Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel - Atlanta

Make sure you request a room on the Airport side so you can see a fantastic view of the busiest airport in the world. The staff was wonderful from top to bottom, and i certainly enjoyed the spa tub and sauna as much as i could.

The Renaissance catered to my ever need from late arrival to early departure for a 5 am flight. They held the shuttle to be sure that I made my flight and I was able to leave my car in valet parking for little more than good parking at the airport. The polite and attentive staff made what could have been a stressful time smooth as silk. I was pampered […] from the moment I arrived on the site. My stay was great, clean, family oriented,friendly staff, the bell hop and valet guys were the greatess. Hotel could use a renovation to show some newness for a 3.5 star hotel, but it still was worth the stay. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Front desk asked me if I wanted the airport or city view. I chose city, which was 75% blocked by the Hilton. Internet is NOT free, even though it states it in hotels.com. What they don't tell you is that internet is free in the lobby, not in your room (15.00/day). You have to pay to park your car

I have booked this hotel three times, it gets better and better. It has a beutiful view of the city or airport whichever you prefer, and is very economical and comfortable. If you are the social type there seems to always be something going on at the Renaissance. Overall good room just full of lady bugs and very cheap upgrades to the room. I been to cheaper hotels that had better upgrades.

My Wife & I celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary in this Hotel and accommodations were great, the view was inviting. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

it's my favourite hotel in atlanta to stay 1 or 2 nights.It's near to the airport and it has beds and mattress where you can sleep very well. the rooms are large and you can request the room with a spectacular view on the airport.I raccomand this hotel. marilena

Nice hotel, very close to ATL. Good service, excellent breakfast. We had a room facing North, facing the parking lot. It was very quiet. Will stay again.

Great for the money

The Rennaissance Concourse Hotel was great and the breakfast excellant will stay there again anytime.

Nice hotel, great linnens, updated rooms, good restaurant on site. Be prepared to wait a bit for the shuttle at the airport, and if it is windy or cold, get your coat out. Paid the higher price for a room (booked room for 3 - husband, wife and child) which was to include breakfast but it only included 2 breakfasts, not 3, to my surprise.

I had to stay here for a conference. This hotel is convenient because you can take the free shuttle straight to/from the airport to the hotel and it's about a 5-7minute ride. The hotel is pretty, clean, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. The food at the restaurant is tasty but I felt the drinks were expensive. But hey, probably […] no worse than any other conference hotel. During our conference the staff did a good job of keeping our break table clean and stocked with food and coffee which is simply an example of their dedication to customer service. Occasionally during large meals we had a back-up in the buffet line as they scrambled to get the food refilled but it was all fairly delicious and the staff worked hard. However, my stomach was a little upset during the whole trip, so bring some medicine if you have sensitive digestion. This is not really a "family" hotel. It's a business hotel. I wouldn't suggest it as a first choice for a family stay, but at the same time, if you have some specific reason to stay here, it will work for a family. The bar gets a little boisterous as business people relax in the evening, so don't expect to be going to sleep at 8pm. The atrium type setup of the hotel is such that every room can look down upon the bar and restaurant, which means the sound also travels up to your door. The "airport" side of the hotel has balconies which are nice, but it is loud, especially when planes land or take off of the runway right next to the hotel. If you need quiet to sleep, ask for the "city" side or "quiet" side (no balconies). If you live by an airport, train, or expressway and are used to the noise, you might enjoy the view and balcony on the "airport" side. Devamı

The hotel knew there would be three in the room, but the coffee equipment was not adequate for 3, hardly even for 2 persons. That should have been looked into before check-in. The hotel staff was very pleasant, but the dining staff was slow to bring and refill coffee at breakfast. You wanted my opinion.

Very comfortable rooms. The staff was bery nice and helpfull. I will definately stay again.

Nothing is included no free internet(14.95)each day. No free breakfast or parking. Should be called Hotel a-la-carte

The staff were all helpful and kind. Room was great. Although prices are high, the restaurant was great and the servers were great.

Rooms were clean and comfortabe, staff was very good. Enjoyed the airport views from the balcony. Restaurant was a little to pricey and the self park fee is really unnecessary and to high, something that should have been brought to our attention when making the reservation. Used the shuttle to airport and Marta into downtown which is not for every one, […] but was convinent for us. Would recommend for those who can travel without the use of their cars. If it wasn't for hotel.com I wouldn't have stayed at this hotel cause it's way out my budget on it's regular price but it was a wonderful and perfect place for my fiance birthday great location of all the restaurants and places we chose to go great view of the airport runway the maid service was perfect cause we had late nights and the maid service […] didn't come all early knocking at the door I can go on all day bragging on the wonderful time we stayed at this hotel thanks to hotel.com for the special rates and part of a wonderful birthday gift Devamı

We were very tired when we arrived, and set the A/C at 70 and showered and tried to relax. The room was hot. I closed the drapes and called the Front Desk to complain about the heat. I was told that an engineer would be right over. We were so warm that we went to eat and give the engineer time to get the A/C working. When we returned the hear was worse. […] I called the front desk again, and this time someone came right away. He said that the cooling water was turned off, and after turning it on, the room began to cool. Why can't the A/C be turned off when someone is cold, and then turned on when the weather warms up? I'm confused, a multi million dollar hotel, very beautiful, and no way to control the A/C. Devamı

It was an amazing experience; loved looking at the airplanes taking off and landing. The food is awesome too.

This a great hotel very economical, it is a little older but still nice just the same. We did not eat at the hotel because there are several restaurants nearby. I would just like to warn you, if you go to Spondivits park accordingly because they will boot your ride. The Renaissance is very spacious, and they have a noon check out which is good. they should let u know that filling out that breakfast list in your room is not the breakfast that go with the room .Its coming from that high reatuarant in the building.

We stayed for one night with our two children. They loved seeing the planes outside the hotel take off & land throughout our stay. Pros: Very close to airport and the kids loved watching the planes. The fitness center was relatively large and well-stocked (several LifeFitness cardio machines, dumbbells up to 45lbs, exercise balls, some circuit equipment, […] large floor space for fitnes drills). Very clean rooms and common areas. Courteous & efficient staff. Cons: NOTHING is complimentary. No newspaper, coffee, etc. Devamı

Very stripped down hotel. The ceiling was coming apart from the wall. This hotel is on its way to becoming the Park Inn in Shannon Ireland....a dump. Very close to the airport but that is all this hotel has going for it. This hotel falls short of the Rennaisance name.

It was a very nice hotel, but WARNING: beware of all the extra charges for things you would normally expect to be complimentary. There is a fee to park at the hotel (self-park, not even valet), a charge if you want to use their Wi-Fi, and you don't even get free coffee. I can't say enough about how nice the hotel is. The inside of the hotel needs to be updated. Hotel seems as if it was a nice hotel at one point but it seemed a little out dated. The room was ok but would have used some updating it self

Great hotel and convient to the airport. Room clean and nicely furnished. Most of the staff was very accomidating.

The Renaissance Concourse Hotel is by far one of the best hotels in Atlanta, especially near the airport. It's convenient to the airport and the shuttle service makes flying out of Atlanta a breeze. We stayed on the club level and it was amazing. The bed was incredible. My wife loved the bathroom with its salon toiletries.
