Very comfortable and clean room, but a really noisy one... Very good breakfast.

Friendly service but on a pedestrian mall so you must walk from municipal garage. Everything center city is within walking distance. The good news is the municipal garage was around eu8 for overnight indoor parking about a block and 1/2 away. Good basic business or student hotel.

Right next door to the Regent hotel this is the best value for money hotel in the centre of Bordeaux. If you can't afford the Regent then stay at the BW and eat lunch or dinner over there. Great location, exceptional reception staff, small room, but nice bathroom, quiet but no view, reasonable for location. Would return. Parking expensive in public lot Make sure you ask which side to park on close to hotel and print out directions if driving. Lot is huge underground and would help to exit onto close street especially with luggage.

You couldnt get a better location, right in the center near everything. The Regent hotel is a 5 star hotel in Bordeaux and is in the best location however it comes with 5 star prices. The Best Western is located just behind it. It is only 3 star standard but it was fine for tourists who are only there for a night or two and are out and about and only […] want a clean room to sleep in and use as a base. Could not imagine better location. Tram right outside, Grand theatre around the corner and 50 meters to main shopping street. Some rooms have a balcony, which I had and this was sunny and nice. Didn't try the breakfast buffet, but got coffee and crossaint one morning and that was ok. The staff was very helpful and spoke good English. Location right behind the regent opposite the opera - eat there outside for a memorable evening - staff very helpful but this us a cramped two star hotel with limited facilities

Superb service from 3 different receptionists from a difficult guest needing to store bike and other bits and bobs, however room was barely adequate being definitely on the bijou side, especiallky the bathroom. Fortunately, I had only to was and sleep there, not swing any cats! the location however is second to none - everything very close, including […] superb restaurants. The only real draw back is parking €19 per night and about 300m away. Hotel is on fringe of pedestrian area so you have to block the narrow street to unload and load then go to car park. We loved Bordeaux, and our hotel helped make our visit so ideal. The location was ideal, close to historic sights, restaurants and museums, and shops (although we are not shoppers), and even banks to get out the cash we needed more regularly than we thought because of our wine purchases as well as delightful meals. Enjoyed our short stay at Etcha in Bordeaux.Hotel well run, quiet and very central. Air con was much appreciated. Also attention received from receptionist when I injured myself after tripping over in the street.

The hotel staff were charming and helpful. The superior room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning although friends staying in another room thought the rooms small for the price. The double glazed windows were efficent in keeping out noise but the hotel was on a side pedestrianised quiet steet anyway. There are numerous bars, restaurants […] and shops on the doorstep. Why would consider another hotel in Bordeaux? In our opinion, this hotel was everything we needed. The room was very clean and tidy. It was quite small but when all you do is wash and sleep in it, how much room do you need? The hotel is centrally located on a pedestrian street, so parking is in a public car park underground about 300 yards walk away. […] This did take a little working out on arrival. The check-in staff were all lovely and explained that we could get a discounted ticket on our car parking by visiting the Tourist Information office by the car park - we bought a 48 hr ticket which was only a little more than teh 24 hr rate in the car park. It also meant that we could come & go as much as we liked during that 48 hrs. Not that we did - the hotel's location meant that everywhere of interest was within walking distance. In fact, the only point I could pick the hotel up on was that the lift was slow, especially when our room was on the top floor. Hardly a dealbreaker. All in all, a beautiful stay in a beautiful city. Wenn sie nicht im Lift eingeschlafen sind, ist das Hotel ganz angenehm. Sehr gute Betten. Preis/Leistung beim Frühstück stimmt nicht. Sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Het ligt in een brede steeg aan de rue des Intendance, de presentatie foto van het hotel klopt niet. Je loopt zo de steeg voorbij. Verder netjes, voor de prijs te kleine kamer, heeft wel alle comfort. Vraag aan de desk voor uw badjas en koffie-thee faciliteiten. Hôtel très bien situé, et bien entretenu. Les moins : petit ascenseur très lent, et climatisation poussive.

Tevreden, maar kamer en bed te klein voor twee personen.

観光局やトラムの駅から歩いてすぐ。とても立地のいいホテルです。 リージェントホテルの影に隠れているので、みつけにくいですが。。 部屋は狭かったけど、スタッフの方が親切で、とても快適に過ごせました。

Meget sentralt hotel med gode rom (vi hadde et superior. Man bor så nærme man kan komme turist info, kollektivtrafikk, turer, Operaen og hovedgater og restauranter. Ingen nattevakt i lobbyen, så man må ringe på etter kl 23.00 om kvelden, men det fungerer. Vil absolutt anbefale det videre!

Som flere hoteller jeg har besøkt i det siste , ligger også dette hotellet sentralt , denne gangen i Bordeaux. Men det er nesten umulig å finne det, og håpløst å kjøre til. Når hotellet først er funnet , er det all right nok , men. 2 hoteller rett ved hverandre i forskjellige gater heter det samme og er visstnok det samme bare med 2 adresser. For å […] komme dit må man følge trikkeskinner og be noen om å åpne "bommer". Men man kan (som til slutt) parkere i et underjordisk pakeringsanlegg å gå 500 meter i gågate. Hotellet ligger perfekt til midt i sentrum av Bordeaux Hotellet består av 2 bygninger og vi hadde rom i en stille og rolig sidegate. Vi bestillte og betalte for superior rom men opplevde vel ikke akkurat at vi fikk dette. kaffe/tekoker manglet, badekåper manglet osv. Baderommet var stort og romslig. Hotellbygningen og rommet virket noe slitt men rengjøringen […] var utmerket. Vil absolutt anbefale dette hotellet til besøkende som skal oppleve Bordeaux by. forøvrig en fantastisk by som er verdt et besøk. Devamı

We traveled with an 20 month year old baby, and staff was very helpful in providing a bed for her. The location in town is excellent, but there is some minutes walk from any parking plaza.

Hôtel très bien situé, en pleine zone piétonne de Bordeaux, proche des restaurants, magasins et des quais de la Garonne. Chambre petite, mais grande salle de bain, donnant sur une mini-cour intérieure (vieil immeuble rénové). Lit très confortable. Situation calme. L'Hôtel est très bien situé pour la visite de Bordeaux et des environs. Par contre nous avons été très déçus de la chambre. Nous avions réservés une chambre double tradition supérieur et nous avons eu droit à chambre sans visibilité qui donnait dans une cour.

Not much I can say, this hotel is everything I expect to have. Perfect location, clean, silent and spacious room. Comfortable and big bed, nice bathroom. Not even something I would be allergic of. Just great.

Petit dejeuner même pas digne d'un hôtel formule 1, petit croissant décongelé (1 pas personne), pain de même niveau, pas ou peu de choix, salle du petit dejeuner lugubre (pas de fenetre), chambre très petite, vue sur l'immeuble d'en face, mauvaise qualité de reception TV....... A ne pas conseiller

Hôtel idéalement situé au centre ville. Acceuil très bien. Par contre nous avons eu très chaud, et impossible de régler la climatisation ( on nous a expliqué qu'en mars la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.)

Top Lage! Das ist wohl das einzige, was zu diesem Hotel positiv zu bewerten ist. Das Standardzimmer ist im Vergleich zu anderen 3-Sterne-Hotels im europäischen Vergleich sehr klein. Ich schätze ca. 12 m2. Hier sollte es endlich europäische Richtlinien geben, dass man nicht wie wir wieder so enttäuscht wird. Sauberkeit: Naja. Bei Ankunft diverse Haare […] im Bad (Boden, Wanne) und viele Flusen im Zimmer. Reinigung - täglich. Auch das es mal passieren kann, dass man von der Rezeption geweckt wird am Nachmittag, dass man bitte das Zimmer räumen möge, weil man reinigen möchte. Gut dann waren wir wach und sind gegangen. Frühstück: sehr einfaches kontinentales Frühstück für 14 €. Da bekommt man in jedem Café in der Umgebung typisch französiche Frühstücksangebote günstiger und vor allem gemütlicher. Das was mir eigendlich das wichtigste, was ich hier schreiben wollte. Fazit: Tolle Lage - ansonsten ein Flop für den doch recht teuren Preis. Devamı

My wife and I stayed at the hotel during a weekend visit in Bordeaux. Very good location, walking distance to shoping and several good restaurants. Parking in public underground near by, but remember to find the right exit. Parking is expensive though. Tram passes just outside the hotel, easy to get to. We took a cab from the airport, it cost us 50 […] euros. Renting a car is just as easy, espcially if You want to go into the countryside. The room was a little small. Not much space for suitecases and bages. But since we stayed most time out of the room this is no big deal. We had window towards the street. No trafic except a tram and pedestrians. Very little noise even on a Saturday evening. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but walked to some of the nearby café's. Staff was very helpful. They spoke English very well. We did not find the restaurant they recomended, so I can not comment on that. But a lot of help on getting tour to the wine-district. We ended on renting a car and drove around in St. Emillion and Archachon during the Sunday. Recomended if You have the time. Cleaing was good. Everything in the room worked. In general, very satisfied with the hotel. If downtown location is important, then this is a good choice. Devamı
