This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in my life.. bathroom was filthy. hair all over. Fridge had fungus. disgusting

The checkout time seems too early at 11AM.

No Sheets, towels and other toiletries for long stay should be reconsidered.

Don't think this is a place to receive the con fort of a hotel, I mostly like a service apmnt where you are responsible to do your own cleaning or ask the front desk to schedule for a extra charge, you have to request you towels and clean sheets, people in the front desk are nice a friendly, this place is very suitable for who would like to relocate […] and stay some days while checking out where to stay for good, I will come back if I need to make another trip as this one. I recommand this hotel 120%. This hotel was roomy, comfortable, quite and easy to locate. I had no problems what so ever. I will attend this hotel again soon!

Checked in and found a smoking room after booking a non-smoking room. Room smelled of urine, poor customer service, we checked out early.

Our stay at the Extended Stay in Rolling Meadows was not pleasant. From check-in to check-out, we felt uncomfortable. It started with the somewhat unfriendly man behind the counter, who informed us that we could have a non-smoking room but only on a smoking floor. He continued to lecture us about how the Extended Stay works, in terms of housekeeping […] and payment, without letting us get a word in edge-wise. When we finally got up to the floor, it was literally thick with cigarette smoke. The room was filled with cigarette odor, and none too clean. There was an ashtray on the table, which led us to believe that it was a smoking room after all. We were able to get another room, but not before we were told, "That's a REALLY nice room. In fact, lots of people LOVE that room." The counter rep was really not happy with our need for a room that didn't reek of smoke. The new room wasn't smoky, but it was not clean and smelled of must and dank. The counters were chipped, the chest of drawers upon which a really old television sat was scarred. None of the furniture matched. Overall, we felt unwelcome and stuck in a dirty basement. We were thrilled to move to a much better property as soon as we could arrange it. Devamı

Need to stay somewhere overnight while having work done at our house. Loved having the frig, stove, kitchen sink, dishes and silverware. All the comforts of home. Couldn't beat the price either!! Special discount by booking online was wonderful. Is a great getaway, with wonderful perks for the price. Have already recommended it to two friends.

We arrived and had to wait for our room to be cleaned but when we checked in, our room was filthy. Hair in the tub and sink and spit in the sink. We complained to 2 managers and neither did anything about it. We thought maybe they would comp us the $4.99 fee for the internet, at least, but they didn't even offer to clean our room. So, for the rate I guess the hotel is okay. The rooms are good sized, and they include some amenities like dishes and pans for the extended stay traveler. But there were a few other things that were missing that were frustrating! I stayed in a smoking room, but there were no ashtrays in the room. Also the remote was missing, and the phone still had […] messages from the previous guest on it. Overall, if I were going to actually stay for an extended time, this is not the hotel I would choose, but for the one night I was there, it was okay. Devamı

Hotel’s check-out time is 11 AM. I came back to hotel at about 10 AM in the morning and found another person in my room. For some reason they decided that I left and maid cleaned my room. I was left that day with out my breakfast and shower.

Excellent value for the money; lots of dining opportunities close by.

It's a roof over your head if you need a place to stay for a short period of time. Pro - The full kitchen is convenient. Con - I could hear the person above me walking around and the air conditioner unit was loud. Bring your own bath towel if you stay because their towels are stained. I brought my own toiletries.
