Excellent facilities, lounge, popcorn, soda and 3 free drinks from the bar. ample seating and comfortable chairs for a very large wedding party to visit and not disturb other regular guest. This wedding was local but had 4 sets of parents involved.

I rated surrounding neighborhood lower, only because it was the only way I could think of to rate the fact that it was very noisy all night long. Other hotel guests were partying in the hallway, and whole conversations were heard by us. Aside from that, this was the perfect hotel for our needs!

I only had one complaint, told the lady at the desk and she told head of house keeping. When we returned it was fixed. Thank you Drury Inn.. Will def stay there again next month.

Staff was very friendly, rooms very clean and comfortable, brealfast was very good and not just a continental style. I highly recoomend for the price!

The Drury Inn & Suites in Jackson, MO, was very convenient, and clean. The service was great. The breakfast was delicious. My kids also loved the indoor pool. I would definitely stay there again.

the hotel was awesome for the price. the hot tub didnt work but when told about it they had it fixed the next morning. front desk workers were amazing made the hotel feel like home.

Front desk very friendly and helpful. Quiet room despite young soccer players staying there. Very good breakfast. Rooms well appointed and comfortable

Friendliness and help were outstanding. The scrambled eggs were delicious. The popcorn and soft drinks were appreciated. I certainly enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

We had bad cell phone service (Sprint). But, free long distance in room, so no problem.

We were in town for a family reunion. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was perfect. We enjoyed the hot snacks in the evening, perfect after a day out sightseeing.

The room was nice, the pool was perfect, the breakfast yummy, but most importantly, as the stop over on a 19 hour trip, I was exhausted, and the customer service was excellent. I'm sure we looked like death after driving so long, but we received nothing but smiles, and offers of help should we need it. Such a positive experience, that we stopped again […] on the way back! Excellent in all ways except we were upgraded to a handicap room (because of our 94 year old mother traveling with us) and there was absolutely no place for toiletries in the handicap bathroom. A little inconvenient but otherwise a great room.

Never disappointed with a stay at the Drury. Older hotel but very well kept up and very clean. Stayed in a nice suite and was not charged any extra for my pets. Very well insulated, was on the 3rd floor with people above and below and never heard a noise. Nice breakfast, as usual. Very enjoyable.

My mother and I came to Jackson, Mo. to visit with my Aunt, We had a wonderful time and the stay at the motel just enhanced the experience. Thank you so much!!!

Our baseball team was in Jackson for two days worth of baseball. The Drury in Jackson was the perfect place to stay. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, and the location could not be beat. Breakfast was a welcome addition to the stay.

Had several business meetings in Jackson, the perfect location. Very nice at the desk. Suite was very nice, good to have extra space for a 2 night stay with lots of work to do. No place to eat close, except Dairy Queen and Pizza, but Jackson in less than 5 min away. GREAT happy hour, drinks, food, popcorn in the lobby. Love this place. We were driving from Chicago to New Orleans and just stopped overnight. It was so nice and clean that we stopped again on our way back north. Absolutely the most lovely, friendly, hard working employees. They really make the difference. Very clean and I am sooooo picky. ONLY drawback was that the beds were doubles not queens. We stayed just for an overnight getaway and it was so worth it. Free dinner including wine plus free breakfast! Super-friendly staff constantly making you feel at home. I will definitely be staying again!

We enjoyed our visit at the Drury Inn very much and will stay here again when in the area. Everyone was very friendly toward all of us and that goes along way when travelers are tired. The Breakfast at the Inn was great, for one it was filling and you didn't have to worry about going elsewhere to find Breakfast and we thank them for everything they […] did for us and will tell all our friends and family about them. almost forgot, loved that your pet friendly and that our babies did not cost any extra. Hotel was very nice. Rooms were nice, clean, and appeared to have been recently renovated. Extra amenities were great! (Happy hour with food and drinks, breakfast, etc.) I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the facility and the many extras that were included in the price of the stay. DECIDED TO TAKE THIS HOTEL INSTEAD OF THE ONE IN THE CITY. THIS ONE HAD ALL THE BELL AND WHISTLES WITHOUT THE CROWD.

I love this hotel. I stay at Drury a lot & this one was the best deal I've seen through Hotels.com. Only one thing is that I don't receive Points through Drury for reseversations online. Other than that, this is a great hotel to stay in!
