"Great Staff"
We had a third person sleep on the pull-out sofa bed in the front room. He told us it had no bar pressing in his back like others and was very comfortable. I asked the staff for extra pillows for him and they immediately got them. They were very accommodating and helpful.

Another great Embassy Suite, with all the comforts. Happy hour,Breakfast,friendly and efficient staff. Really great value.

"Extremely Loud"
We had no idea there was a company party the night we stayed. The party was right outside our room and went on until midnight. It was impossible to even watch TV. There were ladybugs on the ceiling and walls of our room also. The indoor pool and breakfast were nice.
a little pricey, but a nice hotel. the only con is that the indoor pool could be a little bigger. other than that i have no complaints.

"Great Hotel"
Like most Embassy Suites, this is a very nice hotel. The breakfast was very good: omlets and eggs to order, and a huge selection of food. The room was large, comfortable and clean. I strongly recommend this hotel.
"Noisy and rooms need to be updated"
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our family over spring break. The rooms were very outdated and on the expensive side for the Greenville area. The carpet was stained and dirty. The pull-out couch bed was extremely uncomfortable. The worst part about it was it was noisy all night long...constant doors slamming, lots of people loitering in the […] halls right outside rooms past 1am and loud banging noises (maybe that's what you get with rooms all around the atrium and not separate hallways). We called down to the front desk who said they would do something about it but, they did not. We have two young kids and no one slept very well while we were there due to the noise level. The indoor pool was ok. The workout area was small but, adequate however people were coming from the pool right into the workout area so the floor/equipment was wet. The positive things about the hotel were location, the fish in the atrium area (kids loved), easy check-in/out and the free breakfast. The breakfast was pretty good and had a lot of options. We would not stay here again due to the rooms, price (compared to others in area) and noise level at night. Devamı

"Embassy Suites in Greenville on Verdae"
Always nice to stay at an Embassy Suites. Love the atrium / lobby setting. Size of rooms is refreshing compared to other hotels. Breakfast Sat morning with omlettes made to order was a treat. We slept in late and they ran out of doughnuts that my wife wanted. One of the staff offered to go in back to see if they had more....no luck but very nice of […] him to try. Would stay there again. "Luxurious comfort"
Too bad I had to work and had no time for the indoor pool, happy hour, or full breakfast! Hotel was beautiful and quiet. The room was a little warm. That was my only problem.

Great hotel and location but the TV was outdated (old tubes) and the remote did not work properly (no volume control).

"Weekend Away"
My husband & I enjoyed a weekend "away" in-town. We loved the comfort of our room & found that everything was very clean. The manager's reception was great & the morning breakfast was superb. They have made some changes from previous visits (ie. no more fruit & cheese at manager's reception-replaced with snack mix, and no more made to order waffles […] at breakfast). I had a great time and birthday weekend spending it at the Embassy and i will do it again and again.
"Rude restaurant staff"
We contracted with the hotel restaurant to feed our team and the parents staying with their players. Compared to our stay the weekend before, the staff was rude and inappropriate. Instead of talking individually to patrons that they felt like were not following the hotel rules, they addressed the whole group as if we were bad children. It was rather […] insulting and totally inappropriate. I might return to Embassy suites, but I will never contract with the hotel restaurant to feed our team and parents again! It seemed like they let the stress of the wedding being hosted by the hotel overwhelm them and took it out on us. Devamı

"Embassy Suite Hotel for Wedding"
The Hotel was very lovely, staff were very pleasant and always did whatever they could to make us feel comfortable. Shout out to Dan! Golf course, just beautiful. I did see a small roachlike bug on my last day there in the bathroom, but other than that the room was very clean. Loved the teas and coffees they supplied and the fact that the had a microwave […] in the room was very helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast is definitely worth the stay and makes you feel right at home.....absolutely loved the hottub. Would definitely go back again. Greenville is a beautiful place! Devamı

"Good hotel"
We were surprised not to have free internet service. Even cheaper hotels offer this service free. The hotel did have a business center with 2 computers and a printer but you have to pay to use the internet. Otherwise the hotel was very good, clean, and well located for Greenville, SC.

We were very impressed with this hotel. The employees were all very nice and when I left something in our room they went out of thier way to make sure it was put aside for me for pick up later.
