Checkin was great until we got to our room! 1st set of keys didn't work. Go back down to the front desk and got new keys. 2nd set of keys don't work! Go back down stairs and was given a Staff Key and asked to please not use it on anyone elses room. The Staff Key gets us in the door FINALLY! Its now almost 10pm. Then at 7am there's a knock on the door […] from the manager demanding the key back. Like I was the one who asked for it?! Not very professional. Devamı

I was overall very pleased with the hotel. The place was clean, the room spacious, and very conveniently located for the business I had in town. My only complaint would be that the heater didn't work very well, and it was a cold night. But, that said, I would stay there again without hesitation.

Tis hotle was confortable and offered many features for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel needs upgrading as the room had old wallpaper and old features.

It is a very good hotel for it's cost. In other word, neat, convenient, and cheap

Very comfortable room and responsive at front desk. Only frustration was that the internet connection was down for about 24 hours. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had lots of options. Big plus was availabilty of coffee and fresh baked cookies all day. Conveniently located. A bit more highway noise than desirable.

We stayed for three nights. Each one of the staff was very nice and friendly. Very clean hotel. Breakfast each morning was great! Indoor pool was a plus. It was raining outside and we still went swimming!! Would stay again and recommend this hotel.

This hotel by far isn't the most expensive I've stay in but it sure does beat some of them. The hotel staff was pleasant and courtesy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The indoor pool/spa was clean. The fitness room was great. I would most diffidently stay here again when in the area. The pictures shown are spot on. It was a nice enough experience at this hotel that we would stay here again. The hotel is hidden away in a quiet business area near the freeway. Our non-smoking room was nice but smelled like a smoking room. We all loved the heated pool with its nice warm water--perfect for the kids. It was worth it to stay here for the indoor pool. The hotel is tucked back in an business area. The property is clean, starting to show a little age. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I received an upgrade when I asked about why there was no refrigerator in my room; evidently I missed that only suites have that feature. Breakfast was ok; the normal offerings. They didn't have flavored coffee […] creamers, which is important to me. The free WiFi worked well, Free HBO, the indoor pool area looked clean, although I did not use it. Overall, it was a good deal and met my needs for a business stay. Devamı

The hotel itself is a little bit dated, but the amenities more than make up for it. The free breakfast had extra items that I particularly enjoyed, there was a use and return library, free granola bars and cookies, 24hr coffee and tea, free parking, free wifi, and free computer acces/printing. Convenient location. Would stay again.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I liked staying there and the staff was great. Only complaint was the day I was checking out the room key stopped working. Hotel staff had a difficult time with their's too. Very inconvenient.

The staff gave us a free upgrade to a room with three beds. The breakfast was fabulous with waffles, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and sausage. The pool was warm and inviting. Nice large room and comfortable beds. A few stains on the carpet but I know they can't shampoo them after every guest. A real value-I would certainly recommend this motel.

Great hotel. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Close to 2 malls and only about an hour outside of the Sequioa National Forest. Would stay there again if I ever visit the Fresno area in the future.

Courteous staff, comfy room. Conveniently close to freeway, yet quiet. Only drawback was no refrigerator in room. Was told only the suites had them.

I have a great experience here. The manager was extremely helpful and pleasant, the indoor pool was excellent. Breakfast was great. Facilities were clean and in good order. Price was great. I would defiantly recommend this hotel, and return myself.

Outstanding staff. Much better than most breakfasts. To say nothing about the fresh baked cookies. Will be staying here on future trips!

Me, my wife and my mother-in-law and my 4 year old son stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel building is certainly not a 5 star but I would say the staff were 5 star: - "Ben" (front desk) at the check-in was very friendly did the check in very quickly and offered to give me suggestions about the city and attractions in there. - ""Kris" (front […] desk) was awesome! He did everything he could when I had problems with accessing wireless internet: >>he tried to fix it on my laptop himself>>then he called the ATT help line (ATT representative's final diagnosis was that my laptop is broken needs to be fixed!!!!) >>after not much from the help line he came up with another solution: lending me an external set to get connected ; problem solved; I was happy! - "Ben" (front desk); when I called him asked for extra blankets he did not wait for anybody else he brought the extra blankets to the room immediately:-) Hotel building is old but warm and charming; rooms have huge windows with thick curtains so the room could be very bright (if you want it so during the day) or very dark (again if you want it so during the day). first time in fresno, and the location of the hotel was near all major malls and restruants. easy to get around. the weather this year was a little chilly so the indoor pool was really nice place to spend the evening after enjoying the area. over all my time spent in fresno was great, and the hotel played a major role in that... thank you!

Got off work in LA around 5pm, got my stuff, and hit the road. Stopped at Harris Ranch for a great steak. By the time I got to Fresno, I was tired and it was too dark and wet to deal with the drive into the Yosemite Valley. Spent the night at the Country Inn in Fresno. It's right off the 41 & and the 99, so I didn't waste any time or gas driving to […] it. The room was clean and quiet. The bed nice and comfy. The rate very reasonable. The complimentary breakfast buffet was the perfect way to start the next day. I was on the freeway a few minutes later, and enjoying Yosemite before long. I'll probably stay there next time I go to Yosemite. Devamı

good quality of breakfast items - variety changed every day. nice room, good bed, pillows too soft for my taste but that is highly subjective.

Nice breakfast, good price for the room. The only problem I had was that the heater was a bit noisy at times. Not steady, just would squeal occasionally. I turned it to a lower volume and that took care of the problem. Complimentary fruit, coffee and cookies in the lobby at all times.

Just a really good deal for the room/amenities. But it was the staff who made this stay quite excellent. Very helpful with problems of next door neighbor hotel's noise and more than willing to accommodate guests with that problem. I bit awkward to get to from the highway, but not as bad as some have written and certainly not so bad to make it less than […] a "4" for convenience of location. I would gladly stay there again. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. They offered coffee, cookies and breakfast everyday which good for getting your day started. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel were businesses and the hospital. We felt safe working up the street to the Target that was near by and the Boston Market Restaurant. The staff were always helpful and very courteous. […] Corey was great! My room was very nice with a king size bed, sofa, microwave and refrigerator. It was really a nice room. I've stayed in a lot of places during my time with the military. The hotel is nice and quiet. I would recommend it to anyone. I plan to stay again in the future as well. Devamı

The breakfast set up was great and the people who work at this hotel are very pleasant.

For the money we were disappointed. The room is small and without m/w or frig. The airconditioner was loud and our choice was off of full blast. We will make a better choice next time.

We were positively surprised by what we found in fresno's Country Inn. Realy nice room, clean (and we're Swiss!) and everything worked fine.

Enjoyed stay, breakfast and swim pool. Kids had a great time. Also liked having free wifi.

Not knowing what we'd get in Fresno, we were pleasantly surprised by all aspects of the property. First, the young lady checking us in (Jessica) was excellent - friendly, helpful, informative. She's just who you want at the front desk of a hotel. Rooms were nice, breakfast was delicious and all went well. Better than anticipated. Thanks!

This was very reasonable for the price paid per night.

very spacious room and bathroom, friendly staff. Our sofabed was broken, the housekeeper fixed it immediately. Good location to Nationalparks. Loved the factory outlet in Tulare which is only half an hour away.

The hotel was close to the highway exit and convenient to stores we needed to stop in to get things for our trip to Yosemite. The front desk was very helpful in pointing stores close by and all the hotel features included in our stay. We really appreciated the pool and the complementary breakfast.

This hotel was great. I would stay here again in the future. The free, breakfast menu was typical but the quality of the food was better than most. The staff was friendly and accomodating, my room was clean. Location of the hotel was close to the 99, right next to the 41 and 180, easy to get to. Great price for a clean comfortable room.

Jennifer at the front desk is a wonderful employee, and an assest to the company. She excells at customer service. The room was wonderful. It was clean and comfortable.

Clean, close to freeway, restaurants nearby. Adequate breakfast. Shopped at nearby grocery store before heading to Yosemite. Pool color was a little green but with temps in high 90's, probably hard to keep up.
