Quality Suites Airport - Fort Myers

We chose this hotel because it offered free shuttle service to the airport. Well, they do, however not if you are returning your rental car. Then, when we scheduled our 4:00 am shuttle they assumed us that everything was all set. The hotel is generally ok, but they need to fix a lot of little things. Our room-- 1. room safe not working correctly 2. curtain didn't close completely, needed to prop suitcase against it to keep it closed 3. knob missing on fridge dial-not sure temp setting 4. room set up funny--nice recliner, but can't turn TV -also closet blocking the view--have […] to drag chair to view tv 5. very skimpy on towels left in room--had to ask every day for more 6. Bathroom needs cracked tile fixed,fan installed and toilet to work better 7. There is a bar/lounge-looks abandoned Walls very thin ofcourse--sounds like a lot of complaining I am doing! hotel cust svc check was a mess. I paid on hotels.com for my stay. The staff told me my card was denied so they charged me again on another card. Turns out my payment was denied because I already in fact paid. When I returned home, I called to discuss--and three times, nobody answered the phone, so I called the main 800# and got cut off twice. Finally […] reached the hotel again, where I was told the fellow behind the counter didnt know what he was doing, and should not have charged my 2nd card. They did issue refund. Devamı

About 30 minutes from the beach but very clean and awesome customer service overall very happy with my stay. Best bang for your buck

Most comfortable beds for hotels in this price range in the area. We were comfortable and happy with our stay!

Hotel was in a good location right off the interstate. You could walk to alot of resturants & grocery store. Room was nice and clean. Bed comfortable.

There was hardly ever anyone at the desk. We had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to show up when we checked in, and when I told her we had been waiting for 10 minutes, she wasn't terribly pleasant. They put us in a room that was not supposed to be used .... yuk ....someone's dirty washcloth, used soap, dirty tub, drink glass ... We didn't look […] at the room when we got there, just dropped our stuff and left and it was 11:00 when we got back and discovered all this, so it was pretty late to be moved. Luckily I am pretty sure the sheets were clean .... I hope! The overnight clerk and the manager, however, were pleasant when we reported the problems.They put us in a different room in the morning and upgraded us to a whirlpool suite - no big deal really, I wouldn't pay for the upgrade. The place needs some better people cleaning. We stayed there for the hot tub, because we figured the pool would be cold this time of year (and it was) but the hot tub was technically closed until the State could reinspect it. They said it was ready to be used, but I didn't want to chance it. It was VERY convenient to CVS, grocery store, Walgreens and places to eat, so that was GREAT, you could walk several places if you wanted to. The Hotel had nice amenities, just needs someone consistently at the desk to help you and a good thorough cleaning. Basically it looked clean, but when you looked closely at things, it could use some work. Good size room and SUPER comfortable bed, but we got a 5 a.m. wake up call that we didn't ask for and my husband woke up two other mornings to a very bad smell ??? I slept through that thankfully. The breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub area was nice, workout room was minimal. For the same price, we will probably opt for the last place we stayed instead, which is close by, but not nearly as convenient to all the stores and no hot tub. Devamı

we loved the tub it was awsome ,although the room had spider webs in the corners and the kitchenette was very small space and had to get to the fridge, it was very noisy like the walls were paper thin,people yelling outside at 3am and in the hallways,I could hear the phone ring in the next room, weloved the tub!

Run down, dirty bathtub, floors not vaccumed. No elevator, hot.

Outdoor pool was nice although a couple of surrounding features looked run-down. The door to the room service supplies was open all 3 days I was there and I walked past it several times and it definitely didn't look professional. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast items weren't all that great ie rubbery eggs!!

Convenient to I-75 and easy access to Fort Myers areas. Tucked back a little off the road, but not difficult to find.
