Days Inn South San Francisco - Oyster Point / Airport - South San Francisco

I cannot say enough negative things about this hotel! From the hotel staff to the hotel rooms to even the small parking lot it was awful! I travel a lot for my job and stay at a lot of hotels and I have never been so poorly treated by staff! In particular Raymond was so rude to me and unprofessional, I was in shock! He used personal insults and even […] profanity. The rooms were supposed to be nonsmoking but smelled like smoke. The refrigerator did not work and the mircowave was from the 1960's. The deadbolt for the room would not lock and instead I had to only use the hook hoping to ensure someone would not try to come into the room. I highly do NOT recommend this Days Inn. My stay was so unpleasent I REFUSE to stay at ANY other Days Inn and have told all of my friends and family to NOT stay at Days Inn as well. If you want to have the most unpleasent expereince managable, stay here. Hotels.com should remove this hotel from their list of hotels. It makes me uneasy to know that Hotels.com would keep doing business with this hotel after the way they treat their customers. Devamı

This was the worst hotel, the guy at the front desk was rude the intire stay, we didn't even stay thorough the entire night and ended up paying an extra 50 bucks. Save your self the time and money and go to a better place.

This hotel was well-equipped for the price, and our room had free wi-fi, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and an iron with ironing board. Some three star hotels don't have all of these amenities! The staff was helpful and friendly. However, even though my husband and I didn't see the neighborhood by day (we arrived after nightfall and left before […] dawn), something didn't feel completely right about it. I stayed at the Days Inn to bide time before a flight. After waiting for 40 min for the shuttle which they said they sent, I called again and they told me I had to call a cab. The cabbie ended up charging me, and though I got my money back for the arrival trip, I had to pay $20 for my cab ride to the airport the next morning. Definitely not complimentary. Gentleman manning front desk is worth the visit! Some really good restaurants within walking distance.

i can not beleive that hotel.com would allow this hotel on there web sight. cab driver didnt even know where it was located. it was in a terrible neighborhood , rooms were being rented by the hour, i wouldnt even take a shower in the tub it was so nasty. please remove this from your web sight. nasty.

This hotel was booked because of services offered. ( I had an overnight layover.) FREE airport shuttle, FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. When I arrived at the SFO airport, I call the hotel for pick up. I was told that there was no shuttle and that I needed to take a cab. Desk clerk told me that is was only $10. Reality is that it cost me $24 to hotel and […] $24 back to the airport next morning. There was no Continental breakfast, no pool, no courtyard as the website pictures describe. The neighboorhood is not a very safe one. Even the cab driver said "wow this place is scary.." Hotel quest also include what look like local hippies. I would not reccomend this place, and plan on making an attempt to get my Taxi fare replaced. Devamı

Very basic; provides shampoo but no conditioner!

This hotel is nothing special at all. The "breakfast" was pathetic, the location is terrible (bad neighbourhood, not much around), and the room wasn't very clean (found lego on the floor in plain view from a previous guest). It wasn't all bad though, price was reasonable, great deli just down the street and the room came with a fridge and microwave. […] $20 cab ride to Candlestick. Nothing to write home about but I'd stay here again if attending a game or event at Candlestick. Otherwise I'd stay closer to Downtown. Devamı

The room was small and simple, but clean and the service was very friendly. There were no frills, but the price was right. I would stay here again.

It's a great location and staff is helpful. Hotel right off 101- so you hear a little freeway noise. Not much in area for food.

The location is perfect, comfort and amenities standard, but this is poor value for your dollar. I stay in the area for business and other local lodging has the same offerings for half the cost. Only recommended if everything else is booked.

This was an adequate hotel for a reasonable price in San Fran. Rooms were very clean. Hard to find with my GPS and had to call for directions....I was just a couple blocks off. I was supposed to stay two nights....called to cancel the second night when we changed our plans and the manager was very accomodating in a refund even though we were past the […] cancellation deadline. I would recommend based on that service alone! I would stay here again. Only issue I had was the parking was VERY tight...Im in a full size SUV and had to squeeze out of my car!!! The only thing going for this place, is that it is close to the airport. Front office was completly rude, and room was not clean.

This hotel was by far the worse. I was here for a business trip and couldn't even relax. Pretty nasty.. Not clean.. Management needs to step up and get all those drug addicts out!!!

Hotel room was a cigarette room and I requested a non smoking room but I was told to change to get the lower rate without them telling me it was a smokers room. Light switches and TV were not logical set up creating me to call room service. Great for price range but I would rather spend $20 more for the better conviences of other hotels.

the hotel was smaller than some of the other Days Inn we've stayed at. I also expected the continental breakfasts to be like the biggeer Days Inn hotels, but this was nice. I liked the microwave and fridge in the room. The room was clean and the noise outside didn't bother us, even though there was a freeway.

Room was a nightmare. Upon entering there was a strange smell. The room was obviously not cleaned because there was a shower cap with hairs, the floor was dirty. The toilet seat moved. We had to buy disenfectant wipes because we were so discusted with the cleaness of room. Hotel is located directly alongside major hwy and you hear the traffic all day and night long. There is a very small office and sometimes it can take a long time to get someone to show up at desk. We stayed for 6 nights. Also breakfast is served after 7:30am. Also night of ballgame hotel was out of control. I do not recommend for anyone that wants to […] sleep. Devamı

With so many other choices in the SFO area this should be a last resort. Everything was weak. Towels were thin and nasty. breakfast (ha) was not even available till 730 and it was cheap pastries and coffee. This place was louder then being on the runway. The walls were thin between the rooms, the doors all slam when they close, and t is right on the […] main 101 hwy. If you do stay bring your own shampoo and soap. Also very cheap products. Under amenities, Breakfast is listed as included. However, breakfast consisted of raisin danishes, bananas, and coffee. That's it.

My boyfriend and I are staying in hotels until our new place is ready 2 move into in mid Oct. So, I have a lot of hotel stay experience. This place was a good deal for the price. The staff was great and the parking & HSI was free. But the room was well worn. And It was not very clean (overall cleanliness was good), but the carpet & walls were stained […] etc... However I would recommend this hotel for anybody who wants great service, and a very spacious room for pretty cheap. Devamı

lets see. plumbing isn't the greatest. so when the toilet got plugged. i called the service desk to ask about a plunger or maintenance person, he didn't understand what i wanted. i had to really break it down, i don't think he understood much English. so finally 5 mins later some boy brings up a plunger to my room. the room was small but it did it serviced […] its function. the bathroom didn't seem that clean though. but the over all experience was ok considering what you pay for it. other then that it was fine. Room was clean service was respectful . Was a nice 2 night stay for the price . Surroundings not much to look at but overall it was a nice stay .

My room was large but the front door didnt close all the way unless I slammed it a few times. Other guests must have had the same problem because I heard doors slamming all the time.

The rooms were clean, some of the linen was not. Freeway noise covered by "fan only" white noise. Advertised breakfast. Coffee, orange juice, cellophane rolls, small apples and oranges.
