everything was nice except for the occasional train noise. Staff was friendly, breakfast ok, not great...but we would stay here again.

Excellent staff and hotel BUT I did not sleep because train came every 20 minutes are so and was noisy. Not the hotels fault directly but perhaps they should offer some type of noise reducing ear muffs or something to light sleepers like myself.

Hotel within close proximity to Riverside colleges ... convenient for weekend tournaments. Comfy / clean room and beds; clean bathroom. Large assortment of items offered at the complimentary breakfast....yum! Easily accessed WiFi. NOTE: hotel is located near railroad tracks / yard. It was a great location to just stay the night. Close to the freeway and super easy to find. The staff was very friendly and checking in and out was very convenient and fast.

I am somewhat reluctant to give this review, because the place is so great, I wanted to keep it my little secret for future stays. But, because of the good experience that I had there, I didn't think it right not to let someone know that I appreciated the hospiltality. Customer service was among the best I've seen at any hotel. I'd like to give cudos […] to the young lady at the front desk, I had made advance reservations for only one night because I was not sure if I would like the hotel, but after spending the night, I decided that I would like to stay there the remainder of my vacation. The young lady at the front desk assisted me and gave me the best rate available and made sure that I kept my same room and issued me a new room card. The breakfast they serve in the mornings is among the best free breakfast that you will find, they actually had real omelettes and hot cininimon rolls. One morning I slept in and arrived about 15min after the breakfast room closed, the young lady at the front desk opened it for me and allowed me to help myself to a late breakfast, saving me from having to go out. The staff really seem to love their jobs, they all great you with a sincere "Good Morning" and really treat you with respect and are really willing to go out of their way to help in any way they can. I would choose this hotel of any 3-star hotel. Devamı

Room was fine, I would stay there again.

good hotel! good price! i stayed 3 days 2 night and i slept very good bed was comfortable, room was clean there was not one problem while i stood there. Breakfast was good! Also, there were places to eat in walking distance, yum yum cafe has good french toast! and the train that comes by is honestly no big deal it won't ruin your stay. i would recommend […] this hotel to any of my family or friends. Good hotel for over night stay,pool clean,comfortable bed(king)breakfast sucked

There's evidence that they have a slight bed bug problem or are cleaning up a bed bug problem. I found a dead bedbug in the plastic wrap that is use to line your ice bucket with. NO I will not use that hotel again.

Complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations. Room was overall clean and functional. Minimal frills and well worn but it was suitable for a quick stay. I had read other complaints about train noise, but aside from a brief train horn around 11:15pm and again around 6:30am, we heard nothing. If you like to listen to train whistles ALL NIGHT long, then you will be happy here. But if you want some piece and quiet then this is not the place to stay

Clean, quiet, safe and inexpensive, but they need to pay more attention to some details. The electrical outlets in my bathroom did not work. There was no remote control for the television in my room. Although I went to breakfast 5 minutes after it opened, the scrambled eggs and bacon were room temperature and the outer edges of the eggs were dried out […] and hard. Devamı

I was overall completely happy with my stay! The staffs were very friendly with assisting us with our needs, such as requesting for extra pillows, sheets, towels, and blankets!

Hotels.com provided a great rate for this hotel. The location was right off the freeway which is great but the surrounding neighborhood was dull. The hotel staff were friendly and the free breakfast was surprisingly good. Not the typical bagel and coffee but, eggs, Cinnamon rolls, sausages, biscuits, gravy and cereal to name a few. The young man working when we checked in at the main desk (9/12)was very helpful, polite and kind. Excellent face of the hotel! Thank you

La verdad dormi muy bien, subro de dolor de espalda y no en cualquier hotel puedo descansar como en el de ustedes y el desayuno estuvo muy completo, gracias.
