It perfectly fine, but old and needs some tlc. Can't open the windows so it smells musty

Got a very attractive price over Christmas so good value for the money. .. Overall a good experience - we would probably come back. Extremely helpful and friendly staff at the reception. Stayed with the family in a suite. No luxury, but spatious rooms and nothing to complain about. Located within walking distance (1km) to both V&A Waterfromt and the […] market. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to V&A. Only disappointment was the food. Breakfast OK, but far from fantastic. We arrived late at Chrsitmas day so we decided to have dinner at the hotel. Inexpensive food but but only average. And no alcohol at all served in that resturaunt (their other resaturant, which was said to sell drinks was closed on Christmas day) Devamı

The Capetonian Hotel is in a very convenient location close to the V&A waterfront and downtown sights, but the decor has seen better days. The personnel are very helpful, complimentary breakfast is plentiful with tasty options and the place is clean. However, the access to the hotel and view from most floorl is less than picturesque. A reasonable hotel […] for business but don't expect much romance. If you plan to spend your days touring around using the Hop on, Hop Off bus or other day tours and can get a good deal on the price, this is a great location. Devamı

The service at the hotel is excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful in fixing a minor problem with the room. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous. The hotel also has been very recently refurbished. So, things in the hotel are quite new and in good condition. An interesting point: I found to my surprise that several rates in Cape Town, such as those […] by the hotel for taxi pick up and drop off, are negotiable. I came to realize this slowly over the 7 days that I spent in the hotel. The hotel also has free wireless internet access. However, the coverage was often poor and unreliable. Devamı

I will never stay in this hotel again. I will also be wary of any hotels in the RAYA Group. I travel extensively on business. This was a BAD EXPERIENCE. To crown it all. I had a customer who witnessed everything. Not good for my companies reputation

Muito prático para quem vai para uma estadia com atividades no Convention Center de Cape Town.

Das Hotel bietet recht großzügige Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Die Zimmer und insb. das Badezimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Das Badezimmer ist recht modern, dennoch sind einige Umstände ungewöhnlich: Es gibt z.B. keine Klobürste und die Duschbrause war fest an der Wand installiert, lies sich in der Höhe nicht verstellen oder gar in die Hand nehmen […] und erzeugte einen gebündelten Wasserstrahl der etwas an einen Feuerwehrschlauch erinnert. Das sind allerdings auch schon fast die einzigen negativen Anmerkungen. Die Zimmer haben nämlich eine Klimaanlage, große Fenster, ansonsten gut ausgestattetes Bad, viele Sitzgelegenheiten, einen Schreibtisch, Fernseher, WLAN, etc. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich, warme und kalte Speisen aller Art, frische Früchte, Säfte, Kaffee, auf Wunsch zubereitete Waffeln, Crêpe oder Rührei (ggf. mit Gemüse). Die Bedienung an den Tischen könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein, aber wenn man danach fragt, erhält man sofort einen Kaffee. Insgesamt ein zu empfehlendes Hotel, das direkt gegenüber des Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) und damit nahe der Waterfront liegt (nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß). Devamı
