Motel 6 - Lakeview - Lake Havasu City

if you are not too fancy and hardly spent time on the hotel, this is a cheap and descent hotel to stay. i was there for one night only, well located and not to far away from the lake shore.

Large room, very clean, very simple-bed and TV. Basics for a very low price. We only wanted a place to rest our heads at night so we were ok. Obviously a popular place as all rooms were sold out by early afternoon.

I was amazed at how quite this motel was. The room was average and the staff rather strict. All in all it was a nice room for my purpose which was to relax and recouperate in a quite environment

Hall way reeked in cigarette smoke. It is very over whelming. The room was OK. Coffee was good, microwave available in common area.

Easy Hotel to get to. Very friendly staff. Very quiet.

We stayed here thinking it's a Motel 6 chain how bad can it be. Well it can be bad the room smelled of mold (non smoking) there was no soaps or courtesy anything and the maids ignored the do not disturb sign on the door and came into the room to make the beds...they even took the time to put the sign on the counter for us. Dirty, old, out dated, needs up dated, run down, The owners need to spend money on this place.

Close to all. Shopping and eateries. Walking path is near by for walking. The motel is comfortable, clean. Older motel for area, but it is also quiet at night.

This hotel was clean & comfortable for our nights stay, but I wish we'd booked the one down on the lake (which didn't cost too much more). This one is in, what looks like, an industrial estate carpark, but was only a short walk to some nice bars & restaurants on the main street. The hotel was clean, but beds were stiff. The price is right and the rooms were very clean. The T.V. was small and the stations were local..no cable. I would stay there again..the price is right!

I usually stay at higher end hotels, but really was on a budget this time. I was very pleased. The room was clean. The folks working at the motel were very nice and helpful.
