We had arranged for a late check-in as we were visiting/working in the area. Arrived in early evening, had dinner and returned exhausted to our room. Lights out at 8:30 p.m. and sleeping soundly when the fire alarm klaxons rousted us about 10:30 p.m. No ignoring those, so we found ourselves in the parking lot with all the other guests for about 15 minutes. […] Apparently, another guest was smoking in their room (which was reported previously). However, the hotel never offered an explanation or apology for the disruption. "Top shelf"
Great room, nice pool etc. First rate all around. Only one small complaint for house keeping-several cigarette butts on the balcony.
"There are simply better places for similar prices"
This isn't a BAD hotel -- it just isn't a great one either. For a 3-star hotel, I expected better. Employees were very polite at both the front desk and the breakfast buffet area. However, the hotel itself just feels a bit run-down. Our room had water leak stains on the ceiling (and this was on the 2nd floor of 3, so the water at some point had to come […] from the room above, not from a ceiling leak, which is a little scary or gross to think about). There are many hotels along this same strip of road that are priced around the same rates or even cheaper in many cases. With that many options, there are simply better choices than this one. Devamı
"Wonderful experience!"
Checkin was a breeze. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our housekeeper made cute fans with our towels, cleaned everything immaculately and even left chocolates on our pillows. The pool was open 24 hours, which was so nice and I don't think I have ever seen that at a hotel before. The hot tub was the only let down. The ejts didn't really work. […] The gym was clean, had wipes, tv and water available. We thought our room was supposed to have a fridge and asked at the front. They sent one up to our room within 10 minutes. We travel a lot and this was a better experience than we have had at hotels 3 times the price. We didn't try the buffet, but they also had coffee, cookies and hot cocoa available in the lobby for free. Great weekend! Devamı
"bad towels"
I have stayed here many times in the past and it is always a fine choice, but this time the towels in both our room and the workout room were like sandpaper. Time for some replacements!
"GOOD HOTEL OK LOCATION"
This is a good hotel if you want to stay close to the Airport in Grand Rapids. Good internet service. Breakfast is good and price is good
