I didn't feel the service was great, I had a problem with the movie channels which they didn't do anything about. When I first check in the room I was supposed to have a double queen room and they gave us a king, because they were out of double queen rooms. When we check out they didn't ask how our stay was.

The staff was excellent. The rooms are outdated. Needs a facelift.

We were looking for a last minute get away close to restaurants and theaters to celebrate an anniversary. This hotel was ideal for our needs and price was exceptional considering it was New Years eve.

We used this hotel as a stop on a longer trip and we loved our stay. My 3 year old loved the indoor pool. It was close to restaurants and shopping. Parking was free and convenient. It was easy to find and a great launching pad for visiting the zoo and other St Louis attractions. We're very happy with our stay and would choose the hotel again without […] hesitation. Devamı

not very happy. Got to our hotel very late that night for traveling reasons, just to find out that our reservation was not taken as we had requested. We wanted one room for three adults. When we got there we were told that the hotel was completely full because they had a soccer tournament and all they had for us was a room with one bed. We were told […] it was because we made the reservation through a third party. At the end we did get a room with 2 beds but who is responsable when you make reservation with places like Hotels.com or similar and then your reservation was not 100% like you were told. Devamı

located in a business park, this hotel impressed and satisfied. clean rooms friendly staff. parking is a bit confusing but once you figure it out it is vary good. I will stay here again

Asked for a King bed with sleeper sofa, Hotels agent requested, recieved a queen bed with rollaway bed. Frown paper taped to the windows. Front Desk non copperative or understanding. I've stayed there before - this is so disappointing.

the room was a little tight for 3 adults & 1 child. No towel racks available except for 1 in the shower. no extras -- no micro; no fridge; only 1 cup of coffee. Room clean; but full size not queen size beds. excellent buffet & excellent service in the buffet! nice pool & work-out area.

love the hotel but i got the kids eat free and my kids did not eat at all because all of the staff where not clear on what that entailed i got two different ways of how it was suppose to go so my money was wasted with buying that deal. Room service ws extremely expensive so we lost out on that aspect i was not pleased with that at all everybody needs […] to be on the same page!!!! Devamı

The hotel was nicely decorated and seemed very modern. It was conveniently located to all of the places that we wanted to visit. Staff was pleasant enough. We requested a room with 2 double beds because we were traveling with our children & when we arrived we had a room with a king bed - the hotel was full and all the cots were loaned out. Luckily, […] there was a pull out couch in the room and it worked out. I am not sure if this was an oversight of the hotel staff or hotels.com (desk clerk said hotels.com but I am sure he didn't want to admit that the hotel might have messed up our reservation) but it was very frustrating when we first arrived - the desk clerk had to walk up & check the room because he didn't know if there was a couch in it. The hotel was full the first night of our stay - walls were very thin & it was very loud from activity in the hall. The hotel had movies at the pool in the evening over the weekend with crafts & Popsicles for the kids - they loved it. We had a nice stay but it wasn't memorable enough that we are committed to staying at this hotel on our next visit. Devamı

I really did appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel it is the first time in a long time I didn't have to scratch when I laid down in bed job well done. The staff was very friendly and accomidating which made my stay pleasant and enjoyable. I will stay at this hotel again. Once again job well done.

We booked a room on hotel.com that included a sofa sleeper, but none of the rooms have these anymore nor do they have a fridge. Hotel.com needs to update their information on this hotel.

Overall impressed with this hotel, a nice place to stay. Parking was a challenge as we arrived late and there was an event at the hotel. Restaurant: woman at omelet station was condescending and needs non customer service oriented job... but meal was good.

The service from the porter handling our bags to the restaurant personnel to the hotel manager was friendly and efficient. Our son required a special pillow due to just-completed surgery on his two knees...the hotel manager produced just what he needed in a flash. I recommend this hotel for your next stay in the St. Louis area.

This is the best hotel in the 3 stars rating we've been so far. I like the location. I love the lake view! We love the outdoor pool and how it overlooks the lake. I like that they serve snacks at the pool for the kids and have movies at the pool! The buffet breakfast was superb! They offer 3 kids free for1 paying adult! I thought 15$ bfast for us 4 […] was a great deal! Love the waffles! its a must try! What I dont like? A daily pool cleaning is a must. its small so it gets dirty fast. But overall we like this hotel! I told my kids this is our offical hotel everytime we are in St Louis! Devamı

Very nice place and super comfortable.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on around you in the surrounding rooms. It's was an ok hotel.

in a Marriott. However, the motel is under rennovation so it may be different in the future. It took 3 tries before they could get me a key that worked in my door. There was no refrigerator in the room. After being out of our room from 7am to 2 pm we returned to find the maid still had not been there to clean yet. Woke up at 8.30 am on saturday morning cause they had constraction going on from 9 to 6! come on give me a break:saturday,8.30, constraction!!!!! hotel description shows there is Sauna, there is none!!!!

Rooms walls are very thin, we could hear our neighbors very well and kept us up late into the morning hours....

The Marriott West Hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were very nice, the room was organized and clean. The Room Service was fast and the food was great! The things that I would recommend to better improve this hotel is if they had a fridge and microwave because it's kind of a hassle getting take-out food and it goes bad after awhile. Nice hotel to stay during the holiday. It did not seem to be a family place, more suited for business travel, but it was great for our purposes.

The bed was a little stiff. The hot tub wasn't hot. It was broken for the weekend. The sauna was non existent as it was boarded up and not available for use. The complimentary water in the workout room in the little fridge was hot. There was no remote control to change the channel in the workout room. Everything else was great. This hotel was very nice. I am a cleanliness fanatic and this one came very close to my highest standard. The staff and service are exactly as you would expect from a quality hotel - nothing was too much to request (in the restaurant, as well). Everything about the hotel was great, including the location close to the interstate to get to downtown st louis pretty quick. The comfort of the beds, and sheets were great. Towels I even noticed were still comfortable (not that gritty towels you can tell have been rewashed thousands of times) . Honestly the only two complaints I have about the hotel […] is that the bathroom did not have a fan/vent for steam or when a member of your party uses the bathroom.... and the walls are very thin and you can hear neighboring guests pretty easily. The person I stayed with and myself went to bed early our first night due to traveling all day, and at 11pm, we were woke up by hundreds of teenagers in the hallway, which I guess was a bunch of traveling hockey teams in the area. We were in St. Louis just for the day and overnight. The check in was very quick and easy. All of the hotel staff were very pleasant. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable.

loved it the only thing I did not like is paying for internet.

We enjoyed our stay at this Marriott. However, we did not have a refrigerator in our room or a phone book. We were a little disappointed about that. The beds were amazing and the staff very accomidating. One thing that we hated is that the hotel is really in the middle of nowhere. If you don't have a car rental your are pretty much subject to the hotel […] restaurant. There are no fast food restaurants near by. You have to drive everywhere to get a bite to eat or a drink. they had trash on the ground out in front, and the "smoker's bench" was right in front of the entrance, not good at all I pointed out the trash on the ground to the front desk, and it was still there an hour later very limited items in the little "shop" no food close to this hotel so you are stuck with the hotel restaurant beds were comfy-- VERY […] comfy Devamı

We received the wrong room type. The hand set on the phone wouldn't work, the T.V. wouldn't work, and I had to fix the toilet so that it wouldn't run all night. The bathroom was only stocked with three sets of towels. They put a family of four into a King bed room, rollaway beds are not comfortable.

Best affordable place to stay in St. Louis. Took the family for a 3 day weekend and was convenient to Grant's Farm, the Butterfly House, shoppint and Restaurants. Great hotel.

And the pillow was like a little cloud on top of the big cloud. The room was big and roomy. Public internet access was there in the lobby. The breakfast was sumptuous. There is a service stateion at the entrance, as well as a large food store. I have trouble finding the entrance to the motel, but it was well worth the trouble.

the at first appearance of this hotel is great, classy and clean, but we noticed the first issue was the indoor pool, it was cloudy and the levels of chemical were not right in it, my daughter ended up with an ear infection the next day. The rooms were nice, but my fiance woke up the next morning and had bug bites up and down his arm.

The staff was very helpful, the location was in the suburban area outside of St. Louis proper, but easy and quick to get to and from the city. There were mostly chain restaurants and strip malls nearby to eat at. We ordered in the restaurant pizza and it was pretty good. Our rate did not come with breakfast and you had to pay extra for internet. We […] were able to get a coupon code for free internet, we felt misled with their description because it stated that the hotel did have internet access, but did not mention thatyou had to pay for it. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was great. The location was perfect for where I needed to be the next day.

The manager at the front desk checked us in. He went out of his way to provide us directions to the concert we were attending that night. The directions helped us avoid the bottle-neck of traffic on the main routes. It was AWESOME!

Loved the pools, hot tub, and nature trails!!!
