Otelin konumu, temizliği, çalışanlar, kahvaltı servisi, hepsi çok iyiydi, çok memnun kaldım.

otel çok hoş ancak merkeze yürüme yolu var biraz.ayrıca çalışanlar halden anlamayan kişiler.otel perfect olmasına rağmen tekrar gitmeyi aklımın ucundan bile geçirmiyorum.

"Renaissance Polat Istanbul"
Very good for Attaturk Airport access and shuttle bus provided. Comfy bed and great view of coast. Not neat Istanbul centre however.
"Comfortable and convenient"
Quiet are, nice view. Close to old city. Shuttles to airport and downtown. Excellent fish restaurant in the Hotel. Great quality, good prices and excellent service

The hotel was wonderful and the shuttle cost was about $30 for round trip to the airport

"Renaissance Polat in Istanbul"
This hotel was fantanstic! We were treated like royalty. High security entering the hotel. Hugh pools inside and out and the breakfast was extensive. We will definitely stay here again!
"Fabulous hotel, happens to be close to airport"
Anyone bad-mouthing the Renaissance Polat in Istanbul has to nuts. Yes, it is not in Sultanahmet. You should have checked the map when you booked. Yes, it is 5 star quality and service. The price varies, but I got a great deal on Hotels-com. If you thought you could stay near the airport and still walk to the major sites in town, sorry, that won't happen. […] This hotel is huge, clean, tons of people serve you, it has two huge pools indoors and out, it has its own Hamam (Turkish Bath) and other western spa features, and tons of other services. It has a knockout breakfast buffet that easily is three times as large and varied as the other two hotels I've stayed at in Sultanahmet. Free airport shuttle as long as you call ahead and book it. Yes, there are a few people to tip carrying your bags to and fro, but 5-star means service and service takes people. I loved it, I wish I could spend another week there. Devamı
regarding to my booking,i have to say that i never choose my room in swimming side view and it was very bad view and out side of the hotel building ,but you choosed it by yourself for me ,so i placed a complain to the reception to change it ,so they accepted and did that after check in time,and also regarding to the payment they asked me to pay them […] USD 250 as deposit but i don,t know why i have to pay 250 more for only one night extra charge ,of course they told me that they redeposit to my credit card ,but i think its unusual . "Istanbul Polat Renaissance Hotel - Nice"
What keeps me from giving this hotel a "5" rating are the quality and price of the meals and the distance from the main sites in Istanbul. Otherwise, it is an excellent hotel with good proximity to the airport --- our consideration because of the early morning time of our departure flight. "Great hotel let down by noise problems"
It's an airport hotel and was convienient for my business trip. Stayed in a Club room on 21st floor and the room was a King sized bed with lovely view over the sea. The room had wired internet, 32" LCD and good selection of movies and some English free TV channels such as BBC World and CNN. Staff were great never had any problems. Indoor swimming […] pool was closed for the duration I was there which I was a bit annoyed about, but in the end never had a chance to use a swimming pool anyway. My only problem is I'm a light sleeper and noise leakage from the corridor was bad and I could hear doors closing and people talking as if they were in my room. Also my room had a joining door to the room next door and I could hear my neighbours TV until 2am every night I stayed, it didn't feel very private. Devamı

"Close to Airport"
Close to Airport, which is convenient. However, I booked for non-smoking room and the room I stayed still had some smell of cigarette left from past which does not qualified for a five star hotel.
