Le Meridien Barcelona - Barselona

Great location. The room a little too small for a 5 star hotel. I guess that's the standard in Europe? Anyway, it did not feel like a 5 star hotel, maximum a 4 star. Plus the spa was under renovation, but the website did not mention that! So if ur looking to go to the spa as well, check with hotel before you book.

Everything about this hotel was first-rate. We look forward to staying there again.

I booked the Meridien for a week and was pleased with all aspects of my stay. The staff was excellent staff and very accommodating. The hotel is in a great location for walking, catching tours out of town and for any public transportation. Because I stayed for a week, I was given discounts and a welcome basket upon arrival. The hotel had everything a person requires for an enjoyable vacation. Best of all the people working there from the top down went out of their way to make your stay most comfortable,entertaining and memorable. I look forward to going back there next year.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world but rarely have I encountered such excellent staff. They truly understood the principle of customer service. The hotel is in a great spot, the restaurant (111) was first class but the friendliness and efficiency of the staff throughout was first rate. Apart from an understaffed front desk on check in, (one shouldnt wait 5mins in line in a 5star hotel) and our room not ready for a requested noon check in the hotel was great. Very nice amenities and linens.... great service on check out... fabulous location.

We had a small room and it was pretty expensive. Given that, I expected really good service and was disappointed. We had to move to another room one night since the pay TV wouldn't work. They took us to a few rooms before they found one that worked. Most top hotels would comp a movie after that ordeal but that didn't happen. In the move we left our […] camera in our first room and it never showed up again. I go to hotels in San Francisco often and the service and value are much better there. I guess I'm a bit spoiled. Le Meridien in Barcelona is a fantastic hotel with top-notch service, a very gracious concierge, and perfect location to walk up to L'Eixample or head into the CIutat Viella. Easy to walk from Le Meridien to all the main historic sights and restaurants, and shops. Good location and quiet.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Beds were so comfortable, room was clean, and the rainforest shower was heaven!

Great hotel property Room and beds waere really comfortable. Great "rain" shower head. Lots of english language television stations. Front desk and concierge staff solved problems every time. Everything about Le Merdian is 5 Star, including the price, but you get what you pay for.

The location of this hotel can't be beat! More importantly, the staff service was a tremendous help. When the lost our bags, the concierge spent the entire day tracking them down for us, and arranged to have them delivered at the hotel's expense after the airlines refused to do so. Hats off to what I consider above and beyond service!

This hotel is in the best possible location, right on Las Ramblas. It was easy to access restaurants, points of interest, shopping, and the subway system. The hotel staff was friendly, and the rooms were very large (by European standards). We would definitely recommend this hotel, and would love to stay here on our next trip to Barcelona!

The Meridian is in a great location, the room was well appointed, the front desk staff very gracious and the overall experience was wonderful. The first night the air conditioner made a banging noise,so the next morning we called to have it repaired. The service tech arrrived within 5 minutes and when we returned later that day the noise was gone and […] the room was much cooler. The rain shower was very relaxing after a long day of sight seeing. Posizione strategica per visitare tante cose soddisfazione generale ottima salvo piccole pecche: nella mia stanza non c'erano canali italiani TV dopo una richiesta ho ottenuto solo Rai 2, non il massimo, poi avevo una suite perché eravamo in tre riservata per tempo (mesi prima) per il terzo ospite non era previsto assolutamente niente, dalle lenzuola […] agli asciugamani ecc. Ho dovuto sollecitare il tutto che è poi arrivato. I piani bassi sono parecchio rumorosi anche perché i lavori stradali li fanno anche di notte (proprio sotto la mia finestra. Però il giorno del mio compleanno senza essere stati imbeccati mi hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di buon spumante e pasticcini, mi ha fatto piacere. Comunque ci tornerei e forse ci tornerò Devamı

Meridien har bästa läge för de som uppskattar att ha det mesta inom gångavstånd. Trevligt hotell med bra service. Dock lite dyrt, speciellt frukosten för 25 euro !!!!

flott hotell, optimal beliggenhet for deg som skal til barcelona for å shoppe og/eller oppleve byen. Ligger midt i la rambla og ca 50 meter unna den største shoppinggata i byen. Trygt og relativt rolig område. Passer for alle typer reisende. vi hadde en bra opplevelse, og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Dette hotellet har alt en kan forvente av et 5-stjerners hotel; luksuriøst innredede rom og fellesarealer, en glimrende resturant og meget behjelpelig personalet. Rommene var moderne og rene. Stor dusj med plass til to personer og STORT vantrykk. Leverte bilnøkkel i resepsjonen og hotellet besørget parkering samt bagasje til rommet. En god opplevelse […] totalt sett. Devamı

Bodde i veldig fin junior-suite, men vi ble plaget av mye støy fra naborommet. Dette p.g.a. at det var dør mellom suitene.Denne var tydeligvis IKKE støydempet. Veldig plagsomt. Anbefaler andre å bestille rom UTEN dør mellom rommene.

Parking payant ( trop cher ) Bel hotel, mais pas au niveau d'un cinq étoile( rien dans la chambre pour l'accueil, pas d'eau, pas de fruits ... ) , petit déjeuner trop cher en supplément de la chambre ... Restaurant de l'hotel de pietre qualité ( pourtant plébiscité dans certains guides )

Fin beliggenhet i en sidegate ved La Rambla. Til tross for et yrende liv i nevnte hovedgate døgnet rundt, hørte vi ikke en lyd fra rommet. Stive priser i minibaren, men det er laget til god plass i kjøleskapet for medbrakte varer. (Supermarked 50 meter fra hotellet)
