Newly renovated throughout. Nice, clean, friendly staff. One minor issue was quickly resolved and we were upgraded to another room immediately. Only complaint is that the couch in the upgraded room was very uncomfortable, but we really didn't need it.

Verly, very clean rooms. Seems like it was remodeled recently. Staff is as friendly as you can get. Continental breakfast is all you could need or want. Great place to stay, especially for the low price compared to others. Highly Recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for one night durring a quick weekend trip to the area. It was very convienient to find, right off of hwy 83. There were many Restruants close and the front desk person even have us a quick rundown of them at check-in. They also provide a 4 page list of local eats. There is a Target in walking distance for any needs. Breakfast […] was good with make your own waffles and other quick options. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was that the bathroom was a bit warn and appeared dirty. Good choice for a good price. Devamı

Whenever we travel to the Chicago area, this is our favorite suburban hotel. Excellent highway connections to almost everything in the Chicago area. The staff has always been friendly and accomodating. The houskeeping is exceptionally good. The only negative on our last visit was they ran out of coffee during breakfast...for shame! :)

The hotel was nice for the money. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very courteous. I would stay again.

We went to the Chicagoland races and couldn't find anything closer so we booked here. Judging by the great price and only 2 stars we were a little nervous. This facility has been through a remodeling of sorts and exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood was ok also. I would definitely consider staying here again.

A little difficult to find (GPS has it in a slightly different location), but was very pleased with the hotel itself. They provided a huge list of area restaurants at the front desk, and the Italian restaurant they said was the best...was! The area immediately around the hotel is mostly an office park, but there is plenty do do within a couple of m […] iles. Devamı

the only trouble that my guest had was she was allergic to animals and she didn't know they took pets in to hotel. this was a major problem with her asthma and she was up both nights. How miserable is that

We had stayed at this hotel last year because of it's convenience for our visit. It was acceptable. This year we found it completely refurbished..I am in a wheel chair and we requested a room on the first floor and asked for a refrigerator,They were very accommodating. The room they gave us was very roomy and the mattress was exceptionally comfortable. […] Chicago was having an exceptionally humid hot summer and the room was always a little damp and the air conditioner was emitting an unpleasing odor. Since we were staying 6 nights, before bothering the hotel staff we thought we'd try something on our own. We purchased a spray bottle of fabreeze and sprayed the air conditioner blower area and that did the trick. We intend to stay there next year during our visit to Chicago. The price makes it possible for an extended stay without costing a prohibitive amount of money. Devamı

Was a wonderful stay. Was always comfortable and always felt safe,which is very important for travel. Do plan to use LA QUINTAs' services again in my travel plans, and I plan to pass my experiences on to others.

We enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Few things that we liked were good selection of items in breakfast, nice bed, Front desk was really helpful. I would definatlly stay at this hotel again.

For what they wanted in price for the hotel,was not worth it.Nothing to writ home about.

Check in was quick and painless. The room smelled a bit foul at first but the smell went away with the help of the air conditioner. Bed was comfortable. The tv was a bit outdated, but watchable. The free breakfast was edible ( hard boiled egg, cold cereal, toast, milk and juice), but nothing to write home about. Friendly staff. Recently remodeled. Very convenient to major highways. Breakfast buffet consists of the usual mostly cold items. Local and chain restaurants are nearby. Some may find it confusing getting back to the highway so check with the desk before leaving and follow the signs. New carpets and decor, great staff and delicious breakfast make this hotel about 25 minutes for MIDWAY airport a favorite, but even mor-so now.

It took us a little bit to find the hotel, driving from Colorado. Once we got there, we were very satisfied. It was close to where we needed to be with relatives and friends. The hotel was close to Downers Grove, was inexpensive, and seemed to be in a pretty safe neighborhood. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is kind of run-down, but they are in the middle of renovations so this is improving. I was frustrated that they advertised free wireless internet, but the internet was not working the entire time we were there. […] We had chosen the hotel specifically because we needed internet access and it was very inconvenient. Great place to stay. We used it as a launch pad to downtown Chicago. From the hotel we drove to the Midway airport CTA Park & Ride which was about 12 miles away. We took the CTA orange train downtown each day, about a 40 minute ride and much faster than driving in heavy trafic. The Midway Park & Ride was a very safe place to park, a fenced in lot with […] shuttle service to the front gate and back to your car. Never felt unsafe at any time on the trains, buses or downtown. We're not night owls so we were always on a train back to the hotel by 10pm. I would avoid the south side at night. If you go to Chicago make sure you get a city pass if going to the attractions, you will save hours waiting in line. Get a 3-day transit pass so you can ride any CTA train or bus. Make sure you go to Garret's for the worlds best carmel corn. You'll have fun. Chicago is a great, friendly place to visit. Devamı

I chose this hotel to save $ during a recent trade show trip to Chicago. Coming up 55 to McCormack Place, I looked for an inexpensive hotel that was an easy location from which to travel to the show. This La Q fit the bill. Without traffic, travel to the show was about 20 minutes. (Rush hour was a different story.) Hotel was clean and close to the highway. […] Road noise not a problem in my room that faced away from highway. Rooms insulated well from other room noises. The only minor gripe I had was that the floor in front on my sink flexed a lot. Decent quick breadfast. Would stay there again. Devamı

GPS leads U into residential area. Use cross roads to get to the right destination of the hotel. Otherwise, no negatives noted.

It was very clean. The hallway was a little musty smelling, but the room smelled great. The air conditioning was quiet and worked very well. Was concerned about closeness to interstate for noise, but room was surprisingly quiet. Curtain could have been a few inches longer to help block out the bright lights from the parking lot. I used to live in the area so I was familiar with the location. I know it wasn't in the prettiest part of town but it was close and convenient to our friends, family and the highway. The hotel lobby is very small and looks old. Our room was clean. We had a king non smoking room and that's what we got. The window openned (only about 3 inches) so it […] was a perk to be able to get some fresh air on cool nights. Our view of the House of Trucks wasn't ideal though. It didn't have a refrigerater so that was a little disappointing too. We only had breakfast one day. It was a basic hotel breakfast but because the area that is is served in is small it was pretty crowded. The vending machines didn't work really well either. The ones that held pop/soda/water were always sold out or didn't work at all. They had another that was for powerade that worked without a problem. We used our room as a 'crash pad' since we were really only there to sleep. It worked out fine and with The Kerry Piper (Irish pub) and Chicken Basket (restaurant/bar) within walking distance, we didn't need a designated driver. Hotel was convenient to the area I was visiting, clean, and well kept. Friendly staff. Breakfast selection and availability could be better but for price was a solid value.

got there late and my room was ready to go no problem checking in. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Definitely if again in the area will stay there.

Nice motel in great location. Easy access to highways and expressways. Quiet, even though close to roads. Very clean and well maintained. Super friendly and efficient desk staff. I highly recommend the La Quinta in Willowbrook, IL and I would stay there again.

All of the other things are very good, if bathroom is larger then excellent...

GREAT LOCATION AND NICE STAFF.

This hotel was perfect for what we were needing. The price was right. There was not a lot of choices for the continetal breakfast but the waffles were good. Only complaints about this hotel was the shower had no water pressure and the internet was down most of the stay. If you are looking for an inexpensive nice place to sleep, this is perfect.

Not much in the neighborhood, but that is not why we stayed here anyway. Comfortable bed, free wifi was great, breakfast was good. The Night front desk clerk was outstanding.

Our stay was fine, but customer service needs a little work. Carpeting was being laid in the height of check-in time. Halls were often blocked during cleaning hours. We had no wireless the entire time, and service was via a technician sitting in Poland.
