Our room was very clean and welcoming. I do wish we would have had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. It was so hot in Florida that we would have liked the convenience of having cold drinks at our fingertips and a microwave to cook popcorn in the evenings even though the ice and soda and water dispensers were on our floor. We enjoyed our room and the breakfast each morning. The staff was helpful, friendly, and efficient. The landscaping is very pretty. This hotel also offers a free shuttle back and forth to Busch Gardens, and we took them up on that - it was quite helpful. I would have […] given a 5/5 for every component in the grading but the electronic locks on the outside doors failed to work at time, and our door keys were hit-or-miss as well. They do need to upgrade that system. However, the hotel staff corrected the problem with the outer doors the next day and did allow us to receive new door key cards when we asked. Our room door continued to give us trouble… but that was pretty much our only complaint! (On a personal note though, we thought the matress was very hard). The shuttle van was an unexpected plus. The service offered shuttle to almost anything within a radius to the hotel. We used the service to take us to the restaurant of our choice and was picked us up when we were ready. We also used the shuttle to the port of Tampa for our cruise departure. This is the second time we have stayed in the Tampa Hampton and love it. It's so convient to everything. The family loves the great breakfast every morning and the food is delicious. This is the only place we will stay at on our visit to busch gardens. Thanks for making us feel at home.

This location is very convenient to Busch Gardens and restaurants.

horrible stay. checked in no room available for 40 min. kids were tired from all day at busch gardens. no towels in room dirty tub, they forgot the roll away bed twice.the staff was extremely apologetic and friendly but too many problems. oh did i mention the pool was 65 degrees.kids could not even swim while they were re-cleaning the room.

Wonderful staff--friendly and helpful! Very nice breakfast selection with lots of food, replenished several times while we were enjoying our coffee and meal. We had a great stay while we were in Florida. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, but very convenient to the highway and other attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. Great customer service from everyone that we encountered. Thank you Hampton Inn!!

The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly, a Continental Breakfast was included, newspaper delivered to the room every morning, good variety of tv channels to choose from, and the hotel was very quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend at Busch Gardens. It was a good hotel, overall clean. The room was clean however a little old. The AC made a lot of noise so we had to turn it off at night once the room got cold enough. The furniture was a bit old looking and bathroom was old looking as well. The breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, pastries, bagels, […] good coffee. There is a shuttle service to Busch Gardens but we decided to drive. It is about a 15-20 min drive to B Gardens from this hotel. Not bad but its not like within walking distance or anything. Chose this hotel which was a little further away due to the rates being a lot lower than hotels right next to Busch Gardens. Also, the area near B gardens was not nice at all, so glad we did not stay in a hotel near there. They looked awful and were a lot more expensive. Was glad to be in this nicer area. We drove to Ybor city one night for dinner and a flamenco dancer show at The Columbia restaurant. Highly reccomend this place. Ybor City is not a good area to be in at night but just for dinner and the show was nice. You must call and make reservations though. Hope this helps! :) Devamı

Great place to stay. My only complaint would involve the maid service, which only provided one towel one day. However as soon as we contacted the front desk, more towels were provided. Also, the maid service didn't leave cream and sugar for the coffee another day, and did not leave a liner for the ice bucket another day. We have stayed at this Hampton quite a few times and it has never failed to meet all the standards that we have come to expect at Hampton Inns. This Hampton is beautifully maintained and is close to I-75 and also USF. It is also quite convenient for anyone who might be a patient at nearby Moffitt Cancer Hospital. In addition to the standard breakfast […] buffet the hotel also has fruit on hand at all times along with cookies, coffee, tea, etc. An evening snack is also a standard feature and may include such goodies as Italian wedding soup. This hotel is close to University of South Florida campus and it has good breakfast and late afternoon snack service. Cable TV has most popular stations (CNN, ESPN, FOX).

This was our 2nd stay. The hotel is clean ans the staff is VERY friendly & helpful. The location is great, right off I-75 so you can get anywhere you need to in the Tampa area.We stayed in a suite and enjoyed the convenience of a full kitchen and private bedroom. Only complaint - the sofabed is not comfortable for sleeping so we had a roll-a-way brought […] in for our daughter for nights 2,3 & 4. The roll-a-way was better for sleeping but clunky to work with. We had a most excellent stay. The staff went above and beyond to see that we had the very best service possible. The complimentary Manager's happy hour was such a nice suprise. Nikole's service to the guests was outstanding! The complinentary breakfast was excellent. One of the best hotel stays ever!

Have stayed at the property at least a dozen times in the last three years. Fantastic managers evening buffet with free food, beer, and winem saves you from going out to dinner. For this trip they had meatball subs or lasagne plus cheese, celery/carrot sticks, crackers, dip, and hot from the oven cookies for desert. Typical Hampton Inn breakfast-which […] means really nice and complete. Only complaint on the room was that the night light in the bathroom had a burned out bulb. The staff at this hotel was very helpful. The only issue I had was the bed, it was too lumpy. Pillows should be changed to king size and more softer. Otherwise, my husband and I had a wonderful stay.

This hotel offered a shuttle service to Busch Gardens, but failed to mention that the last shuttle service ended at 10 p.m. Not a great service if Howl-o-Scream ends at 2 p.m. Also, the hotel claims to be close to Busch Gardens. Not by a long shot! There were probably 10 hotels closer.... The bed was comfortable and that was about it. Our room was right […] by the elevator entrance, so it was noisy in the a.m. and woke us up! Then we got to take a shower in the morning that got cold. Not a lovely ending to not so great stay!! My wife and I took our college aged daughter and middle-school aged son to Busch Gardens. The suite is more like a full, one-room apartment. Two doors separate the bedroom from the livingroom/kitchennette area. There are separate A/C unites for each area, and a comfortable pull-out bed in the family room. We got in late on a Friday and checked out early on a Sunday. Everything was just as it should be. I would stay again.

Overall I liked this hotel. The kids loved the pool. It was in a quiet area. Breakfast was great with make your own Belgian waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, juice and coffee. We had a very bad experience at another hotel the last time we were in the area so we spent more time than usual checking area hotels before we booked for this trip. THERE WAS A BLACKOUT THE NIGHT I WAS THERE AND IT GOT VERY HOT AS THERE WAS NO AC BUT THEY WERE SO ACCOMMODATING THEY KEPT CALLING AND ASKING IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING.

My stay was great because of the Friendly Employees whom represented Hampton Inn.They were very attentaive,efficient and profficient.The Breakfast was good and the serving of cookies were an added touch.I do anticipate more lodging at this location and future Hampton Inns.
