Drury Inn & Suites Springfield - Springfield

if I stay at a hotel (ho matter what price) and the staff has an attitude or is unaccomadating (of course, within reason) I will not stay again. Drury staff has always got an A+!! and this hotel was no exception. The 530 kickoff meals are not that great, but it is included in price and for the cost it is nice to have. Thanks Drury

I stayed here because my favorite place in Springfield wasn't available. It was very convenient to 44 and well priced. But the place was a little shabby and the beds were not comfortable. The evening snack pleased the kids with mac n cheese, hot dogs and baked potatoes, but I wished we had walked across the parking lot to Ruby Tuesday. Free popcorn […] in the lobby was a hit with the kids. We got popcorn and played games at the tables in the lobby. Indoor/outdoor pool was very small but the kids loved it. Breakfast was just okay. This hotel is nice. The staff were friendly, the food was awesome both in the evening snack time and breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Good wi-fi connection and we were on the 4th floor. The kids loved how the pool is both indoor/outdoor and the jacuzzi was nice.

This was a last minute trip. The room was great and the service was impeccable. The location was very convenient. Of course hotels.com made it amazingly easy. Thanks!

This hotel is convenient, love the breakfast and the rooms are clean. The elevator could be faster but I think most hotels are like this. Drury always gives you a competitive rate.

I stay at a lot of hotels and this particular location has a great setup of people and quality rooms. The bed and pillows were wonderful.

Stayed here for business, found the 3 free drinks at the evening reception and bar type snacks a nice treat. There was popcorn and soda in the lobby until around 10pm as well. Morning breakfast was great too. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. I did not check out the pool and gym. I would recommend this hotel to stay at.

From the moment I walked through the door the whole experience was great. Ry the service clerk was very helpful. The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The evening beverages and food was outstanding.

Relaxed but professional staff, clean, comfortable, up-to-date hotel, and very accommodating to my family. All the wonderful food & snacks is such a money-saver! I don't know how they can do it. I almost always look for a Drury, and Springfield's does not disappoint.

Good deal, enjoyed stay.

WOW! On a 19 day road trip this was my favorite hotel. The staff was very friendly and upbeat. The light dinner and hot breakfast were great. I will be looking for this chain in my future travels. Hope they open on the west coast quickly!!!

We stayed at this location on our way from Ohio to Texas. We spent the morning playing at City Museum in St. Louis so this was a nice place to stop for a rest. The staff was very friendly and since we used hotels.com to book our reservation the check-in/out process was a breeze! We arrived as the "kick-back" was beginning and enjoyed the nacho & baked […] potato bar, spicy chicken bites, hot dogs and mixed drinks. The rooms were very clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable! The wifi was fast and easy to access and the fridge and microwave were a nice convenience! If we had one complaint it would be that the indoor/outdoor pool was closed...but sharing the hotel with people who had been displaced by the tornado in Joplin, MO, it was hard to be anything but thankful! This was our first stay in a Drury and we were pleasantly surrprised. We have been traveling with 2 kids. This place offers snack at night in which could serve as dinner and breakfast in the morning. The hotel was regular, nothing great, but nice. We were very happy with the stay for the price. The location was easy as well.

My family and I were very impressed with the Drury Inn. Absolutely beautiful place. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome. We missed the Kickback food because we had other plans at that time. We were on the fifth floor, so the room was very quiet, the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. What a wonderful experience! The staff were pleasant and very helpful, the rooms were clean and in good repair. The pool is an indoor / outdoor heated pool that can be seen from the windows in the exercise room. I was able to watch my kids swim while I used the treadmill. They served a full breakfast each morning, something my 15 y/o son greatly appreciated. […] Each evening they served food at dinner time, along with free drinks. Later in the evening they served free popcorn and drinks. I found myself sitting in the lobby with my 3 teenagers playing cards, eating popcorn and visiting with other groups of traveler's who were doing the same. When we left the hotel and headed home it was warm and I realized that I'd left my coat in the room about 2 hours away. We called the hotel and they had the coat and gave it to my daughter to bring home, who was leaving later that day, Will definitely stay here again! Devamı

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and nicely laid out. My only complaint is that they have an indoor/outdoor pool that isn't heated during the winter. My 2 and 3 year old daughters were looking forward to swimming in the hotel pool during our stay in December but the pool water was too cold. It was wonderful. The staff was awesome! The pool even though half was outside was a good temp. We will stay at another Drury Inn.

Our stay at this hotel was mostly good. It was located pretty close to Mo State Univ, had a Walmart across the street for quick purchases, and was in a safe neighborhood. The down side was that the frig in our room was barely cool, so the management put our drinks in their frig, and the air conditioner didn't work well either. The breakfast offered […] didn't have much variety, and was the same each morning. We will probably look for a different hotel next trip. Devamı

Very convenient location off I-44 close to restaurants. Good accommodating staff with clean comfortable rooms, good high speed internet access. The pool needs to open before 9am, though. Other than that, I would recommend this property

Hotel was clean and worth the money paid. Location to surrounding businesses and restaurants was fantastic.
