This hotel pretends to be a lot more than it is. It says they have gym facilities, but in fact you're just allowed to use another better hotel's gym down the road. they also have airport service, but the shuttle must be scheduled days in advance, so if you arrive late at night, you may be forced to get a taxi to the airport instead of the shuttle you […] paid for. At least the taxis are fairly cheap to the airport from the hotel. The hotel i s badly in need of remodeling, it was clearly built a long time ago and hasn't had much done with it in a long time. Quiet hotel about 20 minutes from the airport. Nothing nearby except a few restaurants. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night and it was very good. It was a pleasant rest for us before heading back to the US but it is not near any tourist sites. To get to town costs about 20TL.

Would not recommend this facility. Worst than low standard us motel or truckstop in USA.

We booked through hotels.com and the complimentary airport shuttle was supposed to be provided. NOT COMPLETELY TRUE. We arrived during a busy period for the hotel (race car competition) and because of that there were not able to run the shuttle. The shuttle is actually labelled with Sheraton Atakoy Marina signs (so you would never be able to find it […] even if it did run) and only runs during set times (every 30 min during a few hour time period during the day). I see all this as completely unacceptable. On the flip side, this was the largest hotel room we had in all of Istanbul and was a 8-10 minute walk to the commuter train line which goes into the touristy area of Istanbul (Sultanahmet). I would never stay at this hotel again (not worth the price, hassle, or anything else) and strongly advise you to think twice before you do. Devamı

WIFI Internet quality is very poor. If you can find other hotels near the airport with similar room rate, I would recommend other hotels.

Det var et fantastisk ophold med en dejlig værelse og lækkert udsigt. Det fantastiske var sheraton hotel ved siden af, hvor man kunne nyde poolen samt alle faciliteter. Området var vidunderligt og romantisk, især når mørket fremhævede sit identitet. Vi vil anbefale dette hotel til en dejlig og rolig ferie, især når det gælder bryllupsrejse. Ps, roomservice […] var mere end perfekt, og maden smagt umodståeligt. Devamı
