Excellent. Due to unexpected freeway traffic, we missed our flight out of San Francisco. We were rescheduled for the following day, but had no transportation (as our rental had already been returned). This Holiday Inn was extremely convenient in terms of shuttle transportation and convenience to the airport. We had a great dinner there at the grill, […] great night's sleep, and great service. This hotel has a funny, musty odor in the lobby and elevator. Otherwise the room was fine and the restaurant Houlihans is decent, with a bar a good service. Its very conveniently located off the freeway and next to South San francisco Convention Center. parking can be an issue

There is not much special about this hotel. It is a bit old with some wear, but basically, it does the job. You would come to this hotel for a conference or to be near the airport. I think the nightlights were strobe lights, not sure what that was about. The wifi was free, but really slow. Otherwise, it was a clean place and quite comfortable.

Works well for business travel.

Decent hotel, nice and close to the airport. Biggest issue: BEDBUGS! Both my wife and I got chewed up (I got three bites, my wife got 10!) the only night we stayed there. Thankfully our toddler didn't get bit, though. Never again.

This was a last minute trip to San Francisco. The cost they wanted to charge us versus booking from Hotels.com was a $60 difference, so I obviously booked through hotels.com. The refrigerator in the room did not work. I had to put my son's milk on ice so it would still be good in the morning. Then we when we left the elevators were not working. We had […] to carry all of our luggage, stoller, and the 2 year old down 4 flights of stairs. The workers seen us struggling but did not make any attempt to help. When we asked them if there was another set of elevators they looked at us with a blank stair then continued walking away. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable but the service was terrible considering what we paid for the room. Devamı

Awesome experience...starting from the lobby, the receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable...I was really hungry when I arrived so I decided to eat at the restaraunt, some things were pricey but definitely affordable if your looking for a basic meal...as for the room, definitely spacious, comfortable bed, and modern amenities...bathroom was […] itty bity tho and the ceiling isn't all that thick bc I could hear the shower running from the room above...overall a good experience especially for the cheap price, definitely feels/looks like a place you spent a lot of money on. VERY COMFORTABLE!!!!!

Had to stay over night to catch connecting flight the next day so this hotel was convenient as it was close to the airport.

The hotel was great for staying for 49er games. Bed was comfortable and bar conviently located inside hotel. Would definitely stay here again

The 5th floor reeked of fresh paint fumes and I was over charged for an extra night. I could not get a refund for the extra night from the hotel and they hung up on me over and over again. Finally, after around 3 weeks I got a refund from Holiday Inn's corporate office (Intercontinental Hotel Group). Everyone was nasty including Intercontinental Hotel […] Group's customer care department. Never ever stay at this hotel. Far better choices near SFO. We only stayed one night but all accomadations were very nice. The hotel was convenient for us to fly out early the next morning.

I stayed at Holiday inn for two days with my family. We booked two rooms. My sister's room was ok but my room's heater didn't work. So I complained next day and they said that they will send someone to fix it. It didn't work so they changed my room to right next door. However, its heater didn't work too!!! Holiday Inn is not my favorite hotel, but this one is exceptional. We stayed because of a 2-day training in the conference area and were impressed with the room we stayed in. It was very comfortable, nicely arranged and decorated, and clean. Bathroom facilities were quite good. The food at Houlihan's downstairs is better than most in the area, but their […] prices are half again what they should be. Beware room service: $30 for 2 quesadillas. Id give it a 5! But the shuttle service was horrible! I waited well past the 1.5 hr mark and didnt see a single one! And i was told that they drive by every 30min? Maybe i was in the wrong spit but i asked everyone in the shuttle area and the said theyd be there??? Other then the shuttle incodent.... Once there everthing was perfect! Good room. We had just one night in San Fran and thanks to the friendly helpful staff we made the most of it. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient and since this hotel is the last one on the route you don't have to wait while the shuttle picks up other people. We were introduced to the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) which we took from the airport to downtown. […] Hopped the street cars and rode them to Fisherman's Wharf for a wonderful dinner. Great city. The rooms are stinky, small and stuffy. Not even close to three star standards.

Need I say anymore, Then when they moved me the electical didn't work.

The staff was nice and helpful and the resturant was great. Too bad the same can't be said for our room. The lines on the bed were dirty/stained and one pillow looked liked the case hadn't been changed from the last guest. The hotel is older and there is a musty order in the elevator. They eliminated that smell in the room by over spraying it with air […] freshener. This kicked in my allergies horribly. If you opened a window, the noise was very loud. The coffee pot in the room had no pot..... and the toilet was VERY noisy when flushed. I would stay here again if I was coming into town late and couldn't go someplace else. Devamı

location was great as we were looking for something close to the airport. Staff upon check in were great, very friendly. I do think the condition of the hotel needs to be addressed and upgraded. Wall paper peeling off in bathroom, electrical outlets malfunctioned, curtains had holes in them. I would not recommend to others. We discovered this Holiday […] Inn is not corporate but franchised owned so the owners need to spend $ on upgrading a bit. Devamı

Arrive at 11pm and c heck-in took 20 minutes. Not enough staff to serve breakfast in a reasonable amount of time. Also, my room did NOT have a thermostat! So, I had to change rooms after unpacking...ultimately, I couldn't get it warm enough to sleep without a sweatshirt. Room 544....

Hotel is nice and front desk was friendly and helpful. The window in my room was cracked open when I got there and there was a wad of hair/carpet in the doorway of the bathroom. And the pillows are a bit small and not very comfortable.

Room was nice, bathroom was like being in a hospital. Too, Too far from downtown San Francisco and Fishman's Wharf

Had a great stay; however, it would be nice if the hotel airport shuttle ran more frequently than every 30 minutes.

We loved this hotel. Quiet, convienent, more than we expected! Really good hotel.

Clean and modern. Great shower and loved the attached resturant! Friendly people and the park and fly with the shuttle was a great perk! Will stay every time we fly!

Room was spacious, and clean, a little worn but not bad at all. Bed was very comfortable - a very big plus with me after travel around Europe and sleeping on hard small beds everywhere. Shower pressure good - another selling point for me. Friendly people at the desk. All things considered, an enjoyable stay.

OK hotel under renovation, but the price was high.

The hotel was a pretty nice place to stay considering it's next to an airport. Not loud at all, at least I didn't notice anything. There was a wedding reception downstairs and that was audible, but that didn't bother me. I really liked that they had free shuttle services to the airport, which can get you easily to connecting BART stations. Parking was […] relatively cheap considering that other hotels that I have stayed at around the area charge you anywhere from $15-40. The only bad thing I can really say is that it's not within walking distance to the downtown area. Overall, the stay was nice, the room was clean, and the staff was fantastic. Devamı

In the first room we got 305 was the carpet very dirty so we changed to room 405 this was ok.. The rooms were particulate reconditioned. The only thing I didn´t like were the bad windows. We were hearing by closed windows the highway very loud.

Myhhusband and I had such a wonderful time and the hotel was just great with all of are needs.

This hotel is a case of 'attempting to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear'. The building is old and although they have tried to update the rooms they have only made a partial effort. I do appreciate the newer tvs, linens and pillows but that is where the renovations stopped. The bathroom in our room had peeling wallpaper and no hot water, the most […] it would spit out at 11 pm or 5am was barely lukewarm and after a long day of travel before another long day of travel I really needed a shower but it was too cold to do so. They offered to come up and look at it but there was no point the tap was over as far as it would go and the sink didn't put out warm water either so I assume it was an issue with our floor. Devamı

I booked this hotel through hotels.com when my hotel in the city fell through at the last minute. I wasn't happy about staying out near the airport, but this Holiday Inn was very comfortable & clean. The staff was super friendly & even gave me free bottled water when I asked where I could purchase some. We stayed in the hotel for three nights and it was great! The staff is very friendly and helpful...The rooms are quite big and very clean...There was a target and a shopping mall really close by, with a bookstore so i was super excited about that :) Overall i would gladly recommend this hotel...
