Comfort Inn and Suites Nanuet - Nanuet

Everything was very good- room nicely decorated, excellent breakfast and handy to the Tapanzee Bridge for travel N/S.The area looked to have lots of attractions for those who wanted to stay longer and/or visit NYC. There were facilities for meetings and conferences.

My family and I stayed here for the President's Day Holiday weekend for a relaxing getaway. The room was cozy and clean and staff was very friendly and polite. We enjoyed the pool which was large and clean and did lots of shopping in the on route 59 where the hotel is located. We would stay here again and higly recommend this hotel.

very nice,but not homey.pool was ok,nice and big and very warm.rest was ok but not great. i would give this place a 8 out of 10

The Hotel was right off the highway, which was nice as I needed to get around to several meetings in the area. However, I was not happy with the hotel rooms and the bathrooms were so small. The rooms needed to be updated. It looked as if it was back 5-10 years ago with the decor. The staff however, was really nice and welcoming. Clean, easy and convenient, without the nickel and diming for internet or a quick breakfast. Perfect for today's small business traveller...

This room was billed as two queen beds, and they clearly were only doubles. But that is my only gripe. It was a nice place in a nice area, close to the train station where we got the train into NYC. The room was huge. I would stay here again in a second.

Hotel is off of divided highway so can be a pain to navigate if you come in the wrong way / go out of the hotel for dinner / entertainment. Hotel staff is generally unfriendly and appeared upset to be working. I found this especially disconcerting with the front desk staff. Very clean and comfortable

The entire staff was fantastice from the moment I waked in to the moment I walked out. Restaruant team and Chris the Bartender made me feel right at home, the van driver helped me get to the office and was so courteous and warm. Rooms are a little tight and would be nice to have some botteled water , other then that - Great time !! Danette D

Good value... Room was OK, breakfast OK, inexpensive.

Great place to stay! I was in town for business. After traveling all day, the Comfort Inn was the perfect place to get a good night sleep. They have a lounge on site so if you want to grab a drink you do not have to leave the hotel. Their dinning options are great, and the food quality is outstanding! Will stay here again.

Hotel is new and very clean. I stayed in suite with kitchen, 2 beds, and fold out couch. It was a great room. Large beautiful jetted tub. I was hoping to go to hotel bar, but it closed early - 11:00. I arrived after 10 pm and while checking in the clerk answered the phone for what turned out to be a personal call. She was rude even after her call was completed and never apologized for making me wait. The following day I stopped back at the desk and both clerks were on calls despite a line of customers waiting to check-in and out. The person in front […] of me commented that he'd never seen a desk clerk take a personal call while checking someone in. That makes two of us! Devamı

Friendly staff. They patiently explained verbally the directions from Woodbury Mall. (GPS broke) The establishment is clean and the continental breakfast was excellent. 10minute from Paramus/Pyramid Mall. Did not eat at their restraunt but it looked very nice and fairly clean.

Everything was fine with the hotel except that I had missed booked my stay by one day. I reserved a room with another Hotels.com reservation. When I asked the giel at the front desk said there were plenty of rooms to allow me to stay in my original room. To do this, they would cancel my Hotels .com reservation and re-book under their own system. This […] would have created a double charge to my card. Just a couple of miles away from the mall. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly. The fitness center had a litlle of everything. The pool looked very nice- didn't take a dip.

Very nice hotel in convenient location. Great restaurant with reasonable prices. Included breakfast was ample. Only area where I wasn't totally satisfied is TV. Couldn't see it easily from both beds and not all the channels were available. In particular, not all news channels. Very comfortable stay.

The Hotel is beautiful but a bit pricey for an overnight stay.

I arrive and noting was open, the Hotel staff seems to think this was normal On a Sunday. I have never been to a Hotel who had no bar open on a week end, Sorry Sundays, No food to have, except horrible Machines, with bad food. You think this day in age that simple things you expect you can not get, They said that because they are not busy on a Sunday, […] it means that they do not serve food or anything on a Sunday so you must suffer and as for their Continental Breakfast" What a Joke" its lucky it free . Because if you had to pay for it you would not get it .As for the Air Condition, It’s either on or off. Even with the Controls you could not be comfortable. The Decor is so out Dated and I guess, it’s good for passing Trough, Business Persons and that’s it. The Manager was nice but it did not make up for what you pay for and what you get... Hotel très propre, les chambres sont un peu petite mais parfaite pour deux personnes. Le site est très beau, la piscine très belle et le service est excellent. Le déjeuner était excellent. Je conseil l'hôtel sans problème et j'y retournerai si je vais encore une fois à NY.

I enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn and Suites Nanuet. The room wasn't very large but was clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There are many shops and restaurants near the hotel. Good place to stay for shopping in Woodbuyry Commons Outlet.
