Nh Podium - Barselona

Location was very good for most attractions. Hotel near perfect if it wasn't for the bin vans coming early mornings. Also our beds were on wheels, which meant that sitting up reading in bed was difficult as we ended up in the middle of the room. But would chose hotel again!!

Great price and a great hotel. Location is perfect, close by two metro stops, walking distance to Las Ramblas. Really good deal.

The NH Poduim is set in a quiet location only a 10 min walk from all the action. A modern and stylish hotel with rooms that compliment the style but they are still practical and spacious. The hotel has a fantastic roof terrace and pool if you can squeeze in time to rest! The hotel room was nice, and the location is pretty convenient. Close to the metro and walking distance to Plaza Catalunya (12-15 minute walk). However, the service really lacks. Front desk was not friendly, and we were ignored every time we walked into the hotel. No one to greet you or make you feel welcome. loved it. only complaint is the high cost of internet and that our double bed was literally two beds put together- this is something i've experience elsewhere, but these beds were too mobile, sliding around, even when I was just sitting leaning against the headboard working on my laptop. A little annoying. reasonable service/friendliness.

Great room; great views from our balcony. The rooftop pool and lounge area was beautiful and since it was February we opted not to swim but rather to hang out with some jamon,wine and cheese. The good life in Barcelona! Nh Podium is a great value in a great location.

Our standard hotel double-room had good space, was clean and smelled well. The window was good in keeping the noise from the street out. The quarter was quite calm, but when the window was open it were quite noisy. The individually regulated aircondition allowed the window to be closed during the night here in november. That was fine. The safetybox […] in the room was good. We were glad to sit in the sun and in the evenings at the roof terrace. Free WIFI was only avayable in the lounge, and only for half an hour. The speed was low. That could be better. Breakfast was expensive in the hotel, but there were many cafe'es very near, and they were OK. The hotel was placed 10 min walk from the old streets in the centre, and it was good to go a little bit away from the croud, when we got tired. Everything seemed to be safe. The only negative thing, we kan say, is that we had to pay the totel amount, at the time we reservated the hotel. And we could not get anything refunded, if we had to change our plans. The hotel is in a good location, a five minute walk to several key sites. The facilities were of a high standard and the pool and spa facilities were good. The staff were welcoming and generally helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good catering for a wide range of tastes - hot or cold, savoury or sweet. It is a cool hotel with great pool/deck. Rooms are really contemporary and fun. The only negative was the cost of 24 hour internet service. It was 15 Euros! They give you 30 minutes free in the lobby, but if you are doing business that isn't enough.

we stayed 4 nights in June. The hotel is a real 4* hotel: clean, functional and pleasant to stay. The location is good, though not excellent. It's about 10 minutes walk from the Placa de Catalunya. There's a metro station 2 minutes walk from the hotel. We didn't take the hotel breakfast, but there were enough options for breakfast outside the hotel. We had no idea of what area to stay in, when we were booking our accomodation in Barcelona. Finally, we booked this hotel because it seemed central and reasonably priced. As it turned out it was perfectly located. 10 min walk from Plaza Catalunya, 20 min walk from Barceloneta beach, 10 min walk from Born reastaurant area. The reception at the hotel […] was excellent. The size of the room excellent with a huge bathroom. Everything was perfectly clean however there were tiny holes in the bed cover - not really a problem for comfort. When in the bathroom it was possible to hear people in the hall or next room but when in the bedroom where it was more important, we could hear nothing. The pool area is lovely and great at the end of a day walking around the city. Bar is not constantly manned and it is necessary to call reception - but this is fine too. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great location that's close to La Rambla and the beach but far enough away so you don't get the crowds. Would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay there again. Very clean and spacious rooms! Plus very helpful staff.

Very nice hotel 15 min walk to Placa de Catalunya, near to all amenities. Professional staff, friendly and very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Only minus points: matras was to springy, pillows uncomfortable. Our room had little steps going down to beds with unstable railings, which can be highly dangerous at night in dark when you want […] to go to bathroom. Very nice rooms, friendly welcome, and good location make this a hotel worth visiting. The rooftop pool is also a great addition, and worth visiting for a dip to cool off after some sight-seeing or shopping.

NH Podium was a wonderful place to stay in a quieter area 5-10 mins walking to Placa Cataluna. It was easy to find from the Aerobus, and I felt centrally located during my entire stay. The room was large, with a entry foyer, and separate bedroom /w door. The facilities were clean, and toiletries were fully re-stocked daily. The NH staff all spoke […] fluent English and were ready to help. I got dining advice, directions, a taxi, and assistance with printing my boarding pass. Excellent service at a great rate. I had a great experience at the NH Podium hotel. I was able to walk to Las Ramblas, the beach and the Port Olimpic. The rooftop deck and pool was very clean and relaxing.

The hotel was satisfactory for my wife and I, although friends who also booked at the hotel at the same time had major problems with their room's temperature. It was very warm (the AC was not working) and the hotel could not correct that. They therefore had 2 very uncomfortable nights (keeping the windows for ventilation open resulted in considerable […] street noise overnight). Also, we were all concerned in that the individual rooms did not have fire sprinklers. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was excellent (10 minutes walk to main Catalunya plaza). Devamı

Tanto por el precio, situación, y calidad del hotel. Totalmente recomendable

Vi følte hotellet lå greit til både for severdigheter og shopping. Det var fine rom og godt renhold. Frokosten var av de bedre jeg har fått på reise. Uteområdet på taket med basseng mm sjekket vi ikke ut da vi var der i slutten av mars. Det eneste jeg har å utsette noe på er manglende informasjon. Vi skulle reise søndag etter at man stilte klokken til […] sommertid. Det var ingen påminnelse om dette noe sted. Det ble heller ikke informert om at det var Maraton i sentrum den søndagen og nesten umulig å få drosje og å komme seg tl flyplassen, men det gikk heldigvis greit!! Forøvrig var Barcelona en flott by med mange muligheter både i fht shopping og severdigheter, men pass godt på eiendelene dine! Devamı

vi er godt fornøyd med oppholdet her! sentralt beliggende og god service. innbydende takterrasse med bar og et lite, men forfriskende basseng. mye å se i gangavstand fra hotellet. fine restauranter og koselige bakgater i nærheten. vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Tilgang på wi-fi er dyrt, men slik er det sikkert på mange hotell i Sør-Europa. Synes det skulle vært gratis på 4-stjerners hotell i dag. I tillegg tror jeg ikke aircondition virket så bra på vårt rom. Beliggenheten er flott, med kort vei til t-bane, placa catalunya og strøket Born med sine mange spennende barer og restauranter. Bra läge, rent och fint. Basängen uppe på taket är kanon, bra utsikt. Engelskpratande receptionister. Det enda vi var mindre nöjda med var balkongen som var väldigt liten, fick inte ens plats med en stol.

Dejligt hotel, meget centralt i Barcelona - man kan sagtens gå til både Rambla og strand. Det ikke nødvendigt at købe metro kort ihvertfald. Lækker pool på taget, måske lige i underkanten med solsenge. Fine værelser, dog lidt ærgeligt de ikke har altan. Alt i alt godt og fint hotel.

kan kun sige om dette hotel at det er surt der ikke var billigt/gratis wi fi. Det var en god bar og pool de havde på taget. Vi var god tilfredse med størrelsen på værelset. roligt kvarter og god stemning :) vi kommer tilbage

Το βασικότερο απ' όλα ήταν η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου. Κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα και τις πλατείες, δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια απo Rambla,άμεση πρόσβαση στο μετρό σε δύο διαφορετικούς σταθμούς, ήσυχη περιοχή χωρίς να φοβάσαι να κυκλοφορήσεις αργά τη νύχτα. For fjerde gang hadde jeg nå et opphold på NH Podium i Barcelona. Barcelona er en by der du får alt - solferie, kultur og storbyferie i ett. NH Podium ligger også i gangavstand fra det meste, lokalisert i gata Bailen 4. Like ved Arc de Triumph, Zoo og flotte parkanlegg. En rolig del av storbyen. En liten spasertur til Rambla eller til sjøen, og synes […] du det er for langt er det flere Metro-stasjoner like ved. Podium har fine og moderne rom, en svært god frokost, god service , fitness-romog ikke minst en attraktiv og flott takterasse med liggestoler og badebasseng. Et veldig godt utgangspunkt for en vellykket storbyferie. Det ble det denne gangen også :-) Devamı

Ett rent och fint hotel med otrevlig personal som saknade all form av servicekänsla, med undantag för städpersonalen.

Dans l'ensemble bien, mais ça ne veut pas un 4 étoile. L’accueil et bon personnel sympa et parle plusieurs langue donc le français. La chambre assez grande et pas trop de nuisance dans le cartier, sauf le bruit des clients qui rentrent dan leur chambre. L'état de la salle de bain laisse à désirer, les linges de bain ne sont pas changés tous les jours. Dans […] la salle de sport certain appareilles sont rouiller et pas en état de marche. L’hôtel est bien situer pour visiter les principales attractions, a 30 secondes de l’arc de triomphe, 5 minutes du port de Barcelone et 10 minutes des Rambla à pied. A Trois arrêts de la Sagra Familia en métro et 4 du parc Gaudi. Devamı

La ubicación del hotel, me patrece perfecta, ya que está cerca de la zona comercial y turistica, pero con el atractivo de la tranquilidad, ya que el paso de vehiculos y gente es reducido. Las habitaciones son comodas y espaciosas, ya que el baño y el vestidor se encuentran en otro cuarto. Es una alternativa muy recomendable.
