Genel olarak güzeldi ancak, internetin ücretmi olması bir yana günlük ücretin 15 dolar olması, otel fiyatı da göz önünde bulundurulduğu taktirde affedilemez, aynı zamanda check out yaptıktan yalnızca 3 saat sonra arayıp iphone sarj aletimi unuttuğumu söylememe rağmen bulunamadığı için de ayrıca şaşkınım.

This is a wonderful hotel, located right in the midst of the theatre district. They are in the middle of a major renovation project that will turn the 1920-era property into a modern, classy 21st century hotel. Great hotel. Great location close to Times Square. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Prices were exceptional. A bit of an inconvenience with the construction of the hotel going on. I just wanted a great room in a good location...very satisfied with both of those.

It was reported to be 'under renovation' in the exterior and lobby areas. The whole block was a construction site. The key to my confirmed queen bed room didn't work so I was moved to another room with doubles. The room was small but cleverly done 'modern' except for the entry hallway and door which hadn't been touched and looked like they had been […] through wars. The 'view' out the window was of a lightwell with a huge metal duct running in front of my window. Elevator from the upstairs lobby to the street was broken and the lobby areas were very chaotic. Yes,it is under construction and not all elevators were working.On the other hand,we were only staying overnight,the room was clean,the staff was very helpful and you can't beat the location. I would say go for it but realize there will be some minor inconveniences.

They're undergoing a major renovation so getting in and out of the hotel is awful. Elevators are slow. Service could make up for that deficit, but it is non-existant. Not a satisfying experience.

Stayed at this hotel a number of times. The remodeled room made this a 4.5 hotel.

I think this classic hotel will be a great value in Times Square once finished with renovation. My room was very small, but stylish and comfortable. The common areas were all under construction (May 2013) which was very confusing.

The staff was friendly but very inefficient and generally uninterested in helping guests. We had trouble getting our bags to our room and getting our car from the garage when we left. The hotel is great location, they are remodeling it which I never knew before hand. the staff was good, BUT there 4 elevators are the worse between not working and waiting up to 10 minutes for them is just crazy. It made you not want to leave during peak times. The over all hotel was nice the room small but clean and nice

We have used the Milford many times over our visits to New York however on this occasion the Milford was a discrace we arrived to a building site. the hotel was advertised as newly renovated rooms!! the checkin area is on 2nd floor no lifts to take us or our cases and no offer of help. Lift area is a building site guys hardwalling and plastering as […] we waited for our lift " health and safety" did not appear to matter. Never again Devamı

I actually enjoyed the room. The hotel itself was under renovation, and not really a joy to walk through. The lobby was dismantled, no amenities, portly service, and generally just a bit of a gong show. The room, however small, was good. For $300 a night I should have stayed somewhere else at this particular time.

Good place to stay in Times Square. Close to theaters and restaurants. Rooms were very clean and modern. Construction distracted a little bit. The staff was very helpful. Lobby was often crowded with people or suitcases. Elevators were a little confusing for first-time visitors.

The hotel is under renovation, so elevator wait times and flow of people in the lobby were negatively impacted, but that said, the staff did a very good job of helping and directing people to minimize the issue as best they could. Location is fantastic, particularly if you are going to spend the majority of your time between 40th-60th street. Subway […] stops are convenient too. Thisi is my New York hotel-in midst of reconstruction-but the most convenient location for plays and shopping -the new beds are the most comfortable and new rooms are great

This is a perfect example in "you get what you pay for". The room was small, clean, quite and comfortable. I was in town on business (..and I don't have a giant expense account), so I wasn't in my my room that much anyway. It's NYC you shouldn't be in your room anyway, business or otherwise! This hotel is good if you want something cheap near Times Square. You can't go to McDonald's expecting a ribeye steak. In the same way you can't expect this to be a great hotel. It's rooms are tiny and dirty, but you're paying bottom dollar

The only reason I didn't rate it higher was because of construction in the lobby. Rooms are very small but satisfactory. Extremely close to Theaters, Restaurants, Time Square. Clean rooms, staff was excellent. I will stay there next time I am in the City.

The hotel was in the midst of a lobby renovation, and so all was very chaotic and crowded downstairs. However, the room was fine and the bed was very comfortable. Even the horns and sirens became white noise. With so many people staying in the hotel, I was surprised by how quiet the halls were. The location is not to be beat - every conceivable train […] is either right across the street or just a few blocks away. And there are so many excellent restaurants to choose from. The property is under renovation, so it may get better, but when I was there is was horrible. They should have trottled back significantly on the number of guests they tried to accommodate given the work they are doing on the building. They had half the elevators blocked off for renovation and two of the remaining four went off line one mornign so they […] were actually shuttling guests on the service elevator. I stayed in the single queen room, and it was smaller than the size of the room aboard a cruise ship. But in the end, it's very much worth it. The rooms had everything you would need anyways, very clean, and very central location wise. For the price, I don't think you can stay anywhere better in Manhattan.

The hotel is being remodelled and they really should pay people to stay there. I had a remodelled room and it and the bathroom were quite nice. However, there were no services available in the hotel and a temporary entrance. Since the temporary entrance is on the ground floor while the non-existent lobby was one floor up, it was difficult and sometimes […] impossible to get an elevator which mostly seem to end at the lobby level. In leaving I had to carry my suitcase down a flight of stairs as there were no staff available to help. Checking in and trying to check bag were very slow and confusing. Devamı

Hotel is undergoing major renovations right now. Elevator access is limited; check in/check out is chaos as part of the lobby area is closed off. Guest luggage is piled ceiling high in the lobby. Room is adequate in size with excellent heating/cooling system but the bathroom is AWFUL. There is no hook for towels/bathrobes or shelf to place toiletries […] on, and the sliding door to the bathroom is extremely difficult to close. The only "dresser" in the room is 3 separate drawers placed at floor level. The hallways are poorly lit. There is absolutely NO literature in the room regarding the hotel or surroundings. Housekeeping barged into our room without knocking on our first day of stay. Restaurant was closed due to renovations, though this was not indicated at the time of our reservation. Recommendation: SKIP THIS HOTEL until renovations are complete. Devamı

May 1 2013 - great location a block off of Times Sq. currently its under a total renovation. yes, the small temporary lobby can be crowded however , my room itself was brand new and was fine..Yes, the room may seem a little small to some, but that is the norm for a NYC hotel built in that era. They gave me an early check in, and check out when requested and the concierge was a big help with directions/ planning my subway trips. Il go back again..
