Our room had Refrigerator, Microwave, hair dryer (though mentioned on request), and also free WiFi (with good speed), nice breakfast

nice friendly place

Very disrespectful employees!! Had to stay over 2 hrs to check in, there was a problem with their system and couldn't find my reservation!!

needs a lot of updating, toilets are ridiculously small.

We were pleased with our stay at this hotel. The price was fair, everything was clean (though not new), and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not bad - waffles and a healthy cereal were two choices that we appreciated.

Room was adequate, good spot between Hot Springs and Little Rock. Decent place to sleep for night

King size bed reserved - given 2 doubles. When we asked to switch rooms they told us that they overbooked and this was all they had. Great location great value

This hotel is in a great location and is priced right. It's not a five star hotel but it is a bargain for the price. The pool is nice and clean too.

The room was pretty clean. It is in need of an update. The toilet ran for awhile after flushing and the air conditioners were old and took a long time to cool off the room. However, the hotel staff turns on the air conditioners ahead of check in time. The decor also needed updating. The ice machine was slow. Parking was quite cramped. However, staff […] were very friendly, even calling us after a cell phone had been left in the room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but the parking might be the deal breaker. NEVER will I stay here again. You get what you pay for. If the price is cheap, the quality will mirror it. Ants in the room. Hard mattress provided me with countless hours of miss sleep. Obnoxiously loud AC unit. Will pay extra to stay at Hampton Inn or the Holiday Inn Express down the street. The AC leaked water on the floor so you had a mildew smell in the room. The looked clean. The price was if you if want I place to sleep.

You get what you pay for, but we only needed a place to stay the night. The beds were comfortable, but the room smelled awful. Luckily I brought Febreeze!. The breakfast was not what others had implied..

I don't know what all the complaints are about. Probably by those familes that book 2 double beds, then complain that there aren't enough towels for their 6 kids. This place is just fine, it was clean, and the person at the front desk was very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. We didn't have to pay alot, we got what we paid for or a bit more. The room was clean, the area quiet, although our airconditioner was a bit noisy, at least it was white noise. Do not stay here!!!! Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. It will save you money in the long run!!!!!

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!! The manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Do not stay here!!!!

Clean basic hotel at a great price. Only problem was shower head that was too low for normal people.

staff was great they went beyond what was required to help.they helped me find ploaces in hot springs it was a great carefree experince

If you have business in Arkadelphia, don't stay there! If you don't have a reason to stop there, drive a few more miles and stay somewhere else.

Both the sheets and pillow case had stains. The toilet did not appear to be clean.

Everything went smooth upon arrival...my wife and I checked in to our room, which was quite dated but seemed to be clean (at least for the most part) except for the strong smell on Ben-gay ointment. After turing down the A/C and begining to relax (after the long drive) the room cooled some but then no more. I called the front desk and they sent someone […] up to look at the air conditioner and then moved us to another room. The good news is that the A/C worked great in this room..the bad news is that it looked even more dated than the first one. This is a room that will suffice if price is the most important concern otherwise I would probably chose one of the several new hotels that are located within two blocks. Devamı
