The first thing that I do when I enter a hotel room is turn on the AC/Heat fan, I find most rooms to be stuffy. Upon doing this I immediately began sneezing and my eyes became itchy. What I found was that with the Heat on my allergy symptoms were bad, but with the AC or no climate control my allergies were not too bad (but not gone).

A clean hotel with a helpful staff. Hotel is a good, basic place to stay (i.e., no pool or fitness room); however, the Hilton Garden Inn next door allows Holiday Inn residents to use their pool & fitness room. Breakfast buffet included; however, no other meals available. Numerous restaurants are found in the immediate area.

The hotel is convenient to Interstate 40. It's in walking distance to a number of restaurants, and is right beside a CVS. The rate was very affordable. It appeared that the whole hotel had been renovated. Everything was very clean. The only negative was that the water for showers in the late morning was luke warm.

We get to the hotel and the person in front of us is arguing with the clerk because she booked a nonsmoking double bed room through expedia and all they had was a single bed or a smoking room. I heard the girl at the desk tell her expedia doesn't book specific rooms and they get what ever overflow rooms the hotel has left. I asked her if they would […] have my proper room and was told they would because i didn't book through expedia. She left and a male clerk helped me. We go to the room and it is not what we booked. I go back to the front desk and he tells me we shouldn't book through Hotels.com because they don't reserve the rooms you request. They take the overflow rooms, he told me to book through expedia. Exactly the opposite of what the girl told the first customer. I use Hotels.com often and this is the first problem I have had. The hotel clerk told me it wasn't the hotels problem and to fight with Hotels.com if I didn't like it Devamı

Staff was very accommodating and the shower was great. Breakfast was very good.

This hotel was extremely clean, staff was so nice and helpful, rates were reasonable and I will be staying there again in the future. !!

The hotel was outstanding! Recently renovated. Very clean, nice breakfast, large rooms, comfortable beds. Staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

The holiday inn express on big tree way was great. My only complaint was that the 4th floor hallway wreaked of cigarette smoke. Our non-smoking room on the 4th floor did not smell like cigarettes so that was good. Oh yeah, and the omelettes were gross.

The beds are extremely comfortable, the rooms are clean and roomy, everything was great with our stay.

We were visiting UNC-Greensboro. This hotel was close enough to campus to be helpful and in the center of a retail area with plenty of places to eat. It was under renovation but the renovations were not disruptive.

Hotel is under renovation as of May, 2010. Front desk staff not very helpful. Lock on room door very difficult to work. Breakfast and breakfast staff outstanding.

Hotel was very clean, even while they are undergoing renovations. Staff was friendly and eager to help. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They provided us with printed directions to local attractions we were looking for. The hotel was nice and our room was nice and clean. The continental breakfast was better than expected. I would stay here again!

The front desk was a little slow to check in and all the Hotel.com information was wrong (wrong address, credit card numbers etc.), but all in all it was a very nice hotel and I plan on staying there again.
