Quality Inn & Suites Albuquerque West - Albuquerque

We chose this hotel because of location, went out for Valentine's weekend and was a beautiful weekend until we arrived to our room. The hotel itself is extremely dirty and in desperate need of elbow grease and probably a remodel as well. We were however very happy discovering our room, although on 3rd floor with access from a dirty, nasty, in need of […] repair elevator -- was clean but really needed to be updated. We were really disappointed in Quality Inn, which we stay at often. We would not recommend this hotel. Devamı

needs to be upgraded, not ask clean as it should be. no hot breakfast when they afford one. bed linen needs to be new.

It's a very good hotel. We just have problem with slow internet and no cold water in the bathroom.

This hotel, twice in 6 months, has provided a clean and large room, indoor swimming, and nice breakfast area. Staff are well above average, and extremely helpful with recommendations and directions. Thanks for another great stay.

The pool was gross. The hot tub was acceptable. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that there was a mini(very mini about a foot tall) refrigerator in the room. A microwave would've been nice. Over all a nice room, however the bed was too soft, my wife and i both woke with sore backs. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff person stayed on top […] of what was needed and promptly replenished whatever was running low, right up to the 9:00am shut off time. My young daughter and i recently stayed here. I will not stay here again. It is not safe: all door face the exterior, and even on the second floor our room was easily accesible from the street (and this in not a very nice neighborhood, though there are several other hotels surrounding this one). There was only a flimsy chain lock and i did not feel […] safe. The room was clean but run down. the exterior of the building was dirty and smelled like garbage. the pool was not clean, and the hot tub was a dark slimy green color. the worst part: as i was unloading the bags from the car and taking stuff up to the room, i must have left a door unlocked for just a few minutes. (the car was fully visible from our room). during that time, someone stole our portable DVD player out of hte car! no damage done to the car, they just reached in and grabbed it. now, i know this could happen anywhere and it was my fault for not locking the door, but still unsettling that someone was probably watching us unload and waiting for a moment like this. spend a bit more and stay in a safer, cleaner part of town. not worth even a discounted rate. This hotel was very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our stay. Kids loved it to and had fun at pool.

I thought a motel with a that high a room rate would not exhibit so much damage from vandalism. It was a nice building with large pleasant rooms and good furniture, so I didn't hold it against the hotel management. It was evident that the hotel was trying to fix things, but they couldn't keep up. After I saw multiple holes where the door's chains had […] been broken out, smelled urine in the room, etc., I didn't feel safe. I was too tired to do something about it and it was late in the evening, so I stuck it out and left early. It was hard to suspect problems from the nice outside of the motel or in the normal lobby. My review of this hotel is good. the room was clean the wait staff was very nice. (however might need some training because they charged my credit card again after i had already paid for the room though hotels.com) But aside from that everything was very nice. definately a good place to crash for the night.

We stayed at the hotel for a long weekend and had an enjoyable time. The facility is clean and appears new and well kept. I requested a 1st floor room with 2 queen bed, which was just what we got. The room was large & comfortable. We only had two minor complaints, the shower curtain rod was loose and would not stay closed causing the floor to get wet […] and the heater fan was loud. Neither of these would keep me from staying again. We did use the pool & hot tub, very nice, clean and relaxing. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. It was a very nice perk! Devamı

The Hotel its self was very good. loved the indoor pool. its like 3 miles from the Rio Grande Zoo, thats where we went.the beds are very hard.But overall it was a great hotel for what we paid.

This was a very clean hotel. Checked in late, and the night staff was helpful. Went into the room and it was very comfortable. I don't travel to ABQ much, but I would come back to this hotel if I do.

The hotel is newer with adequate breakfast. However, if sleeping is important to you, the pillow were lumpy and large...very low quality. Bring your own pillow and then you will enjoy the experience.
