I needed a place close to the airport to stay for one night. The location is great and within a few minutes you will get to the airport avoiding most of the traffic. It has a convenient location, but occasionally you will hear some airplanes. The hotel had everything I needed for staying overnight.

The hotel is ok, the area is so-so, but access to it is terrible currently due to road works. Not the hotels fault, obviously, but annoying none the less.

Switchboard Operator was rude when calling from airport asking for shuttle location. Shuttle arrival to airport was delayed.

The hotel is ok as an economical place to stay when stranded at Miami International, rooms are clean but need some upgrades the room seem old but clean. My experience was negative from the shuttle service provided by the hotel arrived late at night due to miss flight connections, I along with other people in the same situation where driven across town […] opposite direction of the hotel so that the driver could drop off an aquiatance of his incovinient every one else that was a paying costumer of the hotel. The room and service were great. Nowhere, however, was I informed that it was under construction. After a long stressful day, I felt unprepared to come "home" to that and would have liked some warning. Location and airport shuttle were great!!

Stayed overnight as connecting through MIA to business in Haiti. Airport Shuttle is free and usually runs every 30 minutes which is helpful. Check-in was as efficient as I've ever encountered. Unfortunately, with nightly prices significantly higher than in 2011-early 2012 and no breakfast included, the total value has been diminished.

The hotel was clean and it was a good price. The location was great because it was six minutes from the airport and about twelve from down town.

Very disappointed and afraid during my stay. Left over dirty towel in shower, raisins on floor, soiled chair,plastic pillow cases. Slept with chair in front of door and bolted close. When I ordered a pizza I asked the delivery guy to wait in lobby and the released him to my room. Never will I go back or use this chain again.

I only spent one night here so that I could catch an early flight out of MIA the next morning and needless to say, I won't be doing that ever again. When we arrived at the hotel, check-in was pretty easy but when we got to the room, the bathroom looked as though someone had recently used it as the toilet wasn't flushed, there was used soap in the bathroom […] and a used face towel on the sink. Of course after seeing that, we took a quick sweep of the rest of the room to determine if anything else was "used". Fortunately that was it, but it was more than enough to creep us out. However, at the late hour we'd gotten there we were desperate to just get a few hours sleep before heading to the airport. There's no other amenities to speak of other than the airport shuttle (which we didn't want to chance using). The hotel in general looks a bit dowdy and run down, so some renovations are definitely needed. Devamı

Bed and pillow were vey poor bath room very poor and charge 18.00 for movie. that we didn t see when alleged was told they couldn t anything very dissapponte never again

I think the check in time should be at 11 am not at 3 pm. You are charging just for 20 hours not for an entire day. Instead, the checking should be at 11 and the check out at 3 pm...

It was good to be close to the airport, malls, bank etc. So I didn't have to do much driving. The hotel itself was fair - it served its purpose of somewhere to lay down at night, Definately not a vacation/relaxing hotel. The complimentary WiFi was good. A business centre for complimentary email/fax/printing/copying was advertised on the Hotels.com web […] page but this was non-existent. I had to go out to a cyber cafe to do some printing. Devamı

The hotel was clean and the service was decent and that was the extent of the positive. The exterior and interior were a throw back from the 1960's and the location had a great view of the Expressway. Although it was listed as an airport hotel it was four miles away from the terminal so you had to take a shuttle back to the airport to get the city train. […] If you are staying overnight it's a solid 2 but for leisure travel book early and elsewhere. Room clean - telephone service unacceptable - I opened the line before entering the room - tried calling out even local call did not work - after calling the front desk approx 5 times I was told I had to be doing something wrong - spent 3 days there and speaking to another desk clerk, he too insisted I was doing something wrong, very cheeky and disrespectful […] - a guest stood there in awe - made no difference to him (gel mohawk hairstyle) my family called me 7 times and was put on hold each time from 2-9 minutes. Although my room was supposed to be a non-smoking room there was a stench on entering and which reoccurred when the air condition was off/low. Devamı

Friendly staff, very poor room condition, highway noise very loud at night. Other near-by airport hotel (like La Quinta Inn) was in much better shape (stayed a week earlier at that hotel).

. . we called the hotel for a ride, as they offered a shuttle. we waited over an hour for the shuttle, and took 10 mins. to get back to the hotel. it took 15mins for the front desk clerk to get our keys, the comforter, bed sheets were stained and pubic hair on sheets. ... next the lights on end tables and alarm did not work because the plug outlet did […] not have power. Next morning, advised staff at front desk who understood very little english they redid the room. A "handyman" was sent to fix the light issue, he did not speak any english, another man was sent and stated he would check the breakers. came back and said they were okay. next day found only 1 person had keys to check the electrical breakers and it was neither of the two that showed up. there is no continental breakfast, so we wanted to get juices from the vending machine, only to find that they were broken, we then decided to have breakfast at the adjoining restaurant, off the lobby, ordered from the menu and got totally different food, again the staff could not understand english and simply agreed with you, (we ordered off their menu). we needed quarters for pop and to do some laundry, sounded simple, but the hotel front desk did not have any quarters, they said to use the dollar changer in the lobby, it didn't work, had to go to gas station nearby for them, the washing machine was defective and had no spin cycle, pool water was covered with dirt, all around bad experience, will never go there again.... Overall, we got our money's worth. I picked the hotel for location and some previous good experience with Day's Inn. When we drove into the parking lot, my wife almost refused to stay. The appearance was disappointing. There was trash around the parking lot and planted areas. I went in and checked it out and talked her into staying. Positive: Two good […] elevators. Very good bed. Good TV reception, although old TV. Room was reasonably clean in most regards. Negative: Stains on chairs in room, stains on room carpeting and hall carpet also. Much remodeling apparently underway, which should help a lot. Overall value was good, but probably the poorest hotel I have stayed at in years. Devamı

We arrived from our cruise at 8am, and we were very disappointed that we couldn't check in and they refused to let us leave our two luggage bags while we explored Miami. After dealing with the female staff and seeing the condition of the restrooms, we would have gone somewhere else if it hadn't been prepaid. Hotel was exceptable for a trip lay over however thre problem was that the Limo service to and from the hotel...was slow...waited over an hour for pick up at airport and Limo service only starts at 5am and with an early flight this caused some stress as timelines became extremly tight...especially since we were the last of 3 stops for flights and the […] driver off loaded one of our to be checked baggage off at an earlier stop, it was eventually retreived but only because on the basic black bag we had attached flourescent tape to make it more distinctive Devamı

Staff was rude, they took a carbon copy of my credit card with signature for any extra charges. I was told I would get the carbon copy back at check out. When I went to check out the next morning they were refusing to give me the signed credit card form. I was not going to leave there with a blank credit card form. I was very disappointed with this hotel. I booked it for two reasons: (1) to drop off the luggage on the last day before leaving to Europe and (2) to get a shuttle ride to the airport in the morning. They did not take the luggage until the room was ready, you could not store it or leave it in the lobby. The shuttle service only starts at 5, and because […] my flight was at 6AM, I had to take a cab. The receptionist told me the cab fair would be around 10 USD, however, it was 20 USD. All in all, I was very disappointed with this hotel as it offered no convenience at all, despite its location. The surroundings are ugly, lots of construction going on and the hotel rooms were sub standard (non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke, ...). Devamı
