as here. Highly recommended.

This was not a bad stay, but wish I had chosen another hotel. Disappointed that the pool was being repaired during our 3 days...especially since I planned my exercise time as swimming. Bathroom/shower was extremely worn. The hotel had begun remodeling some bathrooms during our stay. I was surprised that cleaning crew left used towels on the floor and […] never gave us another shower mat after first night. On a positive note...the 24hr food service was great. Food was really good. Free Breakfast was nice. Very convenient to get to and close to lots of restaurants and shops. Most of the staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. Our biggest disappointment was paying more than surrounding similar hotels, and the room not matching the price. It does appear they are working to remedy that with updates. Very polite at check in. Rooms were nice. I wanted ajoining rooms but none were available but they did give me rooms nxt to each other which ended up working out fine. I would stay there again

I stayed at this hotel for business. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean but the bathroom was really small. The air/heat set up kept me awake because it is right next to the bed. It had to either be ON or OFF. It was stuffy when it wasn't on. But, it was too cool with it on. Overall, I recommend the hotel.

Hotel was great and was impressed by the comfortable beds. Wished there would have been a microwave the room even though hotel staff was willing to "microwave" items for us. Will stay there again, if ever back in the area.

I got a decent deal on a room and once I opened the door realized it was a fantastic deal! Very clean and tidy, separate bed/lounge areas, gorgeous TV, decent internet, and the hotel staff were professional and courteous. Will definitely make this my home away from home on my frequent trips to Western Chicago.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large and had good workspace. Like layout of Hyatt Place rooms and lobby design.

A friend and I stayed there overnight for a shopping trip. The hotel was perfect only 3miles from the Ross store grand opening... The staff was friendly and we definately plan to make this a annual event.

If your favorite show is Jersey Shore you will love this hotel. I was kept up all night by multiple parties going on in the rooms on my floor. The Hyatt place staffing model does not provide enough hotel staff to deal with these issues. After an hour of waiting for the manager to deal with the noise I requested a room change. at 3am, the manager sent […] the security guard up with my new room key, and he was more apologetic to the partiers than he was to me. Absolutely an amazing stay. No, it isn't the Ritz, but I don't know if I've EVER had a better deal in my life. The room was beautiful and clean and the service was great. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Asked for a room away from the elevator. The room we were given was right across from one. We asked to switch to a quieter room. The front desk said it would be the quietest. The room service staff was yelling down the hall to each other both mornings. It was loud.

Hotel staff was outstanding as is customary for all Hyatt Place hotels I have stayed at (pretty much everywhere I travel for business). I did not have breakfast there so cannot review. During a week long stay, was never woken / rushed by house keeping staff. Will stay there again.
