The people were great - especially the young lady who took care of the breakfast - she was GREAT! Always attentive - kept the place clean which was amazing given the high traffic in the AM. She was awfully nice and patient - you could tell she enjoyed her job and meeting people! The convenience of being near the highway was offset abit my the traffic […] noise - we had a room facing the highway and it could get loud - recommend asking specifically for a room facing away from the highway. A lot of noise from the highway heard in the room

This hotel was a great choice for someone on a limited budget. It is close to the freeway, but the surrounding noise is definitely not an issue and I found my room very quiet and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

not bad for its price, close to freeways and restaurants. good enough deal for a one-night stay. we just needed a place to stay for the night before we head back on the road.

The rooms are very small and out dated. The pilows are all too soft The front desk was very helpful and courtious.

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It was selected strictly on location without looking at the other ratings. The equipment in the exercise room was in good condition, the breakfast was good and the room was clean and quiet.

When we drove into the neighborhood I got a little nervous, but from the moment we stepped into the hotel I could not have been more pleased. The staff was more than friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and even though we were practically on the freeway we didn't hear a sound all night. This was our second time staying here. It's easy to get to. It isa very comfortable place to stay.

Even though this hotel is right next to a freeway, it was extremely quiet. Great cookies at check-in. Wonderful assortment at breakfast. Very clean, well arranged room. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Clackamas. The best part was the wonderful staff. Sheila helped us with maps and directions for our local appointments, and everyone else we met at the the hotel was just fabulous as well. Thanks for being so helpful!

It was overall a good hotel! Little bit of a sketchy neighborhood, but really close to Clackamas Town Center!

Description on hotels.com said jetted bath tub, none & according to front desk clerk never has been available in this hotel, misrepresented as was a determining factor on my choice of what hotel I was going to stay at.

Other than the whirlpool being cold, we found the hotel to be clean, quiet (despite being right next to the freeway) and very accessible.

Enjoyed our stay, 4 in the room, a little small for that many adults. No DVD player. Room clean, beds comfy and the best of all, is good breakfast. Omelets, sausage, potatoes, muffins, cereals, waffles, fruit, etc. Location behind a Denney's Restaurant but found it.

The room was exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Nicely updated. Quiet. Staff was friendly. Gave us cookies at check-in. Full breakfast with choices of eggs and waffles, not just a stale doughnut. Would definitely stay again.

We've stayed at this hotel many times - but since Hampton Inn has taken it over, it's wonderful! I love the way they modifed the old rooms to make them look new new. And the notice that all linens & towels in the room had been laundered after the last guest -- duvets, etc! That's fantastic! I wish all hotels did this!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the hotel...we couldnt believe how low the cost of the room was for all the great service we got :) The breakeast was outstanding!!! Well worth the trip!!!

Good Location - close to transportation for downtown Portland. Great mall and resturants close by.

The is a nice hotel inside. Comfortable room and nice amenities (gym and computer) - except the breakfast (but that's fine if you just want some coffee and cereal ). Park right out front of check-in. Make sure to take all your valuables and suitcases to your room with you - GPS, too. I would not recommend staying in this part of Portland.

It was unfortunate that our stay at the hotel coincided with the resurfacing of the street. It caused us to take an extended detour which included getting back on the freeway and going several miles out of the way. Even without the construction, the entry to the hotel is not easy to see since it lies between Denny's and a gas station. Everything else […] was great. Devamı

We had a very positive experience here. Customer service was excellent, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. It is a pretty crowded space (small-ish rooms, the breakfast area right on top of the check-in desk, narrow hallways). That being said, customer service, breakfasts, and other amenities made up for the tight spaces. […] It is located within walking distance of Fred Meyer and just a short drive north to the Clackamas Mall where good restaurants can be found. The highway to Mt.Hood is right there and you can see the mountain on a clear day. The neighborhood is not conducive to walking or running (not aesthetically attractive, busy roads). But it was a positive enough experience and well-priced that we would return. Devamı

Liked the hotel. Great staff, good location. Overall nice stay.

Very nice hotel with all the features you want for a family stay at a reasonable price.

The room was very nice, not huge, but comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hot tub had way too much chlorine in it, to the point that my eyes were watering, and there was a gathering of pre-teens at the hotel while we were there. There was a Denny's located next door, which was OK. We will stay there again!

The staff was very pleasant, the room was nice, the bed very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was nice, great coffee. We would stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The room was small and wish we had a small fridge for storing our purchases. Do not eat at the Denny's next door though...awful management and uncooked food.

Location was excellent, and staff was really friendly and helpful, but there was some ceiling tiles being replaced right outside the elevator and what a mess this was for several hours. And I find it quite inconvenient when I get a hotel room that doesn't have a frig to keep stuff cold. I met up with friends there and had brought a cheesecake for them, […] but had to keep it in my ice chest as there was no refrigerator to put it in. Devamı

The beds were excellent

The spa was very nice and the fitness center was also really kept up and up to date. The breakfast was great because there were so many choices, including warm eggs, sausage and waffles. Along with tea, coffee, fruit, bread, muffins and other pastries. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay. Excellent service, confortable room, good value, and the best bed I've ever been in. Being on vacation, very hard to get up in the morning - just 15 more minutes please!
