Our stay was very good, we didn't spend a lot of time in our room or at the hotel. Wouldn't stay here if I was planning on spending a lot of time in the room or at hotel. Other then that it was a nice hotel.

It was easy to find since it was easily seen from the road. We were greeted by a friendly front desk person. Our check in was efficient. When we opened the door to the room we could tell that it was clean and free of any unpleasant odors. Everything was in good working order. The bathroom and all fixtures were clean. I was very pleased with the hotel. It was clean, the continental breakfast was great, and most important, the staff there was extremely helpful, easy-going, and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a very nice, quiet stay on a fri and sat nites. Hotel staff said its normally business travelers during the week. Was very satisfied with cleanliness and staff assistance. Breakfast was very adequate. Would definetely stay again.

The rooms are well maintained and very clean upto date. Also the breakfast has lot of varieties so choose from . Additional info about Illinois -->chicago-->hoffma estate--.elgin etc In chicago please be careful about unattended toll gates everywhere. Very nice, clean and quiet, continental breakfast was fresh and tasty, exceeded my expectations, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning the next time we need a place to stay in Elgin.

I was very happy with this hotel. It exceeded my expectations. Convenient location for my visit. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was accomodating.

Hotel was very good for such reasonable rates. Room was clean, beds and furniture in good condition and all rooms have a refrigerator and microwave. Free breakfast buffet had good selection: bacon, sausage, waffles, boiled eggs and all the other standard pastries, donuts, cereal and drinks every morning (i was there 4 days). Breakfast area was very […] clean, the woman in charge of that area was always cleaning the food counters, tables and restocking whatever was running low, a lot more effort than I see at much more expensive hotels. Hotel is just off the highway with restaurants and mall very close. This hotel is on par with more expensive hotels in this area, only difference is no swimming pool here. This hotel was everything all of the reviews said it would be and more. Very clean, comfortable bed, and friendly desk staff. On top of that, it had the best rate in the area. Great business or short stay hotel. Only downside is that it doesn't have a pool. Would definately stay here again.

Not too expensive and pleasent staff. In a quiet area of town. Room was spacious, was equipped with everything. Smelled and looked clean, very comfortable. I enjoyed the hotel.

This was a wonderful travel experience for us and an exceptional value for the price we paid. We had large, clean rooms that were nicely appointed and had a fresh "new" look. Full breakfast is available with eggs, sausage, fruit and nice breads, waffles, and pastries. It was a very nice room, king size bed, lots of pillows. The room was very clean, though I think the bathtub could have been a little cleaner-there was a visible ring around the tub. There were no washcloths in the tub area, which I found odd. They were all out by the sink. This hotel was a little hard to find in the dark (the sign wasn't well-lit), but it was a nice place. The breakfast offerings were fresh and varied (hot and cold items). I didn't find the hotel noisy, although I did stay on a weeknight. There is not much in the immediate vicinity -you have to drive a little up/down the road to get to restaurants, shopping, […] etc. Overall, very comfortable and clean, and one of the more affordable hotels in the area. The Elgin hotel was very close to our business destination, very easy to find from the freeway, & was very clean. Breakfast was more than adequate for our needs and our room was very quiet. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the beds comfortable. It was a Saturday night and it was quiet. We have stayed here previously and feel secure in this hotel and neighborhood. Good breakfast as well. Overall we were very satisfied as we were when we had stayed previously.

The walls are very thin. You can hear everything from the rooms next to you and the hall way.

Other than the decor of the room being outdated everything else was very good. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and everything was clean. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I would definately stay here again.

The only problem with the hotel was the television. The nice maintenance man worked over an hour trying to make it work. It really didn't work very well. There was a problem with the sound. However, the hotel refunded us the pet fee that we paid because of the problem. The people were extremely nice.

The room was wonderful. We liked the breakfast. One waffle iron was broken so there was a wait for that. loved having fruit available as you went in and out all day. Wonderful bed and our room was quiet. We were very impressed

Room was a bit cramped for four people, but it was a very decent place to stay. Friendly reception. Toilet would not flush properly at first; maintenance guy came right away to plunge it. Could not stay for full breakfast, but it looked decent.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Room clean and just fine for what we needed.

I WILL VISIT ELGIN AGAIN AND PLAN ON STAYING AT THE QUALITY INN. BREAKFAST HAD SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM AND STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. CLEAN, COMFY AND QUIET.

I've stayed here twice in the last six months. The decor and facilities are aging a bit, but it's a fine place for the price, and the location was convenient for me. The only significant negative is the "fitness room", if it can be called that. It's essentially a claustrophobic little room with three dilapidated cardio machines.
