Recommend it! Very good stay, good customer service. Nice clean rooms, nice warm indoor pool, nice hot tub! Breakfast was good too.

Breakfast is free, but the dining area is so tiny that people are waiting 10 minutes to toast their bread out make their waffles . This.is not the place to eat breakfast if you want a quiet and relaxing start to your day.

The check in desk was great. We got in about midnight and they were ready for us. Room was good for Sleeping which is all we needed. Breakfast service seemed a bit overwhelmed, they ran out of a lot and took a while to get anything refilled
Poor rating. TV remote did not work, air conditioner control did not work properly.Room was clean.

I chose this hotel for proximity in Des Moines, its central to all the surrounding suburbs and right off the main highway. The check in process was quick and I love that they don't use a credit card for holds if the hotel is paid in full. The room was clean, the heating unit easy to use. The pool was clean and quiet. We stayed on a saturday night, hotel staff very nice and helpful. Hotel was quite and clean, the free breakfast area was very crowed sunday morning but people were friendly, Overall it was a quality stay and we would stay again.

"Great place to spend the night!!"
This was a GREAT place to spend the night about midpoint from Minneapolis, MN to Seward, NE. The pool and hot tub were great after a day at the Mall of America and travel to Clive. My daughter's have to have a pool. Breakfast was good and we were back on the road to home the next morning.
"Great Hotel and would stay again"
The staff was great, the breakfast was good and the pool was perfect for our kids (ages 13 and 10). The only complaint was the noise the heater made throughout the night., it was too loud at times.

I stayed at this la Quinta the weekend I ran the living history farms cross country race in des Moines... Other than the hot tub being out of service the stay was perfect... Room was very comfy/cozy they allowed us a late checkout of 2pm so we could come back after the race and shower, the location was only a five minute drive from the race course and […] the best thing of all was their welcomness of pets. "Comfortable Room, Good Location, Great Rates"
We stay here often. Today was the one day that we noticed drips from the ceiling, but at least it was in the lobby and not in our room. They had buckets catching the drops falling from the ceiling. Otherwise, the stay was as good as usual. Clean, comfortable room. Nearby convenience store and restaurants. Ready access to Interstate.

"Decent choice for the money"
Overall, my experience at this LaQuinta was fine. The rooms are quiet, clean and spacious enough. Its a little odd to have the bathroom literally at the entry door (walk in and you are in the bathroom sink). The location was very convenient to interstates and the place of my appointment. One item I would work on is the breakfast. Maxwell House coffee? […] Seriously, they could do better. Other items were just average at best. The 2% milk for the cereal was left out and warm. Devamı

"La Quinta"
This was a very nice hotel. The staff was polite and efficient. The breakfast was quite good. The wireless internet service was great. All in all, a very nice hotel.

Thought this hotel was a great deal. It was clean, quiet and the pool has extended hours and was also clean - a great break for our kids. Staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn't special but was sufficient. Would stay here again.

A very quiet hotel. The beds are not that comfortable but for one night it was ok. The shower made up for it in the morning, great water pressure & coverage. The continental breakfast was pretty standard. Easy on/off I-35.

My wife and I were just passing through. I was happily surprised by the condition of the hotel. It seemed that everything was recently updated. We have stayed in a La Quinta in Minnesota and were so impressed we stayed in the one in Clive. The hotel is clean and the staff is REALLY friendly! It was smaller than the one we stayed at in Minnesota,but still adequate. My only complaint is the sink being outside of the bathroom, it was awkward. Great hotel for a one night stay during a cross country trip. Breakfast was very convenient. Wish the fitness room was opened earlier. Had to run outside in the dark

Room was clean and comfortable. Reasonably roomy even with the king size bed.
Liked everything about our stay here with one small exception. Did not like that we had to leave the bathroom in order to wash our hands. i am probably to picky there. Nice clean room and comfortable beds.

"Decent Hotel"
We had a very pleasant stay. There were several resturants within walking distance of the hotel and a gas station right across the street. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was decent. Staff was knowledgable of the local area and very helpful when our key cards died and we could not get back into the hotel.

Good location. Close to Machine Shed - a good restaurant. Room had extra outlets to charge laptop & cell phones. The front desk was too busy for me to get extra towels, so I just got some from the pool.

I have stayed at other La Quinta's in the past most were good experiences. DesMoines was far from that,the coffee maker was not clean,my room was not serviced,for lenth of my stay.The sink stopper would not work,wrong fauset in sink.Mangement offered no corections.

The room was very large, clean, adequate storage, very secure, air conditioning did the job, and very quiet. The breakfast was convenient, tasty, and plenty available if you got to it early. The hotel was full and the food went fast, and waiting for waffles was a problem although they were good! The elevator was not air conditioned so it was very hot […] traveling to the floors even though it was just a short ride. The swimming pool was wonderful as well as the hot tub spa. "Children with pet allergies"
I called the hotel a week or two ahead of arrival and requested a "no pet" room. I told the clerk I had kids with severe Dog allergies. She said she would put us on the top floor because pets were on the 1st floor. That seemed ok. Upon checking in on July 28, 2011, I reminded the clerk that I needed a pet free room. She informed me that ALL of their […] rooms were pet friendly!!! She said that the rooms were cleaned well after each guest. That doesn't help with allergy to pet dander. It takes quit some time to rid a room from the allergen. I would really have liked to be told the rooms were all pet friendly the first time I requested a pet free room instead late evening when I arrived with two young, allergic children. Devamı
