I was a little annoyed a just a few things. missing smoke alarm in the room, looked like things had been torn off the wall, no weather stripping on the bottom of the door so a huge spider got into our room. aside from that is is what you would expect when you just need a place to sleep that night. Not completely satisfied

If you can afford the $20 extra to stay at a more modern, better maintained hotel in the neighborhood, and you plan to stay in Arkadelphia for more than one night, I would opt for the higher rate. The staff here was nice enough. But the room was not too clean (For our taste anyway). We found someone else's underwear in the drawer. a sign they may not […] clean too meticulously. Furnishing is outdated, and worn. And there was a lot of noise coming from the corridor (and right outside our door). For those of you who prefer to save a few bucks and are not picky about modern amenities and overall cleanliness...this works. Devamı

It's not a five star hotel, but if you want inexpensive that is clean, comfortable and convenient, this is the place.

We were there for just one night to attend a family reunion and needed a place close to the lake. We have stayed in this hotel before when it was owned by another chain. Overall, the hotel is fine for one or two nights, but for longer stays, I'd recommend another hotel and here's why. First, the facility is beginning to show it's age and is getting […] a little run down. Nothing major, just some minor things like paint and aging furniture. Also, the bathtub drained very slowly, but it did drain. Second, the mattress was uncomfortable because it was very firm, bordering on hard. I realize this can be considered personal preference because some people like a firm mattress. However, I do not so I tossed and turned all night. For the price the service, location, and room were pretty good, except for the bathroom not being clean at all and the towels looked stained. There was a frig, microwave, and safe. I would have recommened this hotel to anyone if the bathroom had been clean.

This was our second stay in 11 days at this hotel. Our first experience was much better than then this time. I had resevered the king bed and the only room available was with 2 doubles. The room we were given intially wasn't as clean and the air conditioner did not work. We asked for a room with a working air conditioner and got it. Although, it didn't […] live up to the first stay, the staff promptly changed our room and although not what I'd asked for, it was comfortable and convenient. Devamı

We were quite satisfied with the stay. The price was good. The pool was well maintained. The breakfast buffet was reasonably well done. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, which we could have used for the items in our small coolers, but for an overnight stay it wasn't really a problem.

The hotel staff made even the small problems work out.

We stayed at the Quality Inn. It's not that far of a drive from Magic Springs. first hotel in many years that actually gave us enough towels. Room was very clean. Good hotel, good price. No complaints here.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable but the hotel was some what run down. For the price I would stay there again!

It was one of the cheapest I could find. We stayed for 3 nights so obviously it wan't awful or I would have left. The lobby is great and clean, but our room was dingy and not so clean in appearance. I killed 2 bugs, stain on the carpet . The housekeeping did not vacuum after we got there. They did not replace toilet paper, coffee or cups. I had to ask […] twice and eventually go get the things we needed. If you want a cheap stay for one night, probably good. But I'm going back to that area in a week and did not book at Quality Inn. old hottel.. it was comfortable... non smoking room smelled like somoking room. Narrow parking for a trailer. Rude staff not very friendly or accomodating. Very offish.. but then it is Arkansas,, very Calvinist.

the items i was not satisfied with is the fact there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. things were clean and orderly but the color coordination is pretty awful if you happen to be a decorator or someone who valued the color of a room with four different colors being used for this particular room.

I was very pleased with my overall stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was great. The only issue was the ice machines didn't work. This is an older motel and doesn't have all the things that most of the newer places have like microwave and frig in the room but for the price it was very good.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and took care of our needs. But it needs some updates. The card reader on the door was very difficult to operate and took almost 5 minutes for us to get into the room.

I made the reservation and paid for the room online in the morning and arrived at the inn late that evening. The staff was courteous and check-in was very easy. The building showed signs of age, but was clean and well-maintained. My room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled of cigarette smoke when I entered, otherwise the room was clean and […] comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for a shower, that night, but I guess some people didn't have any in the morning. Breakfast was ok. In addition to the normal continental items of coffee, juice and pastries, they also offered sausage patties and hard boiled eggs. It wasn't anything fancy, but it was good for what it was. The person at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. She was eager to please and was very thorough. The hotel is older and the rooms sort of look their age, but, it was clean. There was an electrical outlet that did not work and a bulb that was burned out of one of the lamps. The remote control did not work. I did not ask to have any of […] those things remedied. A little dated but easy access, no complaint with the room itself. They charge an extra $10 for a pet which is fair. However make sure you have them add it up front. I told the night staff on check in, but the person failed to add it and this I was accused the next morning of not telling them.

The room was clean, nice comfortable beds, but I was disappointed that we did not have a mini-fridge and microwave. There are 3-4 eateries nearby - Cracker Barrel; Waffle House; a pretty good bbq place; McDonalds. I-30 is easily accessible; no disturbances during the night. Breakfast was okay, but I prefer full buffet.

Room was great with a comfortable bed. We road our new HD from Dallas to ride around Hot Springs area. Room served us well. Pool was not as clean has we would have liked, but felt good after 12 hours on the bike. Service was great. Hospitality people were on top of the breakfast foods that were out keeping items fresh and rotated. Would stay there again […] anytime. Devamı

The table in the room had a broken leg and was being held up by one of the chairs. The on/off switch on one of the lighting fixtures on the wall was hanging loose. Even though the room was a "smoking" room, it still reeked, smelling musty and soured. We won't be staying there again.

Easy location to get to, the room was okay for the most part, the beds were comfortable, the shower was nice and hot, although the shower head was low, but you must wear shoes in the room, as our ankles and feet were covered in bites from God only knows what.

We were pleased with this motel. I had read several reviews already, so I knew it would probably be fine. We spent 2 nights, and it was fine. Many people had said the beds were awesome, which I didn't quite see that way, but they weren't bad. We had a room by the pool, and several guests (20-30?) were there together. The pool was to close at 10pm, but […] the management allowed them to stay until 11:30pm both nights. That was very annoying. No one else really had a chance at the pool, plus if you needed to get up early, it was rather difficult to get any sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was clean, we used it a lot! We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again. :)

The room had great beds. The shower had an upgraded shower head and shower curtain. Room was clean. Breakfast was hardly "deluxe" as advertised, but with the waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, cereals and assorted donuts etc. it was certainly adequate. Only problem was the alarm clock alarm could not be set but wake up service solved that problem and […] a screw was missing in the cold water knob in the shower so was difficult to turn the water on and even more difficult to turn it off - so, maintenance of the room was less than perfect. Stayed here for one night on way north. Was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the room. It was very clean, including the inside of the fridge and the microwave. The beds were very, very comfortable, made even better with the down-like pillows with an extra (total of 3 per bed) and the down-alternative comforter underneath the bed coverlet. Some […] minor issues include: The walls need a paint job and/or a good cleaning with scuff marks everywhere. The ice and vending machines need to be more accessible - sometimes my keycard didn't work to get into the ice area. Much better than I expected and would stay here again.
