"Baymont in Fort Smith: Front Desk Was The Best!"
There was a slight issue with my reserved room and rather than have me and my three little girls wait for the issue to be resolved, front desk sent us on to our room and took care of the rest. Also, as a former Housekeeping Supervisor for another large Hotel Chain: old habits die hard, so I checked our room and was completely satisfied. "Baymont in Ft. Smith, AR"
Nice clean room, continental breakfast, free wifi, accommodating staff at a very reasonable price. I have paid much much more for much less. Close to interstate but quite a distance from Convention Center where my meetings were held. Area is commercial with lots of other hotels, fast food places, etc..

"Ok for the money"
The hotel is great for contractors (like myself). Good Bed, Friendly Staff, Free Breakfast, but the hotel isn't being kept up well and the hallways are all smelling of smoke. Really close to the highway.

"Good stay, Great value!"
Only stayed one night, but room was clean, climate control worked great on a chilly night, and desk staff was cheerful and helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel again. Very good value.

If you are simply looking for a place to sleep on your way through it is fine. Older hotel so nothing fancy about it, but good for the price.

Good stay for the money. we had 4 adults and 3 towels.
We could not ask for a better place to stay there was 8 people in group and stayed two nights not one complaint from anyone . The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful with places to eat and entertainment. A great place for the $$$
"Asked for Handicapped Room - Didn't Get"
I specifically asked for a handicapped room and it was confirmed and we didn't get it. Would never recommend to anyone due to this huge oversight on their part.
Hotel was clean, staff was friendly & accommodating. We enjoyed our stay & would not hesitate to return when we visit Ft. Smith again!
"Good For The Price"
This is not a GREAT hotel, but very fine for the price. The room was a little "musty" smelling, but the young lady at the counter was very nice and simply gave us some air freshener as we had requested. Not great....not bad.

"Baymont FSM nice location"
We typically stay at the Baymont when we visit Fort Smith, but I have to say this time the room was a bit more in need of updating then what I have become used to at Baymont. The room smelled moldy and chair and ottoman were kind of sketchy looking. On th eplus side they offer a great breakfast buffet and the staff were just as nice this time as they […] have always been. In the furture I may consider a different hotel unless the Baymont updates their property though. This decision is based on my alergy issues which are bothered by mold and musty places, so I would prefer a place with a central heating and air system and not a window unit. However, if you are just looking for a place to crash this could be that place for you. The mattress looked brand new and the room was clean. Devamı

"A good stay for the money"
I just needed a place to sleep for the night. The hotel was easy to access. The air conditioner in my first room did not work. The young lady at the front desk, although busy, set me up in a new room with good cold air. The caarpet did have a few stains but other than that the room was clean. I left early so I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast there. […] It was set up and looked like it had a small seletion of the standard continental breakfast items. I did use the pool. I made this reservation based on price and it being pet friendly. I had no idea what to expect as I had never stayed at a Baymont Inn before. Well everything was wonderful from the friendly clerk at check-in, the spacious and clean bedroom, and the expansive complimentary continental breakfast. "nice stay for cheap price"
We got a really great deal on this place. Very reasonable rate and clean room. We brought our 85 pound dog with us and they do not charge an additional fee for pets. This place was just a stop over for us and the staff was friendly and helpful. We found a nearby park with their help that was really, really nice for the kids.
