Although it is set up as a motor lodge, the inside & outside has been renovated. The beds were comfortable. Only complaint was poor water pressure for the shower.

Hotel had very comfortable beds, though I did not like the little pillows on the beds. Room was very quiet. The radio was broken in the room and I should have told the manager about this but I forgot to. The front desk people were very pleasant and helpful. I spent 5 nights there and plan to stay there again soon.

We drive into Palo Alto for medical appointments and find this hotel very clean, quiet and convenient.

Stayed while visiting Stanford University on business. At first, I was a bit hesitant booking because the hotel was so much cheaper than most other hotels in Palo Alto. However, the hotel was very clean, nice, and comfortable. There is a bus stop nearby, which made it easy to get to & from Stanford without renting a car. Also, it is easy to get to the […] hotel by public transport from the airport (I came via Caltrain from SJC). There was a free & adequate continental breakfast every morning. Several good restaurants are within a short walk from the hotel, which was convenient for dinner. I would certainly recommend it to anyone visiting the Palo Alto area on business, or otherwise. Off the street and quiet (despite El Camino address), large rooms, decent (although not amazing) complimentary breakfast, fast Internet connection (unusual for hotels in this area), ample parking, standard room in very good condition, comfortable bed, microwave, service ok. We stayed here while attending a Stanford football game. It was close, relatively affordable, and did the job for a hotel. The service wasn't great, but we didn't really need it to be. The fact that it was close and had occupancy made it a fine choice for us.

Was back in town for Homecoming and a Stanford Reunion. Was on the go a lot and made little use of the hotel but it offered both free internet and breakfast in a convenient location at a decent price.

I flew in at midnight and I was exhausted. I was very pleased by the absolute quiet upon checking in around midnight. The bed was fresh and very comfortable. I would stay here again. Good neighborhood and location. No curry smell in the lobby which is common in many other hoels in this area. The room had no odor and seemed very clean. I slept through […] the free breakfast. I work just up the street and I have stayed at the Super8(Mountain view) as well as the America's best(Palo Alto), Ramada (Mountain view and Sunnyvale) and Travel Lodge(Palo Alto). I like this one the best. The Comfort Inn (Palo Alto)was exactly the same and I found out it is owned by the same individuals. Devamı

We were looking for a place to get a good night's sleep on a business trip and picked a lower price motel. Were very pleased with the maintenance including everything looking freshly painted. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood seemed quiet. Would definitely return.

Hotel has fleas. Pets are welcomed and dogs bark all night. Beds are dirty and whole room overall has a bad smell. Morning breakfast is horrible. The only good thing were the waffles which we had to make ourselves with only ONE machine for 100 guests. Overall bad experience.

The best part of this hotel was the continental breakfast. There was a great selection of food. The location was difficult to get to from the shoreline amphitheatre but is a great location for other purposes. I requested a room on ground level because I have a daughter with severe mental retardation and behavioral issues and they told me when I arrived […] that they didn't have any rooms available on the first floor. The person/persons down below my room complained about my daughter and I tried to do everything to keep her quiet but this could have been avoided if they would have given me a room as I requested or told me before arrival that they couldn't help me. the room was the best. especially since we NEVER have seen hotels with 2 KING size beds!!!it was very clean!! the only thing that bothered me was that we had to go all the way to the office to get extra towels!!!!but overall it was GREAT!!!

Very nice staff and on the ball! Although the room was clean and neat, the beds were very uncomfortable. After we settled in, we turned on the TV to find out that the television speaker was not working properly at all. Rattled on all stations. We notified the desk, but they were unable to check it out right away. By the time they could, my husband was […] not feeling well and didn't want the disturbance, so we lived with it. Again, they were responsive, but only wished they had a better TV. A lot of very small pillows (6 on each bed). All of them too soft for much of a support to lie in bed and watch TV. Room was just OK, but pretty dreary and not worth the $$. Close to the VA and Stanford hospitals though. Just wish less expensive for what you get. Devamı

The hot water had been out for hours before I checked in, and the clerk said nothing. When I called later that evening about it, they said it would be fixed in 10-15 minutes. It was not fixed then, or by next morning. They were not at all apologetic, did not offer any compensation, and refused any compensation when I asked. Very dissappointed with the room and customer service. Room was stuffy and musky order was terrible. The air conditioner didn't work properly and both my husband and tossed and turned all night because it was so unconfortable plus their were bed bugs in our bed and I was afraid we were going to be bit by one. I called the office and no one answered. […] The next morning we told them and they didn't offer an apology. Won't use your service again!!!! Devamı

Room was quiet, clean and furnishings in reasonable shape. Out side of building freshly painted, people helpful--a good experience over all.

The hotel was clean and the price ok for the area but the AC was poor and the WIFI was useless.

I recommended this hotel highly 6 months ago but my last visit was bad. Surly receptionist when we checked in. Bed bugs.

スタンフォード大学に短期滞在するにあたり，はじめは家族と一緒でしたので，値段が手頃なこのホテルを選びました。近くにファーストフード，レストラン，コインランドリー，クリーニングなどがあり，便利です。車があれば，北または南に，ホテル前のEl Camino Real通りを数キロ行けば，大きなショッピングセンターがあります。大学北のショッピングセンターは高級ブランド志向で驚きます。南に10分ほど走れば，日本スーパーもあります。El Camino Real通りには，多くのホテル（モーテル）が並んでいます。スタンフォード大学は学生数が少なく学費が高いためか，UCバークレーやUCLA近くの街とは雰囲気が異なります。このホテルに関しては，朝食が充実しすぎですから（コンチネンタル＋ベーコン，ソーセージ，卵，自 […] 家製ワッフルまで），そこは好みが分かれるかもしれません。冷房はあります。 Devamı
