Close to what I wanted to see. Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed my stay

Very pleased and was very pleased to realize that I had booked with you again. We had stayed with you a few years ago and had a pleasant experience. I didn't realize I had chosen the same hotel until we drove up. Really enjoyed talking to the lady that takes care of breakfast too. She enjoys her job!

Great location, close to Newport on the Levy, walking distance to most attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is right off the highway, close to lots of resteraunts on the river. There is a great wine/party store across the street.

Friendly staff, and when there was a problem with our room it was quickly fixed.

great restaurants, shopping, and views. This place was great and I'll return again if I need to be in the area.

We came up for the Pittsburgh/Cincinnati football game and found that this was an even better location than we when stayed on the Cincinnati side of the river. Newport on the Levee is about a 20 min walk and there is so much to do. If you are going to a NFL or baseball game, I highly recommend walking to H00ters and taking the boat across. Hotel has lovely view of the Ohio river and is convenient to the KY/Cincinnati shuttle, Newport on the Levee and several restaurants. The free breakfast was great. The room was spacious and quiet, and the bed was quite comfortable.

I really don't know how this place got a 2. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, and it was within walking distance of everything in downtown Cin. Ohio. On my next trip up I will most likely be staying here.

Great location Would go back again. The staff at the front desk were GREAT and very helpful with knowing the area.

One night stay for a Reds game. Great location on the river where we walked to dinner next door. A shuttle service available to the game and back. Clean room and facility.

I returned to this facility because of the satisfaction three years ago and found this experience as equally satisifying. The entrance construction was not a problem and the staff was helpful when I had a minor medical isssue. I would suggest that the Breakfast Room list a menu at the door as the egg section,waffle cooker are not clearly displayed. […] The room was very clean and the food options were plentiful. Devamı

this hotel was perfect! the staff were exceptional, breakfast delicious, and rooms very clean and roomy. the location couldnt have been any nicer. we walked to joes crab shack at night, and to the movies at night, (right next to the acquarium which we visited.) we had numerous visits in both KY and OH, and accessed both easily...

The hotel was convenient and comfortable. The room was clean and the staff was attentive. No complaints and would stay there again.

Great place to stay; however, problems with college kids partying in hotel. College kids bringing in coolers and partying until 4 in morning. Also, cars broken into on parking lot, and elevator smelled like weed with college kids. Too bad - because we loved the hotel. The breakfast was terrific, the staff went out of their way to give directions, help […] us find places to eat, and overall very friendly. The beds were comfortable and rooms very clean. We probably wouldn't stay here again, only because of the guest situation and cars getting trunks broken into. Devamı

Hotel was nice and the location was excellent. It is close to places to eat and not far from Newport aqairium. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A pool would of been nice for the price we paid but overall I would stay there again.

I has trouble checking in and my card was charged once from Hotels.com and then charged again at checkin. I was also told my card was not accepted and then went to get another and was told it was accepted. Everything after checkin was perfect.

It's in a great location, close to all attraction just a bit over prised. I was surpose to have two queenbeds , and i ended up with one queen and a sofabed. It was ok...

Clean room. Both fast food and fine dining nearby.

The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. The hotel was very clean in the lobby, through the halls, and also in the rooms. Our room was pefectly clean and even had a flat screen TV. That was unexpected. The room had a seating area which was very conveniant and a refrigerator that was pefectly clean as well. Dirty refrigerators can mess up my whole […] experience so that was a plus. I have no complaints about our stay at this hotel. I would recommend it to others and would definately stay there again if we were in the area again. Devamı

wonderful location, within 4-5 blocks of most anythiing you'd want to go to Newport for. friendly, attentive staff and nice breakfast in the morns. thought the website said had both indoor/outdoor pools? maybe i misread, but fact is, they have neither. definately didn't dampen any part of our stay...just saying.

HOTEL WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE NEWPORT AQUARIUM THAT WE WERE GOING TO. JUST TURNED AND WAS THERE IN 2MIN

We traveled to Cincinnati to go to the Aquarium, this hotel was conveniently located. The room was clean. It was dated but everything worked and my daughter loved getting ice from the ice machine. They provided breakfast in a tiny room for all the hotel guests - if we'd have gotten there earlier we probably wouldn't have been as crowded or felt as  […] hurried. Devamı

Our group of 20+ women were from Cincinnati/Dayton and stayed at this hotel for a bachelorette party. The location is great because it is just down the street from the bars and it has a great view of Cincinnati. But the hotel itself is rather average and a little overpriced in my opinion. Regarding parking: if you have just one car per room you can […] park in the lot at the hotel but additional cars must be parked in a garage down the street. I was surprised by the condition of this hotel. It appears to be modern, but the interior is quite dated. The rooms are very plain and the carpeting is beat. Breakfast was pretty good and the dining room has a great view of the river and Cincinatti. The location is good in that it is adjacent to the walkway along river that leads to Newport on the Levee. […] But the surrounding neighborhod is seedy and seems menacing at nighttime.
