Overall a good hotel. Very noisy floor the night I was there. Must have been a party of some kind

The room was very clean, very nicely decorated, nice location, friendly staff

The room was out dated and was not as shown in the picture. There was no wifi in the room. There was internet, but you had to plug in. Not useful when you travel with a tablet. I would concider this hotel in the future if it was priced right. For the room that I was given, I would say it was 2 1/2 stars.

Very pleasant stay with two friends and we visited other friends in Toronto and environs. ( We all finished high school together in Montreal 58 years ago; same group did this six years ago. ) Good location, very convenient dining facilities and comfortable rooms. We hope to do it again!

Stay was good - had some rowdy neighbors, but staff handled the situation well.

The Hotel was great, Location is Great, Neighborhood needs some serious attention from the city!

Good price for great location. Room was fine but the balcony door was very difficult to open.

My room that was origionally booked was given away to start with. That to begin my stay was a little shocking considering I booked it a week before. Then the room they moved me to had no wifi service, the handle on the balcony was falling off, there was no bar fridge like the previous room i was supposed to have, and last but not least I could barely […] breath in the room from the amount of dust floating around. Excellent room. Reasonable room rates. Great service from every member of the staff. Buffet breakfast much better than expected. Hotel lobby is always crowded, with hordes of teenagers and airline personnel standing around. The parking garage is dark and cramped. Take careful note of your parking space number or you will never find your car again. Lots […] of construction in the neighborhood makes it difficult to get around, whether by foot, car, or subway. This hotel is In a good location and we always stay there for all our weekend getaways, but the quality and cleanliness of the hotel has really declined in the last 12 months. We will never stay here again!

Didn't like that I had to wait an extra 1.5hr after check in time to check in. Wish check out was later, but non the less nice hotel! I'd stay again

The room I had was clean and quiet. I had plenty of space when I was there for the week for a seminar. Short walk to the Subway.

Decent Fitness room in an above average hotel. Great location for night life and shopping.

very good hotel

Great location for walking to several downtown destinations. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Also, the quality of the food in the Market Garden restaurant sketchy at best. Breakfast was great, other meals not so much.

The hotel was about a 20 minute walk from everything we wanted to do, or a short/cheap cab ride. The staff was very helpful with questions and directions.

I always stay here and was very disappointed this time. I wasn't asked to upgrade so I didn't really think about it...big mistake! Older room with really old T.V.,no view at all,very,very small,very,very dusty, and we were on the red side that made going to the adult pool and spa area quite difficult. The girl that checked us out didn't ask one thing […] about our stay,never made eye contact and couldn't have cared less about my comments. I love where the hotel is but I think I may have to find a new " favourite" hotel!! Devamı

Hotel was clean and comfortable, the service was good, and the food at Bistro was excellent. Only problem is the parking fee. Try to arrive there after 7:00 pm and you can park next door for 7 dollars if you leave by 7:00 am

This hotel has the most welcoming staff who go above and beyond.

MY stay at the Delta Chelsea was comfortable and convenient. Being close to both the Dundas and College subway stations was excellent. Staff were super.

I had stayed at the Delta Chelsea a few days prior. I was given a special hospital rate because that was the reason for my visit. When I came back a few days later I used Hotel.com and the rate was much better than the hospital rate and the room was better. I would use Hotel.com again, it was convenient, affordable and had many other hotels to choose […] from that were also very good rates. Devamı

Good stay. Very good meals in Market Garden Restaurant. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Was on course at Toronto General Hospital and I flew with Porter so location was excellent. The food in the Market restaurant provided many choices, was delicious and affordable. Would recommend the hotel to family and friends. Location is great for entertainment opprtunities, shopping and many restaurants

The hotel is really starting to show its age. The lobby and reception were quite nice, but once I got to my room the wallpaper was peeling, the tiles in the bathroom were chipped, the fan in the bathroom didn't work and the wall lamp looked as though it was starting to burn a hole in the ceiling. Although parking was horribly expensive and confusing […] to navigate the staff were friendly and informative. Overall this wasn't a bad place to stay, but I was expecting a higher level of quality from this hotel. Devamı

A great stay, very close to all sites of interest, many amenities

very convenient location to subway, shopping, restaurants and heart of Toronto.

Smooth and trouble free. Staff accidentally gave us side by side rooms rather than adjoining rooms, but fixed it right away.

The best thing about the hotel is the location and the pool. Unfortunately the water slide was not open during our stay, which disappointed our kids. Kind and helpful staff.
