The hotel is tired and needs returning. They messed up the booking by having a double bed instead of a twin. If the room isn't cheap I'd stay somewhere else.

hotel staff very nice even their english wasn't so great. Breakfast was good. The room overall was quite basic.

We needed a room for 4 and unlike most French hotels, this one was able to accommodate us. They provided us with a large clean room and added two extra twin beds for the children. The bathroom was clean and very large (actually bigger than many 3-star rooms I have stayed at)! Beakfast was included and, while it was not elaborate, it was quite adequate. […] The location is very near the center where most restaurants and shopping is located. Friendly and helpful staff. Firstly the positives. The Quality Hotel is central, easily accessible, our room was quiet and spacious and perfect for travellers with 2 small children. The kids were both on put-me-up style beds, but they both said they were comfortable. The room was clean, it had a HUGE bathroom (it doubled as a family/disabled room, I think). As far as a city-visitor […] location, you couldn't get any better: right in the centre near all the restaurants and bars and 5 minutes' walk from the cathedral. Breakfast was included in our deal, and there was a good selection of continental style fare on a self-serve buffet arrangement. Perfect for us, as we have very hungry (greedy?!) kids. Not so good: There were two or three huge rolls of carpet lying in the lobby on our way to the room - they were there for the whole of the three days we were, there was a wire hanging down above us in the dining room, one of our bedside lamps didn't have a light bulb and the curtain in our room needed to be re-hooked to the rails. Basically, it was a bit shabby round the edges, but nothing that couldn't be fixed by a competent caretaker/handyman and certainly nothing that detracted greatly from an otherwise pleasant stay. The location is very good - easy walk to the train station, dozens of restaurants within a few blocks, and views of the cathedral from some rooms. The wi-fi signal was good and did not give any problems with connections or security. There is nothing else to recommend the hotel, though, and a lot to discourage guests from returning. Most rooms are very […] small, even by European standards. All are worn and in need of significant repair and updating. One member of our party had to be moved to a new room twice due to inoperable equipment or plumbing, bad smells, and general cleanliness problems. Air conditioning (important for most summer trips, as there is no air-flow ventilation in the rooms, although the single window does open) was unreliable, frequently stopping entirely during the night so that comfortable temperatures at bed time were uncomfortably warm within a few hours. Many small problems (broken soap dispensers, sagging floors, poorly arranged closets where one cannot open the door enough to get into one side) indicate a general lack of concern with repair and maintenance. Plumbing fixtures all had some unidentified and unremovable stain. The breakfast is ridiculously overpriced for what is offered, even if it was included in the room rate as ours was. One morning, the breakfast items were almost completely depleted - cereal containers empty, no cold cuts or cheeses, two pieces of bread - and all except two tables were filled with trash and dirty dishes from previous guests, even though the room was unoccupied when we arrived. We had to go ask the front desk clerk to find us plates and coffee cups, as none were available. This hotel is well below the standards of cleanliness and upkeep for Quality Hotels. There are other options in the local area that are slightly to significantly more expensive, but the savings are not worth it. Do not stay at this hotel. Devamı

The location of this hotel is great, but that's about it. Despite making a parking reservation (& contacting the hotel to double check) there wasn't a parking space for us when we arrived so we were advised to park in the middle of the car park and then got woken by reception at 7am asking us to move the car. There was also some party going on outside/next […] door to the hotel and the music went on all night. The beds are also very uncomfortable so all-in-all it wasn't a great nights sleep. Breakfast was also a bit shoddy: tables weren't cleared and we kept having to ask for things (teaspoons, coffee, etc). Small, convenient hotel. Nothing posh or fancy but comfortable and clean.

Inexpensive, clean, comfortable but small rooms. Fine for an overnight stop. Save money on breakfast by going to one of the many nearby cafes. Secure public parking 100 metres away.

The hotel room was clean, big, and very nice. The location is wonderful. The only problem was that we were not informed that the breakfast was not included, even though the staff never took our room number or name during breakfast hours (people came and went as they pleased) - the atmosphere seemed to exude that breakfast was included. petite chambre ,très peu de chaines tv mais confortable et bien décorée.petit déjeuné copieux, personnel sympathique et a l'écoute.

Chambre très mal isolé pas de double vitrage, très peu de chauffage, pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain bref un hotel que je ne recommande pas.

Das Hotel liegt im Innenstadtbereich, die wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Negativ war das Bad mit verschimmeltem Duschvorhang und defekter Heizung. Obwohl der Preis mit Frühstück angezeigt wird, musste das Frühstück pro Person noch einmal extra bezahlt werden.

L’hôtel est bien située, en hyper centre près de tous les commerces et les restaurants/bars. Le tarif négocié du site reste cher par rapport aux prestations de l’hôtel qui se dit 3 étoiles ! Tout le premier étage est mal isolé et très mal chauffé, avec un seul chauffage réglé au minimum pour toute la chambre. Le sèche-cheveux (avec minuteur) dans la […] salle de bain nous a permis de chauffer davantage la chambre... La seule et unique solution que l'hôtel nous a proposé a été une couverture en plus... Mais hors du lit nous n'avions pas prévu de conserver pulls, manteaux et écharpe dans la chambre ! Il manquait une ampoule à une des deux lampes de chevet, la chambre n'était donc pas très lumineuse. Pour le petit déjeuner, il ne faut pas arriver trop tard puisque tout n'est pas ravitaillé ou même réchauffé. Au moment du départ, alors qu'aucune solution pour les différents problèmes ne nous avait été proposée et qu'aucun "geste commercial" n'était possible puisque nous avions déjà payé via le site, il nous a été demandé la taxe de séjour... Ne pouvait-il pas faire au moins cet effort ? En bref, je ne le recommande pas ! Devamı

l'hôtel qualité ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles: la chambre, bien que correcte est vétuste, et très petite le descriptif indique la présence d'un fer à repasser dans la chambre: invisible... par ailleurs la reception n'avait "pas vu" notre demande d'une chambre standard avec 2 lits simples et les chambres ne sont disponibles qu'à partir de 15h et non […] midi comme indiqué sur le site Devamı

chambre au mobilier vétuste, éclairage très faible( quasiment impossible de lire au lit ) mauvaise odeur dans la chambre( renfermé )pas de verre a dents ni de savon dans la salle de bains, boite de kleenex où il reste 1 seul kleenex,sinon acccueil aimable et bonne situation par rapport au centre ville et au palais des congrès .

Si j'avais tenu compte des avis sur les forums je n'aurais pas réservé j'ai été agréablement surprise de trouver les chambres très propres avec un confort digne des 3 étoiles

Chambre étriquée, salle de bain mal aérée avec traces de moisissures, qualité du petit déjeuner moyenne. Un 3 étoiles? Deux tout au plus...

Hätten wir das Zimmer nicht schonvorab bezahlt, wären wir sofort in ein anderes Hotel. Das Zimmer machte einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Das Fenster war nicht dicht. Der Duschkopf im Bad war stark verkalkt, das Wasser spritzte nach allen Richtungen.Die Handtücher waren grau, nicht weiß. Die Toilette roch stark nach Urin. Beim Frühstück konnte man sich zwar […] Eier kochen, aber es fehlten Eierbecher und Eierlöffel. Anstelle von Baguette gab es, und das in Frankreich, leider Gummisemmeln. Wir waren 3 Wochen auf einer Rundreise in Frankreich, aber ein solch schlecht geführtes Haus haben wir, gottlob, nie mehr vorgefunden. Devamı

Wir waren mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht zufrieden. Zuerst wurden wir unfreundlich in Empfang genommen. Das Hotelzimmer - insbesondere die Sanitäranlagen sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das Morgenessen war gut.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Chambre disponible à partir de 15 heures (et non midi comme indiqué sur le site) Personnel souriant, serviable ; pourrait être plus nombreux pour le service du petit déjeuner et la remise en état des tables, surtout en cas d'affluence prévisible.

Accueil très décevant : les chambres ne sont dispo qu'à 15h au lieu de midi et de retour donc après 15h... plus de chambres dispo malgré la réservation et redirigés vers un autre hôtel bien inférieur, moins bien placé mais surtout extrêment SALE... N'ayant accepté ce nouvel hôtel, miraculeusement une chambre était libre à l'hôtel initialement réservé. Dommage […] pour le petit déjeuner qui aurait pu être parfait s'il n'avait pas manqué d'un peu de tout et surtout si le personnel avait été enjoué de l'agrémenter. Dommage aussi pour la clim chaude (!) et la soirée au resto de l'hôtel juste dessous bien bien bruyante jusqu'à 3h du matin... Y'a des jours comme çà... dommage dommage ! Devamı

Ideal pour un arrêt d'une nuit, très bien situé, chambre suffisament spacieuse avec un enfant, prix correct avec le petit-dejeuner incus. Pas de mauvaise surprise.

juste une chose moquette sale par la vieuture : mettre du parquet flottant a la place, par exemple , sinon le reste et correcte .merci a bientôt . ps: Tarif petit déjeuner un poil enlever .
