We stayed at this hotel on a business trip. We ate with clients at all different types of places during the stay and the hotel's restaurant was as good, if not better, than any place else we ate. Definitely recommend!

The overall experience was great. The view is fantastic, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the service was impeccable. The only couple drawbacks are: - All the construction nearby makes some access routes difficult. - The toilet paper was a bit too rough for such a nice hotel.

Will use again.

I picked this hotel strictly for the spa. It was my wife's 30th birthday and she's been busting her hump at work and is a super mom and wife so she deserved a weekend of spa treatments and pampering. Our room was great. I opted for a Mandaly Suite so I could get a little work done at the desk. I only wish the desk was separated from the bedroom with […] a door so that my loud typing wasn't a distraction when my wife was lying in bed watching TV at night but she said it didn't bother her at all. The wifi is free but you have to sign up as a member (also free) which is no biggie. The hotel staff was super nice and very attentive. THE SPA WAS FANTASTIC! The Mokara Spa staff was amazing. They helped me put together a nice package for my wife and she beamed about how attentive they were and how relaxed she was during and after the treatment. It was just what she needed. The location of the hotel is in Irving and it's in a business district so there isn't any "nearby" shopping or nightlife. Great location if you're there for business or if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle (that's what we were after). There's this great little canal that surrounds the hotel and the surrounding community which is still under development and looks to be pretty nice once it's finished. We did take a light stroll and are very interested to see what other kinds of businesses pop up when it's all said and done. If you book this hotel you HAVE TO check out the little deli across the street Subs N Stuff Gourmet Deli. The owners were super nice and it really felt like a nice tight knit community. You could tell that everyone who frequents that place is a regular and the owners would greet the customers by name as they entered and ask them if they wanted their usual. Amazing. Very nice, Jennifer at the front desk was very gracious and helpful. the concierge desk assisted us in our destination information. The valet attendants were very professional and quick. The Trevi restaurant ws excellent; both at reakfast and dinner, very attentive. My only complaint ws the cost of the overnight valet charges, $18.00 per night. Other […] than that, all was wonderful. The staff is absolutely wonderful at the Omni Mandalay in Las Colinas. They went out of their way to make our stay outstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone and will likely stay there again. Nick at the front desk is great.

Definitely one of our favorites whenever we go to Dallas - beautiful area and the hotel is top-notch

Simply awesome! Everything was great! Wish the pool and hot tub were working and/or inside also for guests to use.

The Mandaley compares with the finest hotels anywhere. Allways satisfying above expectations. Treat yourself to a Mandelay suite for a great experience for a very reasonble cost.

My wife and I spent a long weekend in the Dal - Ft Worth area to shop and relax. This hotel was centrally located and convenient to area shopping and restaurants. The hotel dining was wonderful and a truly relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel.

What a wonderful stay we had at the Omni Mandalay. Even though there were several groups staying at the same time, we felt like we were the only ones there. The hotel maintains the same high standard it had when it first opened. One thing ... the restaurant downstairs is great!! We upgraded to a suite because it was only a few dollars more. It was well worn it. My wife asked for a mini-fridge and microwave, which the hotel delivered at no charge. They also offer free wi-fi to anyone who will join their rewards program. A first class hotel, by any standards

Close to everything. Nice and quiet accommodations. Friendly service. Expensive valet. Expensive food service buthere greatful they hadwere it. The food wasservice good andday the service lovely. Would stay again.

I stayed at the Omni Mandalay Hotel in Las Colinas with my family. We came for my cousins wedding in Irving-TX. The hotel was impeccable from the lobby to all the rooms. The beds in the room are very comfortable. The staff was always so prompt and ready to help. They always opened the car door for my mom and my sister when I dropped them off at the […] front and I loved that they had free parking. The room service was amazing. WE ALWAYS STAY AT THIS HOTEL WHEN VISITING THE AREA - VERY NICE - STAFF IS EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS, AND THE ROOMS ARE WONDERFULLY CLEAN AND NEAT. THE KING SUITE WAS AWESOME!

the service was amazing. we asked for a late check out because we had a doctor's appointment and they totally accommodated our request. If you are expecting a view then this hotel doesn't have a great view but then again you're in texas, what do you expect? LOL Our room view was highway construction. I am a regular customer at this hotel and absolutely love it. All of the staff is great especially the people working in the M Bar. Absolutely the best!

Great clean hotel very quiet!

The hotel was great and we enjoyed the obvious training the staff had been through. The only issue we had was the place "Treivis?" cost entirely to much for the type of place it was. Everything else was great.

Loved the staff and atmosphere. Relaxed by the pool the entire stay. The pool was a little smaller than expected but still very clean and enjoyable. I would visit again!

Everything about this hotel was nice. The staff was very helpful. Our room was immaculate, and the view from our window on the 27th floor was amazing. The bed was super comfortable. We ordered breakfast to be sent to our room the next morning and it was fantastic. My wife wanted to go to the gulf of Mexico and see the water and also visit our grandbaby. Since we couldn't do both We opted to see the grandbaby and stay at the Omni Mandarin which was built on a lake. We had a gorgeous view of the lake from our room and it was the best of both worlds.

This hotel is beautiful and perfectly maintained from top to bottom. and I got a great price from hotels.com. The rooms were really large and really nice. I had several kids with me, and the hotel staff had cookies, whole milk, and whole chocolate milk (I didn't know there was such a thing) on ice in the room when we came back for the evening. The service […] was impeccable. They respond to you by name when you call the concierge for anything, and they go out of the way to provide any information or service you require. I was able to park my own car free of charge and avoid the valet, but there was always someone to open the door for me. I only had two minor complaints. The pool was a little out of the way from the room. It involved two elevators, or a walk across the lobby. Also, if you park in the lower level there is no elevator to the lobby or your room. Not a big deal since I was able to find ample parking on the lobby level. I have paid more than twice the amount for hotels and not been as satisfied. (I've even paid 4x as much for a well known California hotel and not been as happy.) My son lives in Irving, and I will look forward to staying in this hotel again. Our recent stay at the Omni Mandalay was fabulous, but there were issues that made it less than perfect. The ice machine on the 9th floor did not work for the entire time we were there. I went to the 8th and 10th floors and ther were no working ice machines on either floor so we went to the desk and asked where we could get ice. They graciously agreed […] to send the bellman up to our room with ice and when he arrived, we generously tipped him. Each night we continued calling the desk requesting ice, and each time they sent a bellman, and each time he was generously tipped. On the last night of our stay, we called the conceirege and requested ice, but she told us that we would have to find it ourselves, that bellmen could not be used for this purpose. She was somewhat rude. The other issue was parking. The parking was almost full, and difficult to find a space. Guess I should have asked valet to park the car. We will definately be back, but suggest better maintenance be employed to correct the ice machine issue. We will definately be back. CB3 Devamı

First stayed here in the early 90s and it was the best hotel i had ever stayed in. This stay, June 24 and 25, 2011..... it still is the best hotel i have ever stayed in! Must have been in and out the lobby front door 20x, not once did i ever open the door. Upon arrival the parking garage was full.... no problem let us valet park your car at no charge. This hotel is very comfortable and the staff is fantastic. They made us feel like we were at home. the surrounding area is also beautiful. The only drawback is there are many closed business in the area. You really need to drive to get a good meal or any activities for that matter. Arrived at the hotel at 4:30 and was told our room was not ready - no apologies just excuses. This irritated me as I was exhausted from missing our flight and had initially asked for an early check-in. I took a room with a King bed instead of 2 doubles as requested. Other than the initial bad impression, I thought the hotel was beautiful and a great […] value as compared to The Four Seasons down the road which I have stayed at several times. Excellent spot to be when covering Dallas/Ft. Worth. I found myself always heading in the opposite direction of rush hour traffic. Loved the hotel and the comfort. My only complaint was the night I wanted room service they were swamped so I skipped it. Perhaps better staff planning was in order that evening.

I stay in The Omni every time I'm in Las Colinas. AWESOME hotel and service. I recommend it to everyone. What great staff and great food.
