The hotel was somewhat drab and the furnishings looked old. I was given an interior room that looked over their conference buffet area which was kind of odd. It was pretty loud as well when they were in there eating. The room was also on a hallway corner which had a window that looked straight into my room so I basically had to keep the drapes closed […] the whole time. Lowlights: When I checked in I was a couple of hours early but was told rooms were available. I was given a key to an occupied room. There was a privacy sign on the door and the TV was on. I needed toothpaste and the little store was very poorly stocked. There were plenty of Pringles and candy bars but hardly any personal care items. The final straw was breakfast in the morning. I had a late morning meeting so I got down to the buffet around 9. I could therefore accept the fact that they had let the buffet steam itself to death. However, there wasn't a soul in sight to help anyone arriving to eat. We were all wandering around looking for silverware and napkins until someone finally showed up. I decided to order off the menu because the buffet was digusting and the food that came out was just as bad. Just a bad experience all the way around. Devamı

I thought the hotel was lovely, but when I went to make coffee on my first morning, there were parts missing to the coffee machine. Annoyed, I went to take a shower and found a less than clean shower and no complimentary shampoo or conditioner. I also wish they had promoted their breakfast offerings; I didn’t notice until I had checked out! !

They need to fix the Ice machine and the desk people could be a bit more nice...The T-Bone and the restaurant crew were amazing. Nice beds. Need to de-pube the towels and sheets a little more. Good overall, and not too bad of a price.

With the many other hotels in the area, suggest you find one where the room does not have such a musty odor, where the bathroom does not have a lot of visible black mold/mildew, and where the little coffeepot in the room actually has all the parts necessary to make a cup of coffee! I expected a LOT more from the name Crowne Plaza!

Especially considering the low rate on this particular night, I was very pleased with the accommodations at the Crowne Plaza Rockville. The room service was prompt -- our meal at 8:30 p.m. arrived in about 10-15 minutes -- and the room was clean and very comfortable. out of 159 hotels in the last year i have stayed at, its the best. a five star hotel for a 3 star price. even better then most crown plazas. I'm not able to put into words how nice this place is.

It's my second time around and I love the whole vibe the hotel gives. The decoration and color are just perfect. It's a nice place to crash and impress your date.

Extremely clean, comfortable, beautiful room. Would definitely recommend hotel to others.

Had a great time! I will be staying here again in the furture. Paid less got more.

Besides the mess that someone left outside my room before me (which wasn't cleaned during my 2 day stay) the hotel was clean, nice staff, nice work out room, updated rooms and pretty quiet. The bedding was nice, but the mattress probably could have been updated. No morning paper, which I thought they would have. In the lobby you had to pay $1 for tea […] and coffee. Most places I've been staying it's been free. No tea in the room (I'm a tea drinker, not coffee). Overall nice hotel and would go back. Devamı

This is a decent hotel, but it has thin walls, noisier than I would like, and the tub really needs new caulking, a little "eewww" factor.

The room was comfortable and clean, Wifi was complimentary. Everything I needed. Great room for a great price.

Hotel was more than adequate. We decided to eat our dinner in the hotel on Saturday evening. My husband had a strip steak that was almost inedible. We paid for it and mentioned to the front desk the next morning...he was very cavalier about the whole thing...no apology...nothing.

The hotel is located in an office center on a quiet street with plenty of parking. The hotel is clean and appears to have recently been renovated. The rooms are good size with nice appointments. The bed was very comfortable. There is a restaurant and bar in the atrium area of the hotel. Overall a nice place to stay.

When I booked the hotel I didn't expect much based on the low price and star rating. But was I surprised. It was fantastic. Beautiful facility, very clean, efficient staff and very friendly. Room was large and well appointed. A very pleasant surprise. I would recommend to anyone.

Traveling with my daughter to visit the Washington DC area. I booked a standard room with 2 double beds preference. Checked in at about 3 pm but was told only room with 1 King size bed is available. I didn't want to drive around to find another hotels with 2 beds. They offered me to stay in a 2 stars motel which is next to their hotel. I asked for a […] refund for the price difference (~40%) between the hotels but they refused. They did give me free breakfast coupons at their hotel. Devamı
