We had to change rooms three times, because the first room there was no Wi-Fi. The second room we were given the key and open a room that was occupied and the third room the chair smelled like urine and the bathroom door would not close past the toilet, so there was no privacy while using the bathroom. We definitely will not stay there again!

Our overall stay was okay. We checked in on a Saturday & checked out on a Tuesday. Our first night was a little scary! We drove into the parking lot at around 11pm & there seemed to be a couple of parties going on in a few of the rooms. Youngsters were hanging out in the parking lot in crowds. We had to park far from our room due to the parking lot […] being full of cars & people. It was a little uncomfortable having to walk across the parking lot with our 3 & 8 year olds while all that commotion was going on. The room didn't live up to the up-scale impression given by the front and lobby, though it was adequate. We were disappointed that there was no mini-fridge or microwave in the room, amenities we've had at motels with lower rates. There was some loud, late night partying around us, but most of the guests we saw the next morning were business travelers […] and families, so who knows? Stayed 1 night. Apparently in the ENTIRE hotel there were not any extra blankets. Continental breakfast was late, there wasn't enough food for all the guest that showed up to eat, waited 20 minutes for under cooked bacon. I arrived a little early approximately one o'clock and there was no one at the front desk. When i rang the bell after waiting several minutes a few more minutes passed and a young Asian woman came out front and said " you are to early to check in come back in a hour or so". I felt i was putting her out of the way to say something nice like we are still […] cleaning the rooms but i can check you in and have a decent attitude while she did it. the breakfast on Saturday morning was fine but he remaining two days was lacking. they had a sign stating that the bar would be open at 5 and it was only open one day. Stayed one night. Room was clean, bathrooms were fine. Close to Sunvally mall and few other shopping/restaurants. Pool looked ok (didn't use it). Had a good view of Mt. Diablo from my room. On the other hand, Wi-Fi was so/so, didn't seem so strong. Slow at times, but its free. Also, no dvd player. Maybe 30-35 cable channels. Overall, I'd make a short […] stay there again for the price. Last time I had issues with the service staff and the cleanliness of this place and it has gotten a lot better. The employees were really nice and helped me since I had a really angry crying little baby in my hand. The hall ways were a lot cleaner and the room was excellent. It was clean, comfortable, with plenty of towels, and the shower was clean. […] The only thing I would suggest is updating their AC in the room. They're are incapable of heating or cooling a room. We were very pleased with our experience. The only reason we gave a 4 rather than a 5 is the internet service is extremely slow.

This hotel was supposed to be a 'non-smoking' facility, but my room was clearly occupied by smokers in the past. Other areas for improvement include getting more reliable and faster wi-fi. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean (however, I did not receive maid service for my 2 night stay). All in all, the room was a good value for the price […] I paid. Devamı

I had a great stay the front desk staff was awesome and very friendly. When I got to my room it was very clean and the pillows and bedding were very comfortable it felt like sleeping in a cloud. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone:)

I work in the area but live over 100 miles away. This hotel is convienant to everything and has a nice comfortable bed after a long day of work.

The entrance an lobby are beautiful but that where it begins and ends. Once you make your way down the hall to your room it becomes more of a motel 6. The elevators were dirty, the hall carpets were filthy. The room was your typical room but no refrigerator. Strange? All in all. $60 a night gets you what you pay for. The hallways and elevators were very dirty! this is the first time in quite a while that I felt somewhat unsafe staying in a hotel. the business center was very nice and up-to-date, but the rest of the hotel needs to catch up.

I stayed for 6 nights over the xmas holidays, and only twice was my room cleaned. Once I asked the front desk and it was done. Another time when I left, the cleaning lady asked if my room needed cleaning when i left, and I said yes, but when I returned nothing was done. Breakfast is actually ok. The front of the building is nicer than the remaining […] building, which reminded me more of a motel from the outside. So, I was a bit disappointed. But the room was very nice and comfy. If price is your primary focus, this hotel will do nicely. It's changed hands a few times in the past several years, and each successive chain doesn't seem to concerned with upkeep. One of the elevators had a part scraping in the door, our room had some rather large and obvious stains on the carpet, the bathtub drain was plugged, etc. Housekeeping seemed […] too concerned with chatting between themselves and blocking hallways; the office/desk staff were more professional. The free breakfast was more than we expected (given the myriad other little things around the property). Pros: Great location (right near the freeway, near lots of things), plenty of parking, competitive price, quiet rooms. Cons: General run-down nature of the property. Devamı

It was very cold on the night when I visited. The room was exterior facing and unheated when I arrive. I turned the heater on, but it made little difference. When I woke in the morning, the room was still very chilly. Otherwise the hotel was nice for the price.

This is a clean, professional and politely staffed hotel. Great first impression and with great eye appeal and very clean. Unfortunately, it's in the details. Nice flat screen TV - but not HD and no movies or pay per view TV channels. No real amenities in room (perhaps to be reasonably expected at a Clarion) but coffee maker in room did not work (and, […] of course, not realized until morning when you want coffee)! Lovely room with polite staff for a free breakfast. Slim selection but there were two hot trays. Eggs were more dark brown than yellow; severly overcooked and looked more like river rocks than food. Next hot tray had sausage floating in at least 1/3" of oil. It was most unappetizing! I had taken (weak) coffee in a nice mug. However, seeing the foregoing.....I poured it into a "to go" cup and left quickly. I'm in the area every month and thought I'd give this seemingly new and lovely hotel a try. I won't be back. Devamı

Very clean. Very comfortable beds and 4 pillows each bed, 2 down and 2 alternate down material. Slept very well. Very quiet all night. No slamming doors in the morning. Heat was adjustable to your own confort level. Breakfast was eggs, hashbrowns, sausages, waffles, muffins, dry cereal, fruit and 4 juice choices, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Some portions of the hotel are new, such as the more internally located rooms. Others on the outside of the building are meagerly "updated" from what was likely an Econolodge at some point. There were white stains on my wobbly desk chair, caulking left on the bathroom floor from the freshly repaired toilet, and the top sheet of the bed only covered […] the pillowtop--leaving the mattress exposed. Nice lobby. I had a room facing the atrium like entrance to the hotel. Access to my room was gained via an open air breezeway. The photos featured on the website matched my room (which is always nice). However, the horrendous amount of scuff marks on the walls were off putting and detracted from the decor and feeling of cleanliness. I've seen neater […] hotel rooms for the price. Overall, the biggest irritant was the hold fee placed on my debit card. Its not mentioned on the website...so before booking I called to ascertain if the hotel adheres to this common practice . Apparently, I spoke to an ill advised employee, because I was told "no." However, upon arrival the hotel promptly placed a hold fee on my debit card (which lingers for 2-3) after checkout.
