Sleep Inn Medical District - Springfield

great service. friendly staff, clean room and location.

I called and made arrangements for two rooms,two days in advance. The rooms I requested were suppose to be on the first floor together! When I asked about the location ....by the way the rooms that was first assigned to us were on the second floor! The man on the desk was rude and said it didn't matter if we made reservations we had to take the rooms […] he assign to us ! Why wasn't I told when the reservations were made and the rooms payed for that I wouldn't get what I was requesting? Devamı

The room was pretty small and had two double beds - couldn't find a reservation with 2 queens. Beds were uncomfortable. AC made horrible noise all night and didn't seem to be working correctly.

The hotel was very nice especially for the price. We would stay there again if we are in Springfield.

Hotel rooms were small. Hotel was fairly clean , but the hottub was dirty. Staff was friendly. Location was great.

I was very pleased overall with this hotel. It is right off of Campbell next to the medical district in Springfield, but Campbell is also a major North-South artery that leads you to plenty of retail and restaurants. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was small, but adequate to our purposes. Beds were reasonable, with a pillow top mattress. Television […] was in working order. The hotel has a small indoor pool, plus a hot tub. I went when there was no one in the pool room and found it very refreshing and clean. It's a shallow pool with a major depth of just 5'5"s, but nice for a dip. The hot tub was big and relaxing, enough room for many people. I discovered a little place with good Mexican just down the road on Campbell, it's called the Purple Burrito, a low budget affair, but with good food and choice of four salsas. I liked the sweet. I have nothing bad to say about the Sleep Inn and would recommend it to anyone needing a clean, reasonably priced hotel in South Springfield. Devamı

It was a good place to stay. Close access to freeway, food, and filling stations. Not liking the showers in the Sleep Inns tho. Would rather have the bathtub shower.

The hotel room was exceptionally larger than most rooms. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The staff was warm and friendly. We did not use the breakfast room, but it looked rather small, although we did not take the opportunity to eat there due to our own schedule. We stopped in for a night while driving to our destination. It's right off the interstate and behind a Quik Trip (the best convenience store ever). The staff was very responsive, rooms were nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's also about 1/2 a mile from a park that made for a nice spot to get out and walk after being cooped up in a […] car for hours. Highly recommended. Devamı

Breakfast was at 7 am so we went down at 7:35 am. The place was packed. No where to sit but there was no food left either so it didn't matter. There seemed to be a worker who filled up the food supply but they didn't fill anything up. So we packed up & went down the road & bought breakfast. One reason we picked this hotel was because the price included […] breakfast & it would be easy & fast for us. When we returned in the evening, parking was horrible. We chose this hotel due to it's pet friendly nature but we were told of complaints. I paid for a pet friendly hotel but ended up paying more to have my dogs boarded. The room itself was less than comfortable. There was no tub, only a small stand up shower with a stool, in a room with a sliding door. The entire breakfast area was nice the first day but […] the second was packed because of a huge team of baseball players. They didn't seem prepared for the group and made it very confusing for the rest of the guests. We ended up leaving for breakfast due to this problem. The pool wasn't very clean and the people staying at this hotel seemed to be renting by the hour. I definitely will never stay here again, nor will I ever recommend this hotel to another traveller. I was there for only a few hours, since we got up at 3:00 a.m. to shop on Black Friday, but everything was fine.

I crashed at this hotel because I was too tired to finish my planned drive. It was a great hotel for the cost - quiet, very clean, comfortable bed, nice staff. This is not a hotel for the business traveler, since there is no computer room or gym facility in the hotel. The hotel key does get you into St. John's fitness center for free. Great Location near nice restaurants, hospitals, and one of the main traffic arteries through town. Great staff, spacious and comfortable rooms. This was our 2nd time to stay here.

We have stayed there before. Hotel is nice a clean. Breakfast was ok not the best.

Very good value for the money and convenient to restaurants and highways.

Staff were very nice, room was clean, but carpet looked worn & there were water spots on the ceiling. Loved the walk-in shower & easy to operate (some can be confusing). Mattress very uncomfortable, unless you like really soft beds. Nice TV. Decor a little outdated, esp. the curtains. Continental breakfast had nice variety of choices & everything was […] fresh. We've visited Springfield many times over the years and this is the best hotel for the money we have experienced. We found it to be very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. We will certainly stay here again on future trips.

We stayed at this hotel twice (once in 2008, once just recently May 2009) and both times thought the hotel was a very good value. It fit our needs perfectly. The staff was exceptional, especially the lady in charge of the breakfast, who was especially kind to the children, which is important to us.
