The hotel can be better if they offer coffee thru out the day, and the hot water needs to be hot not Luke warm!

Good clean hotel. Very good value. If I was to ask for anything to be changed it would be better towels.

The toilet overflowed and I had to plunge it myself. I deserve a free night.

This was the worst hotel I every stay in. They had prostitutes work in the breakfast area. This place is a no tell motel. It is a place were teenagers go to make out.

Clean,comfortable and courteous staff. Location is out of the way but convenient for my needs. Price was right!!

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were not the greatest. They needed a little more cleaing. There were items under the bed: Cd, papers etc.. Overall all for a cheap night's stay it was ok.

Enjoyable stay. Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and bed was big and comfortable. It was hard to keep room temp comfortable with out having window open.

This is a great place to stay! The front desk representative is always nice and pleasant no matter what time you check in. I have had nothing but the utmost customer service at this establishment!

The front desk clerk was very helpful when I checked in and was very pleasant.

Our room was sufficient, clean, and cool. The rude situation we encountered at the breakfast bar was our reason for not staying another night.

I have stayed at the La Quinta on several occasions and I have consistently received good service and accomodations. I would highly recommend it for a traveler or local who requires clean, safe, quaint accomodations without the price tag that comes along with the larger hotels.

The front desk staff was very helpful when I needed information off the internet and the lady who cleaned our room was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

The over all stay was not to bad, i liked that there was truck and trl. parking. But we stayed Sat and Sun night and sunday night was the worst, i was trying to do my laundry, and every time I came out of my room I got a contact hi from the haze of weed in the hall. And it did not seem like the ladies working that night could care less. My wife and […] I will stay there from time to time, because it has truck parking. But I would not recommend it for families. The only thing i didn't like was that the knob on the bathroom door was hanging it was hard to lock,other then that my stay was good and convient to all stores. I woud strongly recommend LaQuinta.See you again real soon.

I grew up in this area. So when I came back to visit and stayed at this hotel, I was really disappointed. I stayed at this same hotel about 3 yrs earlier and was very pleased, so it was a big let down when I walked in this go round. Oh, it was clean enough. And the hotel staff was nice enough. However, when I first walked in, I was met with the stale […] smoke odor. The atmosphere was pretty depressing. The toilet hummed all night. The sink constantly dripped. The towels were extremely scratchy. The carpets smelled like smoke. And the second night I was there, the police were called because of some issues with a guest. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Janice was the lady whom was on duty when we arrived at the hotel. She was very friendly and welcoming everyday that she was on duty while we were staying at the hotel. After we had checked out, Janice called me to inform me that someone in my room had left their computer in a drawer. The hotel had a shower bead that was broken. I need a good shower in the morning and this one failed me. The walls were a bit thin and I could hear the nearby highway from the room with the windows closed. The breakfast was satisfactory. I didnt pay much and I didn't get much.

I found the hotel a good bargin for the money

La Quinta is a very, nice, quiet and cozy hotel to stay in. I've stayed at a different location years ago and was satisfied. I never realized the convenience and price difference this hotel has compared to a lot of others. You should definitely try them out!

I have stayed at this location on numerous occasions. The hotel stay is very reasonably priced. The complimentary continental breakfast is an added plus. I feel the surroundings are very safe. Parking is free which is always attractive. The hotel is right off the expressway which is very convenient and there are always plenty of good restaurants nearby. […] You can't beat the accommodations for the price. Devamı

We were expecting something more up to date than we had. We were greeted very nicely at the front desk. Things seemed under control at first, but then we saw people turned away because their room wasn't ready yet. We were also asked to wait for a bit. In the kitchen there were two large garbage bags still sitting by the garbage cans. Our impression […] then was that the hotel must be poorly managed and that perhaps check-in is too early for the staff. Once we went into our room, it was clean and smelled clean. Everything is very outdated, the locks on the doors were chain locks, the t.v., the key to get into the door.. We needed to mapquest directions, but with the outdatedness, we new there would not be a business center. The people at the front desk were more than happy to get us what we needed. Breakfast was the usual. All I wanted was coffee, but all of the coffee was empty. That was a disappointment, but I did have coffee in my room. Devamı

To start off, there was a line of over 20 people trying to check-in. The check-in time (once reaching the desk) was over 15 minutes. "The rooms weren't ready" was the only explanation we received. My question was, "If you have a list of reservations, then you know how booked your hotel is. How can you be 4 hours behind schedule?" After we finally did […] get our room (check-in was at 1:00, we arrived at 3:00 and got into our room at 5:30), we were told they'd have to re-key the room if we wanted a 2nd room key and our key wouldn't work when we came back. Afraid to find another 2-hour line upon our return, we settled for the one key. When we got to our room (written as 308), we found the key didn't work. We tried room 306 down the hall and the key worked. We called the front desk and let them know what happened. The response was, "Is 306 clean? If so, just stay there and we'll mark you down for that room." That made us nervous they'd give out another key to room... Some of the little things that made the experience unpleasant: No remote for the TV, the room was "spot-cleaned", and the water pressure for the shower was VERY weak. We will not stay at this hotel again. I'd rather spend the extra $30 and stay across the parking lot at The Holiday Inn. Devamı

I am so glad to be able to voice my "experience". It was not very nice and I was very disappointed. Upon making the reservation the rating given was 3.9 and since we were not on vacation, we thought this would suffice. We were in town for meetings. The chairs (both) in the room were filty and full of stains from long use (I guess). Nevertheless we […] had to put towels on them before sitting. We notified the staff at the desk--to no avail (twice). The walls in the bathroom were dirty--splattered with something or other. (We did not mention this.) The picture on the TV was very dark as if it was soon to go out. We did mention this and it supposedly was repaired but not so. Also, the carpeting in the room was very dirty. Upon our check out, I was able to talk to the manager and express our much displeasure. He apologized and assured me he would rectify the situation. He stated that since I had paid for my accommondations through Expedia he could not monetarily compensate us for our problems but he gave us a coupon for a night's stay in any LaQuinta. Look, This is not a 5-star hotel. You aren't paying a 5 star price. But it is definitely a great deal for the price. Super convenient off of I-57 in Chicago. Every staff member except one young girl was very friendly. The breakfast was a really nice surprise! They had waffles and fresh cold milk to make this pregnant woman happy.

Hotel has good morning breakfast bar and is in great location. Easy for guest to get to work nearby.

Had a great stay! Very friendly, helpful desk person(even after 11pm arrival) Nice clean, comfortable room.Had a good nights sleep.

Had a wonderful stay.Checking in and out was simple, & the staff (both late at night & in the morning)were very polite and friendly!! The rooms were what I had expected, clean & comfortable.I would highly recommend this hotel,great price for a nice room and attentive staff.It was a very pleasant experience and I would return if in the area again.

Room was very clean, sheets smelled clean. Shower was excellent. Water pressure was good and shower massage head actually worked. The water was also hot, not luke warm.

Very friendly staff, easy and fast check in and out. Clean, comfortable room. Very convenient location. Would defintely recommend this hotel, especially for any business travelers.

You definately get what you pay for. The hotel was clean and it did not smell. There was not pool or any form of entertainment for the kids unless you wanted to spend $10 using and outdated television to pay there outdated nintendo 64 games. With the state of todays economy if you have a game or a dvd player to hook up and watch you should be able to. […] Please update your 1980's sets and step into 20th century other than that the breakfast was nice.
