Quality Inn and Suites - St. Louis

This hotel was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. We had a very enjoyable time. My kids loved the pool and also the the breakfast! I would highly recommened people to stay..

The hotel is located in a business area very convenient.The room did not.fulfill my expectations,thd pool was dirtg and the elevators smelled bad.

I stayed at this hotel approximately four years ago and at the time was very pleased with it, however, as I stated that was four years ago. While it is conveniently located this is about all it has going for it. My room was unclean the beds were extremely worn and very uncomfortable, the sink and tub was plugged and would not drain. The room temperature […] could not be regulated as the heater/furnace did not work well making it extremely uncomfortable in the room. Really noisy,dirty carpet and unfriendly staff,did not even say hello.

If I would have known this hotel was under construction I would have never stayed there. Parking was terrible. Ice and vending was only available on lobby and 8th floor yet there were signs posted at the elevators saying ice and vending machines were on the even numbered floors. My room had not been vacuumed well at all. And they were doing construction […] before 8am on a Saturday morning so much for sleeping in. Very dissappointed in the staff. We had 4 people in our room and when we called down to have someone bring us more towels and wash cloths they said that we could come down and get them. Our sheets were so old they kept popping off. When I approached the desk the next day asking the person at desk to please replace our sheets and leave more towels and […] wash cloths since there were 4 of us in the room she acted like it was a huge imposition. I am in customer service and to me good customer service can either make or break your business. The staff needs some major training issues on how to say thank you and how to handle small requests. When we asked about a shuttle to the casino, the staff gave us a card to call a taxi. Later we found that the hotel is supposed to offer shuttles. Don't know why they didn't offer. And they are doing construction work on the building and the noise was horrible on Sunday morning. Noise level was not good on a Sunday hangover morning.

The hotel was undergoing some upgrades, but this didn't prevent the employees from being very welcoming and professional. We had a suite and really appreciated the privacy that was offered - and having 2 baths was especially nice. The only complaint we had was that the mattress on the pullout bed was very poor. There was no padding on over the springs […] - you were basically sleeping on top of the springs with just a thin covering. We will definitely stay here again. Devamı

They didn't clean the room the first night we were there. They were supposed to have full breakfast served on Mon-Fri 6am-9am Sat-Sun 7am-10am but they ran out of eggs and sausage before 9am on Sat. They were doing construction on the outside of the hotel so we were woke up at 7am when they started working. Terrible hotel!!!!

Checking in took a bit long because the clerk was very, very busy. But when she became available, she was very efficient, kind, and welcoming. The nearby restaurants gave a good variety. Pool was better than average, and was open until 11:00pm, which was great. Breakfast offered a great selection of good food. Everything else was great.

This place is conveniently located but hard to find the first time. The sign on the highway side is there but the sign has been ripped off the building and not replaced. The room was clean and comfortable. More road noise than we wanted but that comes with convenience of shopping etc.

This is a great place to stay. The check in and check out were very speedy, the concierge was very friendly & she even offered us 10% off for dinner out that evening. The room was clean and neat and provided all the necessary amenities, the beds were a bit firm for my tastes but not enough to disrupt my much needed rest. It's within minutes of two casinos, […] numerous wonderful eating establishments and countless after hours bars and hang outs. It served its purpose...we just wanted a place to stay close to the Heart of St. Charles Banquet Center and near other attractions. Couldn't beat it for the price. I would stay there again!

Comfortable and Clean room. Service shuttle is very convenience to Ameristar casino. Morning staff was rude and not accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was not available until 7 AM in the weekend.

The only thing I would recommend is replacing the full size beds with queen beds. Otherwise the room was great for the price we paid. The breakfast selection was fabulous - something for everyone - from oatmeal, to eggs, to waffles to pastries and fruit. Every associate I came in contact with was very pleasant. I would definitely stay there again.

My room had black mold on the walls.. The only time I could find anyone at front desk was when I checked in. Waited 35 min on casino shuttle to come 2 blocks.. Overall my expericne was verry disgusting

walk to restaurants, nice hotel for the price paid

I attended a wedding reception at the Heart of St. Charles so this hotel was very convient. It was actually easier to walk across the street to the reception than drive. I had a great nights sleep and would stay there again.

This hotel has a very convenient location for the area. But like all hotels, get a room not facing the highway, unless alot of traffic noise don't keep you awake. Desk clerks are helpful, the hotel is an older building. Everything is pretty nice there, the pool is clean, the rooms are clean, but the elevators are a bit old, and small, and they do have […] a musty smell in them, as well as alot of I suppose smoking guest are so rude they smoke in them too. This is a great hotel. My family stayed here for one night. The beds and pillows were wonderful and the hotel staff was excellent. The breakfast variety was nice but the cooking could have been a little better. There was a good selection, noone left hungry.

The room was very nice, no complaints. It was great to have a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast bar was outstanding. In addition, having the Ameristar Casino within almost walking distance to the motel was pretty cool. For the money and room quality, I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through St. Louis.

Hotel staff not very friendly. We seemed to be bothering them when we checked in and checked out. We had a non-smoking room, but the room smelled bad. Shower curtain smelled like mildew and the bathroom not very clean. We will not stay again.
