Courtyard Nashville at Opryland - Nashville

The personnel on duty during our stay were 110% helpful and friendly. Rene was there for us with directions to downtown restaurants with a map as well. Dave gave us excellent advice on restaurants and entertainment. A very pleasant weekend.

The room was just OK, some of the furniture was obviously very old and scratched up. When the air kicked on it sounded like a plane landing at the airport. The sheets were clean... so that's a good thing. Not impressed, though, for the price.

We could not get on the internet in our room, had to go to the lobby. The bed was not comfortable, it was pretty hard. The employees were very nice, and the room was clean. HOWEVER, if you are in Nashville to visit the downtown area, pay the extra money and stay downtown - it is so much more convenient. I wish this hotel had a breakfast buffet but it did not. It is very conveniently located near the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills.

Good hotel, if you want to pay extra to be close to the Opryland Hotel, mall, and Grand Ole Opry. Only disappointments were no hair dryer and no complementary breakfast for the price. Otherwise no issues.

Liked Nashvillle and the hotel but the breakfast is not included and it was costly and not that good. Should have gone out to eat. We are used to Hampton Inn and eat for free......so missed that.

My wife and I were just getting away for a few days and this was the right place. Didn't really even need to leave the hotel unless we wanted! But we did have some things planned and the front desk personnel were awesome in helping us with that.

It was a pleasent experience.We had no problems with check in or out. We were able to swim late. The hotel was very clean, safe location. we only had trouble not having a free shuttle to the downtown area.

When we walked into the hotel it was breath taking. The staff waited on us promtly. Explained about the bistrol, and drinks for adults. What time breakfast was servered. Our room was very nice. There was one wet spot on the carpet, by the bathroom. On check on out we had to wait just a few minutes for someone to show up at the desk. Very busy hotel, […] but nice. I was familiar with the hotel chain so felt comfortable booking with them. The front desk clerk was very friendly. When we entered our first room the lights nor tv or telephone did not work. I immediately went back to the front desk to report the problem and was given another room. The second room was ok, although the tv had sound but no picture, a […] light bulb was out and didn't have balcony access which was previously requested. I called down to the front desk again to report the problems and was told that maintenance would be sent up. Once maintenance arrived he corrected all problems except for the tv which my husband fixed. We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and the room was never vacuumed, the bed was not completly made one day and the overall cleanliness of the room from day to day was below average. The pros to this hotel was its location to Opry Mills mall, Gaylord resort as well as the many restaurants available within walking distance. I would probably not stay at this hotel for longer than a night. Devamı

Reserved two rooms. One was perfect and the other was lacking in several areas. A/C unit never cooled the room off. Front desk stated that due to the severe heat waves the A/C units were doing all the could. However, I pointed out the second room had no problems operating in the heat. Secondly, the room was lacking the amenities that you would have […] expected such as blow dryer...no refrigerator..beds mattress was cheap...like sleeping in a hammock. Room was very humid even though the air was working and made it uncomfortable to sleep. The lighting was very dark and dreary. Was on the main level so had to leave drapes closed. The bathroom lighting was the worst. I will not stay there again.

My family and I stayed there the night before I graduated from Trevecca, so we didn't have a long drive early. when they found out, they all congratulated me and wished me the best! My sister was arriving from Canada and we had tickets for the Friday performance at the Grand Ol Opry....where could we stay that was reasonably priced, but clean and accomodating? the Marriot, of course! the staff was warm and friendly. we were able to walk to local attractions during the day and took our vehicle in the evening. we felt safe, too!

We stayed for 3 nights and this was our first visit to Nashville. The lobby and eating area are great and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is apparently an old hotel made over. The bathroom area is small, towels thin and rough and coffee maker and mugs are on the vanity counter. I would not make coffee with all the hair around. […] There is free coffee in the lobby. The room was small, decorated nicely but furniture looks like it was refurbished. We had a very pleasant visit/vacation. The character of the front desk associates was revealed when we were checking out and needed to be driven to the airport. The shuttle service throughout our stay was without fault. We needed to make a 7:30 am flight and the shuttle service doesn't start until 7am. Upon first request for leaving at 6:30 am we were […] informed by Jr associates that service begins at 7 am. We needed to call a taxi. My husband decided to wait for staff shift change and approach again with our request. When he approached the senior associates ( Jr associates listening ) with our dilemma, we were accommodated.(note: we had stayed for one week, and chose crown plaza because of shuttle service to airport). We were asked if we wanted a room with a balcony and a view, so we said yes. Our room looked out to a tree and an awning full of cigarette butts. No View! The staff was great. The bed was very comfortable. The room was dirty. Our room was above the indoor pool and the room smelled musty and of mold. The toilet would fill and run every so often all night […] long. Our room was also across from the ice maker and the ice machine kept filling every so often and dumping the ice all night long. Would not stay here again. Devamı

Had a great stay at this hotel. The people working here were all very nice and helpful. We were greeted each time we entered the hotel. The pillows were so comfortable, I wished I could take one home. It was very close to the Grand Ole Opry and tour bus picked us up at the hotel. The hotel had a shuttle which was very helpful also. The staff went out of their way to help make our stay as good as possible. My granddaughter loved the pool and that the staff always answered her questions. She wants to go again! The only thing i could see wrong was that they need new mattresses in the rooms.
