Hotel was conveniently located to UCF and had great restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean and adequate-complimentary coffee and wifi in lobby was great. I'll give it a 4 overall.

Great location for concerts at the UCF arena. Just a short cab right away. The hotel was under construction so the next time I stay it will likely have a new, modern look and feel.

Although the Lobby Area was under renovation and a bit of an inconvenience it was not bad and the employees were so enjoyable you didn't hardly notice the work going on. They went out of their way to make our week long stay GREAT. It was close enough to Orlando and the Theme Parks but far enough away to avoid the CRAZY ORLANDO TRAFFIC. Rooms were comfortable, […] clean, and nicely decorated. Great place to stay while visiting LARGE family for Christmas. Renovation was just about finished when we left and looking great. The hotel is currently undergoing construction in the lobby area (as of 12/18/2011) which we did not anticipate, but the staff was friendly and the construction did not hamper our stay. Liz greeted us with a friendly smile and the hotel gave us a free treat from the marketplace as an apology for the barely noticeable inconvenience. Although the hotel is under constuction and the lobby was not very welcoming, the rooms were clean. I booked 2 rooms and would have preferred for the rooms to be closer togther.

The staff was wonderful very helpful with regards to College (UCF). The room and beds were clean but too soft. The floor was quiet and the pool area was nice. Understanding that construction going on the area for breakfast was too small and no room to sit and eat unfortunaly I handed my key in already and we had to go to a resturant to have breakfast. They are remodeling and it is a MESS

Major renovation under way so no lobby or restaurant and not disclosed during booking. Room was good but towels need to be replaced. In room Coffee maker didn't work. Location is great when visiting UCF students.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was probably the second most comfortable I have ever slept on. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Usually in hotels the hot water is not really hot but this was great. When booking a handicapped room and need a roll in shower, be specific. We had booked a handicapped room and it did not have the shower but had […] other handicap amenities. We did have an issue with the elevator when trying to get a wheelchair in because it wants to close a little too quickly. Other than that it was a great hotel and would most definitely return. Seriously, this was THE most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The perfect weight of sheets, plushness of bed and pillows! The layout of the room is also welcoming and a pleasant change from the norm.

You literally can't see this hotel until you pull into the driveway. Some better signs would be helpful. Clean facility, friendly staff. OK breakfast. Very convenient location if you have business in or around UCF.

We had a great stay and will return. Hotel was clean, everything in our room worked properly and the cookies are a great touch.

Everything was very nice and cheery. The hotel staff great. Even sent back our camera when they found it!

For the value this hotel was one I would highly recommend. Excellent, friendly service staff. Above all the rooms were clean and contemporary. As I said, for the cost per night the amenities were terrific....and it was close to the campus!

The hotel is close to UCF. Only suggestion is a bigger sign marking the entrance. It was clean and comfortable

close to UCF and convenient to restaurants. Thought that breakfast was part of the room only to find out there was an $8+ charge for breakfast. Room was a bit musty. Service was excellent.

The airconditioning did not work as the "auto" on the unit said it would. It stayed on, causing us to freeze, however the humidity stayed in the room. The sheets did not fit the bed properly and came up, causing me to find myself sleeping on the mattress pad. Not a great night. They apologized and said my next stay will be better. Hotel is a bit dated. I have stayed at multiple Courtyard by Marriott Hotels and this one was the worse. The room had a mildew sent and was in need of refurbishing. The staff was very friendly though.

We had a very good stay there. Convenient to many everyday places, and pretty close to many attractions. It is a little difficult to find, but not the hotel's fault-a sign ordinance by Orange County. Maybe the directions could indicate the entrance better.

I had a great experience with this hotel! Very clean, very comfortable, and a great breakfast!
