Room was outdated and gross. Mold on the bed skirt. The hallways to the rooms were dark with exposed piping in the ceiling --- didn't feel like a hotel at all. The restaurant had the worst iced tea I've ever tasted. It was very bitter, but the food was fine. I would not recommend the breakfast. The hotel exceeded all expectations. The pool and spa were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The restaurant Pike's Peak was great. Good service and great food. I just wish the hours lasted a little later. I highly recommend this hotel.

First hotel I have stayed where the indoor pool was actually warm. And they keep it very clean. Only downfall was no fridges on the room. Next time I am going to stay in kitchenette room.

Dingy & outdated. Smells of human body odor - pretty disgusting. Overpriced breakfast is pretty nasty too.

The Hotel itself was very well kept. I was very dissappointed in the service staff to include the front desk staff,and waitresses. I got the impression nobody wanted to be at work. I was rushed through the check in and it didn't appear all that busy, and the check out staff was a little rude. Bottom line is the service staff was not customer friendly. Overall, the hotel was fine, but only that. My first room had to be changed because it was a little dank, needed airing out, and just didn't seem clean. The other room was similarly "tired" and I suspect the other rooms must be the same. Some updating is probably in-order as there is the mildew in the bathroom, old style radiator heating/cooling that […] let so much cold air come when off and that was so loud when on. Devamı

The only thing I did not appreciate is when I eat breakfast the 1st morning and the some of the food was passed is due date. Taking a yogourt and it's written on top December 6th when it's December 15th, you wonder what else was passed is selling date. You should really consider.

My girlfriend and I wanted a hotel for the Patriots game. I procrastinated on getting the one at patriot place, so I quickly got a room for two here. It was located in a perfect location especially if you're going to to a game at Gillette Stadium 10-15 minute drive. The staff and bartender (George) was so respectful and helpful. The rooms were big and clean, with the swimming pool just a few walking steps away, the laundry room was very conveniently located. This hotel is perfect if going to the Pats Game nearby. Nice location. Quite. Rooms are kinda small and so are the bathrooms, but other than that nice. Service was quick with any problems. Hotel does let you know of a shuttle to the game that they don't run. Shuttle is super for going but expect a wait on the return. We will be staying here again if […] coming up to another game. If you are going to a Pats game, this place is fantastic. Traffic in and out of stadium is dreadful. 2-3 hours to go 7 kilometers. This hotel has shuttles going to and from stadium every half hour. They only pic up guests from the hotel and they have access to roads blocked off that will get you to and from stadium in 10 minutes (although they have […] to drop you off at game a 10 minute walk away from stadium). The staff were awsome & treated us very well. They were helpful with directions & shuttle info for the Monday night Football game. The cleaning service was fantastic & George in the lounge was a great person who treated his customers very well. Well done to all the staff at the Holiday Inn Mansfield!

I am upset because we went to this hotel for heated pool an a problem with it while there. Suppose to be fixed first day not done entire stay. So basically a wasted trip an these are not cheap prices to stay an not swim. Hotel an food an staff excellent otherwise.

We just stayed one night following a Patriots game. Had a late supper in the restaurant there. The menu was varied and all our meals were very good. The front desk staff and wait staff in the restaurant were very friendly and we got good service. The beds were comfortable although a little soft for our taste. Hotel is great, I love the breakfast buffet that is served daily and on Sundays the brunch is great. Tthe Pikes Peak Steakhouse is a wonderful place if you do not want to leave the hotel. Although there is several food restaurants nearby. The indoor pool is great, altough it can get very busy in the winter months but its a great location. Everytime […] I stay there is always a function in the ballrooms so its always noisy and busy but by midnight the quiet arrives. If you have a room by the pool don't expect to stay quiet once the hours of the pool open, but its still a great place to say!! Just minutes from 2 major supermarkets so if you just want to plan a getaway for the weekend you can bring snacks and stay in at the pool and eat at the restaurants and never have to leave until you are ready! The hotel was further than expected due to the one-way traffic after the football game. The tavern closes TOO EARLY when its 2 and 3/4 hours to go 6 miles!!

Had a great time. Such a convenient hotel to the sights. We drove up Cape Cod, spent a day in Boston and went to the New England Patriots vs Broncos game. It was nice to take the shuttle to the game--didn't have to deal with parking.

I was given a smoking room, and it was clear i should have been giving a non smoking room because of the children I was with..the hallways smelled of smoje and filled with animal hair.

The condition of the hotel and room were fine. However, when I checked in at 5:45 pm (check in was available at 3pm) I was told that my room would not be ready for quite some time. I had a wedding to get ready for and had planned to check in, get changed and leave the hotel by 6:45. I was told my room wouldn't be ready by then and that I could change […] in the restroom in the lobby. No solution was offered because the hotel was overbooked. Luckily 20 minutes later when I once again complained that there was nothing they could for me, they were able to give me a different room and I was able to get ready for my event. Very nice lay out that is quite well kept. Nice place that I would gladly stay at again. Pay the $10 for breakfast there as it is very good.

I was satisfied with my room and the service, until I got charged for the hotel after I booked it through hotels.com and the gentleman at the counter said I was all set. The hotel did however take care of it right away and I appreciated that very much!

Hotel was close to Comcast Center. Really liked the restaurant & bar area. Staff was friendly. Morning buffet was really good and fresh.

The hotel had plenty of space in the room, nice pool and hot tub. Staff was super friendly and accomodating. It was a bit farther away from Gillette Stadium than we had wanted, and there weren't any other options within walking distance for food besides the restaurant at the hotel. Overall, was decent, and would stay there again.
