No ironing board, and the TV as well as the music system does not work properly.Service and kindness of employees exceptional. Its definitly a place to stay.

This is a great hotel with the most spacious room that I have stayed in Paris. It's walking distance from he Eiffel Tower as wel l as the Arc De Triomphe. The staff is competent and helpful. There is big lounge to relax with a coffee machine. The breakfast is quite generous but a tad expensive at 20€. The bathroom is big with high quality toiletries […] and yes, there were 4 cupboards in my top floor room. I would strongly recommend to both business and leisure travellers. Devamı

The staff was very friendly and spoke english. The lobby was well appointed and clean. My room was large, much bigger than a typical european hotel room. Furniture was modern and the bed comfortable. I didn't like the shag carpeting with multiple 'mystery stains' on it. Location was great, walking distance to the metro stop, eiffel tower, Arc de Triomphe, […] many cafes and a mini-supermarket. literally close to all the must-see sights, including the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, National Art Galleries, Seine River, Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, Paris Metro, etc. The staff all speak English as well as French, and Jean/John at the Front Office is Très magnifique in making the stay as satisfying and memorable as possible. We stayed in a Junior Suite […] for my daughter's Sweet Sixteenth Birthday and were so impressed with the wonderful appointments in the room, as well as the first rate bathroom which includes a sunken jacuzzi spa tub, separate waterfall shower, and great vanity area. There is even a heated indoor pool, hot rock sauna, and full fitness center on-site. We will return as often as possible to this wonderful, first-rate hotel! Devamı

Very spacious rooms, in particular for Paris. Rooms appear to have received a face lift. Mix of modern to plain classic style. Would recommend room facing the outside (i.e. not to the central atrium, at least not on the lower floors). Staff pay a lot of attention to customer's needs. Were not happy with our room and arrangements were made to a room […] to our liking on the next day. Do recommend one of the rooms on the 6th floor, each having a huge terrace with a nice city view over the roofs of the neighborhood, including catch of the Eiffel tower. Devamı

Comfortable hotel with a modern twist. At check in, I was asked about a different type of room given my needs. It was helpful that they anticipated my needs and came through.

Not the cheapest Hotel to stay in, especially as breakfast is extra (20E) but both the room and location are fantastic. Free coffee in the lobby and a pattiserie across the road sorted breakfast and a great selection of bars/restaurants etc. catered for everything else. Tourist wise, trocadero metro is about 200 yards away and one of the best views […] of the Eiffel tower (from trocadero gardens) 300m away. Devamı

I liked it and would go back though there are some minor issues such as lack of staff on at the reception deck in the morning I checked out and though the room had a Hi-Fi system and good TV neither remote controls could be found and being late at night could not bother ringing reception. room and bathroom was great and liked the BF. the hotel is expanding […] so will see what it becomes. Nice location and close to many sightseeing activities and shopping. Really lousy breakfast though, among the worst I have had among hotels.

Do not think for a second stay at this hotel because it was stolen from my room, took away cash and designer clothes when I went out to see the show that had muling ruoge booked at the hotel, return safe and had been stolen by a hotel employee because the door had not been violated, I put the complaint in the police and the hotel did not pay attention […] to anything, please do not stay in this hotel so you do not suffer the same Devamı

The hotel was in a brilliant location a few minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe one way and Trocedro the other. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, the rooms were extremely clean and high spec. We stayed here for one night (New Years Eve) it took us approx 5 minutes to walk from the Eiffel Tower to the hotel, the street also has alot of […] nice little restaurants. Good location,swimming pool not working,should have been told beforehand

Extremely nice hotel, nice sized room, helpful staff. Good location near to trocadero metro. Bathroom fantastic, quality complementary toiletries.

Ideal walking location to most must see tourist sites in Paris, close to subway. Modern and very clean. Great service!

The staff was 110%, and I have never cared to do a review! The hotel was not a 5 star but was excellent as a 4 star, considering the staff went above and beyond.. The hotel is just about a 4 star but the staff made it a 5 star.

Arrived late evening and was checked into a room that was in the course of refurbishment. Technical staff reacted well making room habitable. The following day upgraded to a superior room and given voucher for free 2 day stay. Staff resolved problems well. Hotel comfortable and modern.

I recently stayed at this hotel for only one night. The staff were friendly and accommodating, hotel was extremely clean as well as the room. It was a nice size and had a huge washroom. I did not use any of the food services but the pool was very nice and clean.

Hotel was in a nice location close to resturants and laundrymat. All staff was friendly and helpfull. Decor felt a little outdated. Wifi worked well. Overall a nice stay

hotel design bien situé entre trocadero et arc de triomphe. Des travaux de maintenance sont desormais necessaires notament dans la piscine et la salle de fitness.

Buffen til morgenmad er ikke noget at skrive om, lige det trådløse net er en dårlig oplevelser. Udover de to mindre gode ting, fandt vi kun opholdet rigtig godt. Super beliggenhed, stille og roligt, og søde service folk.

Style terriblement "epure" dans la chambre donne une impression de sterilite et non de comfort. N'aimions pas en particulier la planche en bois qui tient lieu de "bureau" et repose-tele, comme une planche de travail d'architecte. Lit tres comfortable et draps et literie de belle qualite. Nos petits problemes techniques, resolus rapidement. Etant […] donne que l'entree de l'hotel consiste a 9 marches a gravir avec sa valise, il faut absolument mettre qqn dans l'entree pour aider les clients. Nous avons lutte avec l'arrivee et seulement lorsque j'ai demande de l'aide, on nous a envoye qqn. Cela donne une mauvaise premiere impression, surtout pour une 4 etoiles! Contents d'avoir eu ce tarif tres favorable pour nos 2 nuits, ce qui est tres rare pour un tel endroit. Il faut reparer un peu les planches autour de la piscine, abimees par l'humidite. Das Zimmer ist schön gross und die Bettenqualität ist super. Die Dusche müsste dringend saniert werden und entspricht keinem ****Hotel. Die Hotelbar ist öde.

Foi a segunda vez que fiquei nesse hotel. Apesar de nao ser dos mais baratos, o custo bendeficio é otimo pois, temboa piscina, academia e sauna. O corredor dos quartos precisam de reforma, o tapeta esta gasto e o cheiro de cigarro é grande. No mais é um hotel onde a localização é privilegiada e no entanto uma regiao calma.

Tient ses promesses si vous cherchez un 4* à proximité du trocadéro. Par contre, tout y est aseptisé. Je m'attendais à qqchose de + personnalisé pour un hôtel Costes. Sinon grande chambre à tarif raisonnable très bien située. Vous êtes dans un hôtel de type méridien ou sofitel. Service plutôt glacial.

cet hôtel est pour moi un des meilleurs , accueil irréprochable, design épuré apaisant , bonne situation , petit déjeuné parfait
