AMERICAS BEST VALUE INN - Concord

This was a good deal for the money I spent per night.Overall satisfied with service and quality of room.Will plan to book next year in advance

This hotel was next to a train track, and I didn't think too much about this at check in, but a train passed almost every hour or so it seemed. Not to mention the late night clubbers stomping up and down the stairs being loud and obnoxious. The room was quite comfortable and large. The bathroom was not the best I've seen or been in - there were holes in the wall near the tub and toilet. There was a coffee pot but no coffee was left in the room. I was there for 2 nights, didn't spend much time in the room, but the bed was very, very comfortable! Right next to a very loud and busy RR. Awakened many times in the night.

Totally embarrassing, the smell, the appearance and dirtiness of the room. We only stayed there because it already charged his card. This stay should have been free and then the hotel should be knocked down after that. Never stay at a so called hotel because of its price. We would have been better off staying in the car! K.N. The hotels was in a convenient location but close enough to a rairoad to wake me up whenver a train went by. I the morning when i was climbing out of bed I noticed a bedbug on my night table. Nuff said.

The manager was very rude. I explained my safety concerns about staying in hotels that are built like motels (room doors lead directly to the outside). He snatched the key from me and told me that I did not have to stay at the hotel if I didn't want to. There was big tournament in town so ALL of the other hotels were booked. Otherwise I would have told […] him to take the key and shove it. As far as the room was concerned it was cleaner than I expected. Probably due to the fact that it was a non smoking. The hotel was located in a sketchy section with a lot of questionable people walking the neighborhood. The bed was comfortable I had microwave fridge and a pull out sofa bed. For the price it was a great hotel for one a two nights stay. It was extremely cheap. However I would not stay here with children or as a large group. There is no lobby and even with the fence the area is not secure enough for me. Not to mention the customer service is extremely poor. Also note that Hotels.com has another america's best value location in charlotte that is worth welcome rewards. This concord location has a welcome reward logo BUT hotels.com will not honor the rewards points :-( Boo hotels.com Devamı
