Room is very clean and new. staff is not helpful when i requested to turn down heater. They didnt give us any solution when we asked them. Breakfast is exactly the same every morning. Location is good, not many eatery though. If you just want a good location, this hotel can be a choice. If you need more service, not recommended.

Very close to train station and subway is nearby.

The hotel is located opposite the main station so great for transport around Milan and also coming in from the airport. Interior is stunning and rooms very comfy. You even get a pillow menu! It's located opposite the taxi rank so there's always people about, which as a single female traveller, I liked. Great hotel and perfectly situated for the traveler. My only gripe is that you have to pay for internet service!!!

The experience checking into the hotel was a hassle. There is no place to park a car, and we had to wait for a bell man. Upon leaving the hotel, we had to pay for the parking in cash, as the hotel parking garage did not accept credit cards. Plus, the parking was a little steep at 25 € for the night.

Great location just across the road from railway station. Buses to airport depart 100 m from hotel. Rooms large and comfortable.

This is a quiet, friendly, comfortable, well-appointed, impeccably-run hotel. And, best of all, it is just across the road from the Stazione Centrale which is the hub for long-distance and international trains. Two metro lines cross there; buses to both Linate and Malpensa airports leave from just outside; there is a huge taxi rank. Perfect!

I enjoyed staying here because of it's location to all modes of transport. Very convenient.

Lower floor rooms affected by underground metro, sound and vibration. Petty policy of charging (too much) for wireless internet access in room--or 1/2 hour free in lobby. Four star hotel with these rates should, in this day and age, include free wireless. Using it is no additional cost to the hotel. Also no ironing allowed for quick touch ups. Hotel was excellent but the evening meal we had in the restaurant was disappointing. Main course was returned to kitchen twice because it was not cooked - chicken breast.

Location is good, 5 mins from the train station. Nice room. These are the positives of this hotel. For the price paid for the hotel, the breakfast does not meet my expectation. The walls of the room is very thin. On my last night, some people spoke and laugh along the corridor the whole night and we couldn't sleep. as we arrived very late at night, this hotel is very good that is just opposite the train station. nicely deocarated and comfortable.

Recently my husband and I stayed at the Anderson Star hotel in Milan. We found the location of the hotel perfect,close to the railway station, bus to airport 7.50 euro compared to 95euro by taxi and close to the tourist "hop on/off bus". The hotel staff was quiet friendly sometimes the language barrier was an issue. Breakfast was excellent, however […] did not experience the dining room for dinner. We found the location not ideal for restaurants and to experience the wonderful cuisine that Milan has to offer. We have recommended the hotel already to friends travelling to Milan. Devamı

The Andersen Hotel in Milan is conveniently located to the Central Station - less than 100 metres. The room was extremely quiet and the bed very comfortable. We got there well before check in time but there were no problems in checking in early. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well presented with plenty of variety. Nice Hotel to stay apart from the breakfast and internet that cost 12 euro for 24 hours which is non stop.There is a very good Chinese restaurant ( mainly buffet very close to this hotel .16 euro for lunch and 20 euro for dinner.

For the price I payed, this hotel provided a superb service and excellent comfortable room. All of the staffs at the front desk spoke English and were very helpful. Breakfast is really good. Neighborhood is not that bad, and there is bus from Linate or Malpensa airport directly to and from the Milano Centrale, so it was so convenient.

The Hotel itself is great. Was upgraded to an exec room which was really really nice. Breakfast was quite good. My only complaint was the neighborhood. I was there on a Sunday night and most of the restaurants in the area were closed. Those that were open were expensive, seedy, or subpar as far as the menu offerings. One of many business hotels in Milan, near the metro so very convenient in that sense. The food wasn't very good though, and in any case plenty of places to eat out in Milan.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and was blown away for what I received for the price paid. The hotel staff was helpful, and provided some great insights into the city. They also let us check in two hours early, which was greatly appreciated following a long flight/bus ride in. The room was gigantic - felt more like an apartment without a kitchen. […] It was also very plush and extremely comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel was not that great, but the extremely close proximity to Stazione Central made it easy to get around the city. The breakfast buffet was nothing extraordinary, but it got the job done. Pretty standard fare there. The only thing that I would change, would be the internet service. It was cheaper than a lot of nice hotels that actually charge, but it would have been nice to have this service included. That was my own fault, though, for not reading the included services more closely. I would definitely use this hotel again, and recommend it to others as well! Devamı

I was at the Anderson for 6 nights; if it had been 1-2 nights it would have been perfectly fine, but it got uncomfortable with a long stay. It was perfectly clean and staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate; the plumbing (plus a bidet!) and linens were excellent. However, there was not one comfortable chair -- I […] could either sit bolt upright or lay on the bed. The location was near the Central Station, so available to everywhere, though very little actually in the neighborhood. However I found one restaurant quite near: Giglio Rossi was relatively expensive (40-50 euros) but had superb veal; I went back there the next night. Overall, Starhotel Anderson would be perfect for a brief stay; after a few days it was adequate but not comfortable. Devamı

The hotel is near the Railway Station, subway and the Airport bus terminal. Very easy to find even for 1st time traveller like us to Milan.

Nice place to stay. Quite and had great beds.

I arrived very late (at midnight) after a horrendous journey and the check in was friendly and smooth. the room very comfortable, the breakfast great, the staff very helpful

Great stay at nice design hotel!

Of all the hotels in which we stayed during our ten day trip, this was among the best. Closest to the train station, easy to get around town using the metro, and the hotel staff, room cleanliness, and overall accommodations were all top notch. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights at the Star hotel Anderson. Extremely comfortable rooms, great bed, linen, bath and breakfast.. Very close to Milan central station as we came by train from Como and later would depart with the fly bus to the airport, also at the station.I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay and good price.

Having just returned from 5wks holiday covering Southern and Northern Italy we would have to say Hotel Anderson was just beautiful. The rooms so very clean and most comfortable, the condition and maintenance of the hotel excellent and staff very helpful. Being so close to the train station a real bonus as train travel in Italy is so convenient. The […] surrounding neighbourhood perhaps lacking but we had no trouble, maybe wise not to be out and about really late at night. Thank you for our wonderful stay you not only have a beautiful country but also a wonderful hotel which we would recommend to all our friends and should we return then we would not hesitate to stay with your hotel again. Thank you for putting us on the 9th floor as it was so lovely and quiet and so nice after such a long flight from Australia. Very modern hotel across from the Central Train Station in Milan , very convenient. Attentive staff that would go above and beyond to ensure my comfort . Very comfortable , modernly furnished room . Excellent !!!!

My husband and I spent one evening here after flying into Malpensa and then taking the airport bus direct to Stazione Centrale which is right across the plaza from the hotel. We left early the next day taking the train to Lake Garda which worked out very well. The proximity of the hotel to Stazione Centrale is the main reason we chose to stay here. […] I would not base myself here to visit tourist sites in Milan--I would choose a hotel in an area closer to the center of Milan. Hotel location is handy by the main rail station and a 15 min walk into central Milan. Decor is nicely done and newly renovated. The room was a bit small but very clean. Really good value for money. The staff at reception were quite friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite nice as well.

We booked here because of the hotel's location. We arrived in Milan by train, had one day to visit the Duomo and the Galleria, and took the shuttle to the airport the next morning. The location was indeed great and the surrounding neighborhood was fine. What really surprised us was the quality of the hotel itself--the room was very nicely appointed […] (wonderful bed and linens, deluxe bathroom)and the breakfast was excellent.
